AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! Cannot understand their rental process. Was trying to become a customer, but they made it EXTREMELY difficult after multiple calls from different agents and managers. Everyone was telling me to do something different. I was trying to rent, but couldnt do it. Incredibly bizarre system and confusing. Customer service is horrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.2 days later - Was contacted by management to rectify the situation. They went out of their way to understand the problem I was having and managed to accommodate my needs. Because of the prompt action of their team, I have revised my review. Storage units were clean and location felt safe. Thank you for reaching out.

Worst company ever to deal with.. Confirmed a cancellation date online and received an email confirmation with my move out date. The day of my move out I received a follow up phone call confirming I was moving out.A month plus later, and now they are telling me that a move out, is not the same as a cancellation. Are you kidding? They are making a claim that a move out alone doesnt cancel my account and I owe for additional time from my actual move out until today or I will be sent to collections? What are the even trying to charge me for?What a terrible service.

This review should be ZERO stars. My best advice to you is Dont put anything you value here. My daughters unit was broken into 2 weeks ago and according to the OCSD this is a common occurrence but what does Public Storage do to stop it? NOTHING! What does Public Storage do to help you protect your belongings? NOTHING! What do they do to investigate the crime and who has been on the premises? NOTHING! What does Public Storage do to increase security? NOTHING! There are lots of other storage facilities in the area. This one is the worst!

Olga has been in the office scenic I have been using the faculty. She knows her stuff. Always ready to help in any way she can. When I couldn’t remember my code she came out to the gate to help. Called Public Storage after visiting a few in San Clemente, was initially only supposed to need 6 months and they had an amazing special going on. (I believe they offer specials frequently). We rented with Olga who showed us all the ropes! She got me all the boxes, tape, storage paper a girl could need. All while my crazy daughter ran a muck. Olga was very helpful and understanding. Thank you Olga for all your help! So far we have been in our unit for 10 months, our rent went up at about 6 months, we received a special when we moved in so it came as no surprise. Also, we ended up getting ants in our unit and Olga offered to spray the outside, which was very helpful. The property is extremely clean and being an experienced storage user, ants happen. Just used Terro Liquid Ant Bait, all dead within 3 days.

This is by far the best storage around for 2 reasons.1- it was the cheapest for our size, with great specials.2- Olga is the sweetest property manager ever. She makes you feel so comfortable and is willing to help you out in any way she can. Very accommodating and goes out of her way to make sure each customer is happy. Olga is amazing at this location - she has helped me move from NYC to SoCal in so many ways. I’ve rented two different sized units from her, and both units have been perfect. This place is fantastic! Located right off the 5 Freeway with a lovely view of the San Juan Hills. Gentle sea breezes blow through the open spaces but the sun can hear things up a bit!
