The website does not make it clear they are not open for business. If you order something online theyve got a ship it there and then make arrangements for you to come pick it up. Drove a long way to find out that the guy behind the glass wont even talk to you and when you call you are connected to the east coast. When the local staff is too busy to talk to you. Save your gas and shop somewhere else.

I cannot say enough positive things about this business. I discovered them through the Amateur Hour horse podcast. They always have what I’m looking for, the customer service is great, and they offer free (fast!) shipping in California.

My first order with Riding Warehouse was a blind purchase on the internet. When my product arrived it was damaged. I emailed the company with photos, and within 24 hours Alison contacted me offering a refund or replacement. Alison never asked any questions, she was set on fixing the problem. I was so happy to be treated well. This is what American customer service is all about! Do not mill about on the internet. If Riding Warehouse has it, go ahead and buy it. These people treat you like you should be treated.

Went in to buy my 8 year old her first pair of English riding boots and half chaps. They were super helpful and very friendly. It was awesome that we got a 10% discount by being first time customers. We will definitely shop there again.

Excellent customer service and competitive prices. THEIR RETAIL LOCATION IS CLOSED. They are only open for online and telephone orders.

Prices are good, they have a good return policy and a decent selection. Just remember that most of their stock is in a warehouse and you have to ask to see it, it isnt just hanging up in a store for you to browse. I find it helpful to already know what I need and what they have by looking online before showing up.
