Also, their quote included literally EVERYTHING, from design, drawings, material selection, permit, electrician, plumbing, demolition, installation, clean up etc., No details were left out, so there were no surprises or hidden fees, which many contractors often times like to add.Excluding the delays that were not in Level Ups control, the entire project (which included tearing out a structured wall) took roughly three months from design to finish. We were really impressed by how fast and quickly the team worked, yet their speed did not affect their quality of work at all. Eli and Noams incredible attention to detail ensured that all the work was absolutely flawless. Communication was also rock solid. We were all on a WhatsApp group chat where Eli and Noam sent us almost daily updates with pictures, letting us know how things were progressing or bringing up any issues to our attention (or us bringing any issues, all minor, to their attention), which were quickly resolved.Level Ups service was truly top notch, because aside of meeting their deliverables, quality work, great communication, they also went the extra mile when we needed it. One example is when our kitchen cabinets arrived too early before we had our permit approved. We had no room to have the cabinets delivered in our house, so Eli helped with getting a POD unit to our house, at no extra cost, so we could have the cabinets delivered and stored there.In summary, we had a wonderful experience with Level Up and thanks to them, we are now enjoying our dream kitchen! =)

Level Up Home Remodeling are top notch when it comes to professionalism and attentiveness. I requested an estimate for remodeling 2 bathrooms, maple wood cabinetry including a quartz peninsula, recessed lighting, patching and painting, upgraded electrical and plumbing.. Ellie provides amazing customer service and helped us with the plans for our remodeled home and will bend over backwards, doing everything possible to make you happy. We needed to have an addition for our house that will have a large closet, walk-in shower and extra storage in our master bedroom. Level Up Home Remodeling was able to deliver what we wanted and asked for. They were very professional and flexible while giving us many great ideas and suggestions in order to make sure that we will get more than what we want and within our budget. Best of all, everything from our interior paint to addition to bathroom upgrades were executed beautifully and professionally. We also asked for a few recommendations during the process and he was quick to provide suggestions that we ended up implementing. Nir presented choices for tile, fixtures, cabinets, then took control of the project through to completion and beyond and the result is incredible.

I dont know why, but for some reason it is hard to find good contractors and installers. We had a number of contractors come out to our home to give us an estimate for our bathroom remodel. Ill spare you the details of how difficult it was to find someone who could show up and then provide a quote, but suffice it to say, Level Up Remodeling was worth the search. His communication and follow-through were excellent. I now recommend all my family and friends to them. If your looking for upgrades to your home, look no further you have found the place!

About a year ago my husband and I got serious about doing a remodel to our 1,630 square foot home. We initially were looking to add a closet to my room and create a master bath with a dual vanity. By this point I had met with about four other contractors and Level Up Home Remodeling easily stood out from the rest of them. After we made my final design selection he was great about following up to keep me in the loop as to the progress. This was something that really helped us put our vision together. They were also great with setting expectations for timeline on when things would get done. Noam and the team did the extensive amount of tile work we needed (backsplash, shower & mosaic tile in several areas) and custom cabinet blend seamlessly into the existing built-in. It feels like we added so much to our house and turned out more beautiful than we had imagined.

Let me start off by saying that I waited seventeen years to remodel my 1939 original kitchen. Yup. You read that right. 1939. And nothing had been done to it ever; except that someone had added some gross peach kitchen tiles to the countertops in the 80s! It was a complete mess and not completely suited to how we live and how we need to function as a family! I promptly responded to by Nir. He was at our house the same week and was wonderful to work with, showed constant attention to detail and werent satisfied until it was perfect. Level Up Home Remodeling completed our guest bathroom remodel recently including tile installation, fabrication of stone countertop, design & installation of glass shower enclosure, cabinetry, electrical, painting, plumbing & demolition.. It turned out beautifully! Nir gave us a detailed line item estimate, was very easy to contact and work with. He has a good eye and was very helpful with choosing tiles that complimented each other. The crew carefully protected my existing flooring in the house during the work, cleaned up at the end of each day, and were very honest. I opted to have prefabricated cabinets but added a few custom cabinets. I now have my dream bathroom!

Nir is such a professional. Our project was complicated and intricate involving and gaining every inch of space we could to expand our kitchen and bathroom. I was looking for a reliable contractor to build an addition to my home. They are many contractors in San Jose area and it was hard task to decide among them. I knew a couple of good companies but they were not available in acceptable time or couldnt do this project. Then my cousin told me about Level Up Home Remodeling, they built addition for him and I saw that work it was outstanding so I asked for my project. They gave me an estimate, it was fair and we signed a contract. It was a little complicated project, but Level Up managed to finish within a promised time and within a promised price. And they did an excellent work, I cant ask for more. 5 Stars!!

We put an addition on to our home and it was a big project. I got the referral through a friend of mine from work. Ellie was pleasant to work with and always had our interest in mind throughout the project. Since our project required cassions and lots of metal steel beams it wasn’t a regular project we could just hand over to any general contractor. I guess I never really understood that hillside project required so much more time and attention. Add to that all the other professional involved like the inspectors, architect, engineers, soil guys, framers, foundation contractors, and more it kind of freaks you out. But im happy to say at the end, LEVEL UP took care of everything for us, and made the process as pleasant as possible. Now it looks like the addition was always there. I had a friend of mine recommend them and its only because they remodeled her restroom and compared to how it was before so outdated they made that restroom look beautiful I had to call them and see if they could save my kitchen and I can honestly say my kitchen wasnt the best I didnt like having people over and them come into my kitchen so after I seen my friends restroom I gave them a call and I dont regret it not one bit, my kitchen is so homey feeling. I love having guest come into the kitchen and relax with it feeling such a happier mood idk if anyone gets it but just know my kitchen is one of my favorite places to be so having it done the way they did it made me such a happier person. I appreciate hard work, I definitely saw that in Ellie and Nir . I was pleased with all the tedious work and professionalism. As I’m sure many people know Its very hard to find a trust worthy contractor, especially in the Bay Area . I searched on line for top rated contractors, I also got some recommendations from friends, but at the end of my search I contacted an old friend of mine who is an architect and does lots of high end homes in Palo Alto, and in Los Altos . He was a great help. He recommend Ellie and Nir and I trusted him and went with my gut instinct. I cant say enough wonderful things about LEVEL UP ! They completely remodeled my home from the floor to the roof, and from the front yard to the pool. The entire process took about a year, but well worth it. Ellie Saved me some money where he could (but he didn’t cut any corners) and was a great person to deal with. He was respectful and easy to work with. He had a lot of great contacts and gave me several great recommendations.We gutted the entire home and everything was redone, and I mean everything. Every rooms was redesigned to fit my needs. They also knocked down some walls wall to make it more of an open concept design. I always wanted a kitchen island and I was finally able to get one!The work was incredible! Everyone of them did everything possible to stick with my insane timeline. But the best part of working with Level Up to be their honesty and integrity. Trusting someone with your home is super scary! I am extremely picky. I want everything done in a certain way.Ellie is definitely a one of a kind contractor. Level up home remodeling company is amazing!! Had them redo my entire kitchen and bathroom. Had some very ugly brown wooden counter tops and cabinets in my kitchen. I hated them! Now I have beautiful marble top counters and beautiful metal cabinets in both rooms they even designed a gorgeous pantry. I highly recommend them!
