Great self storage facility! Very secure, well kept property. Units are fairly priced and easily accessible. Brandy is very understanding and helpful. The staff is always friendly. I have recommended this facility to friends, and I will continue to do so.

Worked out a very fair storage agreement with Gilbert first thing Sunday morning and it went very smoothly. Rules and regulations clearly explained and the entire process was done quickly. Happy with my move. John N.

Very well organized Storage Company. They Supply the locks for the doors, and have a sophisticated security system that requires a pin to access the keys. Cameras everywhere, it would be very difficult for the bad guys to get your stuff without them knowing.

Brandy and crew are always extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The entire place is clean and easy to access the units. Gilbert practically begs you to leave 5 star reviews. Hence all the 5 star reviews from people with only 1 review. Something that should only take like 10 minutes (signing paperwork, etc) takes 3-4x longer than it should bc theyre computer illiterate and move so slow. I hate coming here.

Great team. We are moving Orange Coast Database Associates to a new location in San Juan Capistrano. When I went down for the first time to discuss temporary storage Brandy was very friendly and helpful. Later when I had problems with scheduling Gilbert went out of his way to help resolve it. Could not recommend them more highly.

I have been a repeat customer at San Juan storage for over 10 years. My first experience was with Gilbert who gave me outstanding service and is why I returned. Currently I have been working with Chris. When I arrived with a truckload of furniture and 3 moving people she was effective and efficient at getting me a storage unit quickly as she noted I had hourly rates to pay my movers. This was in spite of the fact that there were 2 other customers that needed assistance at the exact same time.... She was able to juggle and meet all of our needs simultaneously....not an easy task....

Brandy and Gilbert are great, friendly and helpful. Had a great experience. Would recommend to anyone needing storage.
