If you want reliability, run as far away from FedEx as you can!! Waited 2 days for an overnight package and still not delivered - worst company to use for courier. Now they are attempting to track the package and let me guess - I need to file a claim in 1 day from now just like the other packages that got ‘lost’

FedEx is the worst delivery company! Their drivers are dishonest. Was waiting for a package to be delivered, I was home waiting the entire day but nobody knock on my door. Later then status of my package was updated to delayed and that the package was attempted to be delivered but nobody was home. What a lack of integrity from their personnel. Customer service is also very bad. Took a lot of time to wait for a representative and she hangs my call while asking for locating the package. Please Please Please do not use Fedex service.

I ordered my package September 9th 2021 and paid for three day shipping. DID NOT get it in three days so I called and they gave me my refund for the extra cost of shipping. Thank you FedEx for that. However, it’s been almost 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten my package at all. My package managed to go to 6 different states before actually arriving to California. Some lady called me and told me a whole story about packages being delayed all over blah blah I asked her when will my package arrive she went on to tell me what I already saw on the website while tracking my package. Lady went on to tell me what I observed already on the FedEx tracking website. I don’t need you to tell me what I already know I need to know when MY PACKAGE ARRIVES TO MY HOUSE. Currently it’s “pending” reminding folks today is September 30th and I still HAVE NOT gotten my package. It’s time for a change FedEx the current way isn’t working at all.

Thieves and dishonest. someone should file a lawsuit. Ordered 4 tires from discount tire on Ebay. After weeks of pending delivery no delivery date available etc they supposedly delivered to my business two days ago at noon. We were all here in the warehouse and NO FED EX trucks showed up. The website even shows they were signed for! Totally false! No one here by that name. Total scam. I call and call and ask for my items. I get some foreigner that barely speaks english and refuses to put me in touch with the local distribution center here in San Jose. Pathetic sad company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A VENDOR THAT USES FED EX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today another express shipment was supposed to be delivered by 8 PM only to state it will not be delivered as it is delayed. The worst customer service ever. They simply dont care. Packages are always late. Always blaming it on the customer and putting excuse such as “business was closed”or something even though I live in a residential area. This really seems to be a recurring theme for this warehouse in particular. I really don’t understand how a company with these poor standards is still in business. Seriously avoid fedex like the plague especially if you are in the Bay Area

This is a busy place specially end of afternoon. Staff is courteous and quit efficient. Everytime I have been there I was please with the service. There are a few parking spot in front of office but if too busy you can park in street.

Completely unprofessional.They marked my package as business is closed. No delivery attempt WTH. My address is a residential not business office. And funny thing is they dont deliver on weekend lol so my overnight shipment became 5 days shipping. Who knows they will really deliver my package on Monday or another business is closed attempt.

I just want to say for real from the bottom of my heart that a guy named Q and another guy that works the front who wears a cross and is kind of big they found my package and made my day so much better and was very kind even to my 3-year-old son. These guys make a great team and they work so hard from the little time that I was there I could tell that these men are dedicated to making the customer happy. Please whoever is reading this if its a supervisor please acknowledge them because they have been the best experience I have ever had at any FedEx. Super SLOW and Poor Communication. A shipment came from Ohio to San Jose in 4 days and then stayed at the SJ facility for no reason for an additional 3 days. The SJ driver noticed damage to the package on the way to delivering to my house and cancelled the delivery. I had to wait multiple days before hearing whether or not the package was in fact damaged and would or wouldnt be delivered, meaning I couldnt cancel that order.

A 2 business day package was not delivered on time and I went to the location to pick up the same day only to find the driver was new & would not return before the office close time. The moment i mentioned that the package is my babys formula, the staffs started exploring their best options and co-ordinated great deal to have it available on time. I very much appreciate the counter staff, manager & the office personnel who lived in my city who delivered the package on the way to his home. Kudos!

This location lost express delivery for $10K and didnt give any updates!Terrible experience with 710 Dado St facility in San Jose!FedEx station personnel has been lying to me about the package status for about 1.5 weeks.First, theyve changed status from Out for delivery to Delivery attempt failed due to the customer was not available, but I was all day long at home waiting from this package to be delivered.Second, theyve changed status from Delivery attempt to Pending and told me personally, when I came to the station for a pick-up, that the container with this package was not unloaded yet and they will call me back once the unload process is completed.Third, it turned out, that they have no idea where my shipment is and for about a week I was hammering FedEx customer service with calls to get the update on my delivery. Every time they ended up with: Weve just called the station and left your concerns, so the staff will call you back once they locate the package.Never got any follow-up calls from either 710 Dado St facility or FedEx Customer Service.Eventually, I had to call again and ask to speak with the escalation team, so they can kick off the investigation on my delivery case. The day after I called them again and, surprisingly, they stated, that my package was lost due to unknown circumstances, were really sorry about that.The content for this package was an extremely urgent and critical blocker for my work and now I have to wait one more week to get the same good to be shipped to me (this time via another company, for sure). And no one from FedEx never called me and give me any updates on my delivery. Seems like they just didnt give a damn on their customers, their expectations, and business.Well, that was a good lesson. Never ever will be using FedEx again. And will share my experience with all my friends and colleagues on social media.

When you have packages that you want get out but can not get to the FedEx store in time, get on over to the ship center. Only allowing up to 3 persons inside at a time during the covid. Currently pay with atm or credit card, no cash. They have limited parking but a couple spaces for handicapped. Going to the ship center may allow you to overnight packages to US locations. I believe closing hours are 7pm Monday to Friday.

Worst service and customer discriminationToday when I went to pick my stuff, the executive hand overed only 1 box instead of two.When I went back to center the next day, they claimed they have my package but cannot locate where the package inside the Wearhouse – very strange.When double checked with 1800 support number on location of the box, they confirmed that box is at 710 Dado St, San Jose, when I informed the same to floor manager Ms.Marina, she informed me 1800 customer support executive are wrong about the package.However, Marina is kind enough to share the store contact # to check with her later.After few hours when I called them to check the status of my package, an gentlemen responded the call and asked me not call me back and he was very rude and made very decimating/abusing language.Had to file a formal complaint to FedEx headquarters.

The 3 gentleman I had the pleasure of doing business with were great! I had a terrible time tracking down the fresh flowers I had sent for my wedding bouquet that morning, but they all greeted me with smiling faces that afternoon and helped me so much. They had my flowers to me with 20 minutes of arrival. They really made my day, and I cant thank them enough! I would give 1p starts if I could for the excellent customer service.

Divers fr m this facility dont deliver overnight deliveries on time (ever), then blame it on the customer with false accusations, make you go in, wasting hours of your time, then mark as delivered and youre unable to claim late delivery refund because the system states it was delivered in time. When asked to solve the underlying issue, local branch employees simply said theres nothing they can do to help.

This store is probably fine. The delivery service to my house is the WORST!!! I live on a flat street, clearly marked with the address, yet the delivery person consistently is unsuccessful at delivering packages at my home. No notice is ever left, they state no one is home, when I was standing in my front yard waiting for them. This has happened on more than one occasion. If this is the poor level of service FedEx offers they deserve to go bankrupt. I would suggest any business looking for delivery services, use ANYONE other than FedEx.

Horrible service by a horrible company.My urgent package was supposed to arrive last week and was as per tracking number on the way to my house. I saw the FedEx truck arriving and went out, the driver just waved to me and left. Couple of hours I got a notice that my package was rescheduled for another day (they said, because I wasnt home which is simply a lie). The next business day, it was again scheduled and never arrived; my delivery status was updated to pending). Hotline took forever to get somebody. FedEx is unreliable and give you false information - why paying for a fast shipment when FedEx is not able to do their only job?Update (a few weeks later): Frauds !!!!!They take your money and provide exactly zero service. I ordered another package via urgent overnight and to my horror I saw that they used FedEx for shipping. It happened again; they said they tried to deliver the packageto me, which is simply a lie!!! I can even see it on the tracking App, apparently they tried to deliver at my door at 2:48; but they already unloaded it from the truck in their facility at 3:02. I have a security cam and can prove that they never tried to deliver it.FedEx doesnt do the job they are charging you for and then they still lie into your face. FedEx is the most unreliable US company I ever had to deal with. They have your money, so why bother with anything afterwards? Completely unprofessional

Their distributers mark shipment as attempted delivery when no one even tried to deliver it. When you get to the center to pickup it. It takes hours to find the package. This its been my experience for more than 3 times now with this facility. Their pickup lines are so long always. Looks like they want customers to pickup their own packages and not deliver them. I would give zero stars if possible. They are incredible. They decided to deliver my package but didnt leave it because I wasnt home...okay, I get that. Of course they delivered in the half hour I was gone when I was home the whole day otherwise. I then called the number for Dado St and it is completely automated, I called three times before deciding to wait forever for a representative. Then she told me the only way to receive the package was to be home the entire next day and it would be delivered by 8pm. Not to mention I have two little kids (one is a baby) and I cannot just always come to the door if it rings and this is the only way to get my package!?!?!? She told me I could be transferred to internet support to have them help me wittle down the time to receive the package. I said, no thanks! Whats the point of having a four hour window- I may as well stay home the whole day. Incredible!!! It wouldve been nice if I couldve given a verbal authorization over the phone since I was able to confirm all her information and the door ticket number. All this for a refurbished phone! It wasnt this complicated having my brand new phone shipped!!!

I see a lot of posts about negative experiences with FedEx, so I just wanted to share. I had live animals scheduled to come in via Memphis that were delayed due to a mechanical issue with the plane. The woman at the Ship Center - I believe her name is Rebecca - tracked the issue down for me, as well as expected arrival times. THEN, she made sure to text me as soon as they arrived in the morning so I could some get them ASAP. The two women who were working at the office even waited to make sure the snakes were okay. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this experience and hope FedEx knows they have a gem of an employee!

Staff is pretty quick and efficient.When picking up on weekdays evenings (6:30pm) you can be out with your package in 5-10min. On Saturday mornings, its about 20-30min.Make sure to park in the first parking lot, on the right of the building. The other one doesnt give access to the pickup office.

Generally order from Amazon. My last two packaged have been sent Fed Ex, and both orders were a mess. Both times, Fed Ex claimed to have tried to drop them off. Got a text the first time that I had to pick it up at a location about 20 miles away....no redelivery. 2nd box (just some flip flops) also didnt get delivered. No notifications at all (text, slip on the door, email, etc.). I finally went on Amazon to try to track it. Am on hold with my 3rd Fed Ex person trying to locate it and have been on hold for 14 minutes and counting. Great service.......

I got my overnight shipments the third day, it would delay more days if I was not going their office to pick up. per FedEx tracking info they tried to deliver the first day but failed, their counter staff said the failure may be because the gate, however FedEx has the community gate code on file and the gate code also listed on my FedEx account, I contacted them the first day and give them again the gate code and they promised to re-send my packages that day, but nothing was happened that day, nor the 2nd day, the third day morning my items was sill left at FedEx facility, and I had to drive 25 miles to pick them up, when I ask the staff why they didnt re-deliver my items he said the packages were missed the delivery truck, so I asked him why them were missed for two or three days he answered he is not driver and dont know the reason.In past two days, I have chatted with FedEx, called the 800 # and talked with local facility by phone but I havent gotten my shipments delivered and I have to picked them by myself.

Fedex delivery system is a mess. Tracking details showed that package will be delivered on Wednesday. I waited whole day because it need signature but they didnt show up. Then delivery person attempted Thursday and Friday but I was not home. They will try again on Monday. Delivery window time is anywhere from 8am to 5pm. It is totally a messed up system.

Had to pick up a package become was not at home to sign for it. Why cant they just drop off at the closest FedEx store, so I can pick up at a location closer to home with more flexible hours. I am giving him 10 + STARS, because he is handling pretty good the situation.I am giving Fedex a Half a star, but I have no way to select that so I am forced to give 1 Star.Fedex, stop being greedy and hire more personal, dont have one person do the Job for Three. We do expect great service, since prices are that up.
