Friendly customer service, it was about closing time, but they still had time to help me with a package return. Centrally located in downtown San Jose, SJC Intl Airport is within walking distance, as well as is a shopping center and the the Matrix for those of you who like to gamble.

ZERO parking. On a Wednesday morning! And no parking on street. Real good FedEx! Drove in one side of the parking lot, looped all the way around and out the other side. Goodbye.

Nice little FedEx store at a convenient place. It is located inside the building. Youll see the place right after entering the door.

The blonde lady that works there is non helpful, not very interested in her job, you ask her a question and never has an answer not sure why is she even working there, just milking fedex for a check i guess
