Came here before for a new window on my driver side & came today to get my windshield replaced from an accident that happened yesterday and they were really friendly and were super positive and explained everything throughly on what they were going to do considering I mistakenly gave them the wrong info of not having a sensor on it but they worked it out and let me know what they were going to do considering it was a different windshield. Took about 30 mins or less for them to put it on & cleaned up the glass that was in the inside. They even put my new rear view mirror on I’ve had for so long and just hadn’t put it on & even fixed my passenger door because an accident I had prior left my door making a popping noise and one of the kind workers who used to work in a body shop fixed it definitely recommend coming here they work with you in price & make sure they do the job right! Price is affordable and will work something out with you if it’s not up to your standards!

Excellent, and efficient experience getting start to finish. Got three quotes for a windshield replacement on a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. The quoted price was not the cheapest but not much more than the cheapest quote. They were the only company who had the windshield in stock though which was great. Called to make an appointment on a Thursday, and they had one left for Friday afternoon. Showed up at the appointment time and the windshield was replaced in about an hour, was really like 45 minutes. Great job all around Low Price Auto Glass, thanks!

Sent in a quote request via Google asking for price and availability for two different pieces of glass for the same car. Received back a price quote and an offer to schedule. Only after getting to the location was it disclosed that only one of the pieces of glass was in stock and that the price quoted was only for one of the pieces, not both. No apologies or acknowledgment of wrongdoing.--Re: reply- now attached is the photo showing replacement windshield as the primary service, so there goes never discussed lie.I was asked about why I was replacing the rear window, but not asked if that was all.Even if no service had been done, I would have left upset because the experience reeked of deceit and I would have used my time instead with another merchant which had both pieces of glass I asked to be quoted. Thank you was the fastest way to end the conversation, as I was in my car exiting and completely disinterested in any conversation (dog in my car was barking, to boot).Gosh, as enticing as that offer is to return, think Ill just go to one of the several dozens of repair shops in the ATX area to get the job done correctly.

I called around 10 am to get my windshield replaced. By 1 pm they had an estimate and told me they could fit me in at 4 pm the same day! The staff was very professional and helpful, particularly explaining about the sensing equipment, and how they werent going to charge for calibration if it wasnt needed. I hope I never need any auto window repairs again, but if I do, I am DEFINITELY coming back here! Cannot say enough great things about the wonderful experience! A+

While traveling through Texas, I experienced my first big hail storm. My windshield was badly cracked. I had nobody to help me drop off my car, so I planned to wait while it was repaired. When these guys saw that I had a child, with me, they worked to get me in and out as quickly as possible. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I recommend them. The shop waiting room is not very comfortable, but I think most people leave their vehicles and dont have to wait.

I had my windshield cracked earlier in the week. For less than 300$, without insurance needing to cover any of it, I was able to get it replaced the next morning. The replacement took maybe less than 30 minutes.No small talk. No hassle. No trying to upsell you on something more expensive. Just called ahead and told them the make and model of my car the day before, walked in the next morning, gave them my keys and sat down. By the time they were done, I was just barely getting comfortable.If I had gone to someone else? I was told it would be 400$ AFTER a 600$ reduction through my insurance and that I wouldnt be able to get it replaced until June 10th at the earliest. Nearly 3 weeks of wait for more than 3x the price. And Im no auto guy, but that sounds like a load to me.Low Price Auto Glass: 10/10Genuinely amazed at how cheap and easy it was.

They are warm and friendly and the service was fast! They also put my old stickers on the new windshield. They are a lot more affordable than safelight and other companies around Austin. 2013 Nissan Sentra SunroofI came in an hour early (since I live out of town) and they were able to sneak me in and out in under an hour. Mind you, I had cleaned some of the glass out myself when I found it was broken so that probably shaved some of the time off.Over the phone, they were very explicit that the sunroof may not slide after the new glass was installed and that that may be an extra fee. On site, they informed me that the sunroof will not slide and would be an extra fee to repair. But, that the sunroof is sealed against rain/weather, which is of course the main concern.They communicate in a very explicit and clear, kind, and courteous manner. I will recommend these gentleman and lady to anyone who needs glass done in the area.5 stars, guys. Thanks a lot!

Got a small ding on my windshield and took there. They fixed it quick and looks great. Cant tell its there unless youre looking for it. While I was there got a quote to replace entire windshield and they gave me a fair price. I will use them in the future.

This glass shop is wonderful. Nothing fancy. Great friendly staff who get the job done perfect and in a timely way. Their prices are half as much as the big chains. I have had several vehicles glass put in and fixed an automatic window at a low price. They are great and I highly recommend them. Give them a call.

Great price and amazing staff.

Prices are good, the work was well done. The replaced the one they had put in several years before. A rock bounced off a dump truck and even though I was far back, the rock ricocheted off another vehicle hit my windshield but it did not shatter as I was expecting. I tried to veer away but was hemmed in. The amount of force from the rock should have shattered and possibly come into the cab - windshield just cracked with just two streaks from impact to the passenger side. Good windshield, good techs and very reasonable prices.

I showed up a little late, but Saraj and his team were polite and started on my 2019 F150 immediately. I was driving away in 45 mins with a brand windshield. Plus, they were cheaper by over $100.00.

Contacted on Friday. Got a quote and an appointment set for the coming Monday. Came in expecting to wait and hour but they had it done in 30 min. along with tucking away the wiring for electronics for me. Best auto glass company I have used and highly recommend.

Saraj is the owner and had great customer service. Super friendly and told me in detail the difference between all the different kinds of tints and what would look best on my vehicle. The time it took would have been a solid hour for my grand cherokee if they didnt have to redo one of my windows. That being said, it was super fast and honest service. He even takes you to your vehicle as theyre finishing up to ensure that youre fully satisfied. The suntek ceramic tint comes with a lifetime warranty that they honor and replace themselves. Then they said for me to come back saterday.i did and it didnt come in.one of people that works there told me that he would give me a discount and again I drove back to the glass company. I called LPAG on a Friday and the gentleman was able to fit me into the schedule for the next day, which is very hard to do with other shops in Austin. I didnt mind driving to San Marcos (just a 30 minute drive for me) to their shop for their service. It was fast it was simple. He explained to me the type of windshield theyre putting in and it made me feel comfortable that not only it was a great deal but that there wouldnt be any complications with the windshield. I highly recommend everyone to call Low Price Auto Glass and use their services and talk to a friendly staff.

They did a great job at a great price

They do their job appropriately and the windsheild came out great. My only issue was that theres no restroom, and nowhere else to go releave yourself if you are stuck there waiting for your car to be finished.

These guys are great. Unfortunately, I had to see them twice in the past six months. Once for a replacement and once for chip repair. When I called the second time, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the chip repair. I showed up and got my car right in for the work.When they realized it was one of their replacement windshields, they told me that the first chip is repaired free for their windshields. This was a wonderful bonus! The repair has not had any issues and it has been a couple of months since then.I don’t hope to see them again soon, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I needed windshield replacement or repair. :)

Great service! I called and luckily they had my windshield in stock and told me I could come in that day. They were very nice and gave me a great price. This business provided me a quick (mine took about 10 minutes), easy process and two weeks later my windshield is looking great! My only complaint is my registration sticker keep falling off since then. I suspect it was not put on correctly. However those are little details and does not overshadow everything else! Definitely would recommend.

Wanted to leave a review because of the quality service I received at Low Price Auto Glass in San Marcos TX.I called and talked to Kevin, on a Monday morning, who gave me a quote for a full windshield replacement. I made an appointment for that afternoon but had to call back and reschedule when something came up. He said no problem and I made the appointment for the next day.I came in about 10 minutes early for my appointment on Tuesday and Kevin was able to get it started right away. Total install time ran right around 20 minutes. Everything looks great.Afterwards, Kevin took the time to visit with me on options should we ever have a crack, This is one of the easy recommendations. Knowledgeable, Professional, Fast & Fairly Priced. Ill use these guys for any glass trouble I have in the future.

Good prices on windshields. OEM and cheaper options in stock. I hit a turkey going 60 on Saturday morning, coming from out of town. It shattered my windshield on the drivers side, making driving extremely difficult. They got me in, despite being very busy. I had the unpleasant experience of having by truck broken into via a shattered passenger side window. I decided to also have the windshield replaced, as it had been cracked for some time. I got a price quote from one company in Austin, and as I was having to get my stolen drivers license replaced in San Marcos, I checked for companies there also. Luckily, I found Low Price Auto Glass and their quote was $86 lower than the first company. When I checked back, the other company said they would match prices. I am always reluctant to give my business to someone who doesnt give me a good price upfront, so I stuck with Low Price Auto Glass. I was a little concerned about the quality of the glass and the installation from a company advertising itself as low price,Well, they did a great job that took a little over an hour. The waiting area was very clean as was the bathroom. They have internet service, and the people were very personable and friendly. I had found some broken glass in my cup holder that morning that I had missed when I vacuumed my truck the night before. I was pleased to find that Low Price Auto Glass cleaned this up also without being asked to do so.If you need your vehicles glass replaced, give this company a call. You wont be sorry!

I had my windshield replaced and I am extremely happy with the service I received. When I originally called they had a special going on. I wasnt able to get it in until a few weeks later when the special was over, but they still gave me what they had originally quoted. They told me it would take an hour and they were done in less than that. Great customer service!

Ive had theee windshield replaced here and all were great price. Service was good too. Even had to bring one back due to leak and they fixed it immediately and without question.

I replaced a windshield on my F150 here in 2005. Great deal and great work. So, took my 2017 Ford Fusion here to replace the windshield. Still a great deal but there was a slight error on the installation. They switched the windshield wipers and put them on the wrong sides. They put a stabilizing tape on the windshield to secure it for 48 hours, and that blocks the path for the windshield wipers. So when I removed the tape and checked the wipers two days later, they were all screwed up. I live an hour away and thought I could find and fix the issue myself. They wouldnt get in synch. After screwing with it for over an hour I discovered the wipers were on the wrong sides. When I fixed that, problem solved... but an unecessary waste of my time and effort. Should have been done correctly at the shop.Reply to the Owner - Your excuse is a lame coverup. The tape was at the top of the windshield but still blocked the windshield wipers. And your service warranty is another lame excuse. You should have done it right the first time. Its that simple. None of your customers should ever have to bring something back because of your mechanical mistakes. Because of your reply, your score goes from 3 to 1.

They had my rear window in stock (Surelite wasnt able to get it until the next day), and they replaced it super fast! Kevin took care of me and was incredibly helpful. My rear windshield wiper arm was broken too and he even offered to install the new one for me, but too bad I wasnt going to be in town once I get that in from an online order.I definitely recommend Low Price Auto Glass highly!
