Liars & thieves. 0 if I could. They shipped out my bumper in February, gave a false tracking number. Every time I called it was “Stuck in Utah”, and now it’s lost. It’s a 5ft bumper, that doesn’t get lost, that gets stolen!

Besides the fact that parking spaces are 2 blocks away, once you arrive at the store, they charge $3.00 to receive packages with a prepaid label. Quite the scam. Obviously I won’t come back to this location unless I’m in the mood to donate money to a pointless cause.

They are just too lazy to accept an Amazon return item drop off. The lady I met there is rude and indifferent. The worst UPS store Ive ever encountered. Please do not waste your time with this store.

This is by far the worst UPS location of them all. Theyve continued to worsen their policies with regards to drop-off packages, something every other location lets you do for free. They first went after convention goers by charging $6/package, then extended this charge to everyone on convention days. Ok. Now they are charging $6 to everyone and their mother on every day. I hope they realize the lunacy of their ways before they close. In any event, its a short 3 blocks to the 3rd Street location that doesnt try to nickel and dime their customers.

Its hidden away in the McEnery Center to the left of the entrance. Friendly service first ups to ask if i wanted a reciept for a drop off awesome!
