Back in 2014 i was working for Falcone heatingAnd stopes there to shop supplies because it was in my route... even i was in uniform that guy jim asked if the company had a account there, i said we were going to pay as a cash account... he said no get out of here we will not sell you anything because your company does not have a account... i reply are you serious?...his answer was what are you waiting for to leave?...jim or James his name didn’t have any respect.. i walked away with a bitter taste and anger.. now i have my own heating company and i will not shop there ...

I was referred by a friend to purchase HVAC supplies from TA supply. He had referred me to Jim. His customer service skills are at another level. Extremely kind and respectful. If you guys are looking for an honest and respectful HVAC supply store this is the place !!!
I been losing customer to my ex worker ( non contractor license) because of this supply house sell equipment to him and he give them a lower bid.i did talk to Jame and Jim but never get results.If anyone out there study hard to get licenses speak up or one day we will loses all the job to these people by the helping hand of this supply house.
James is the Man! Goes above and beyond customer service. He has saved me and made my customers very happy with last minute parts list before they close shop for the weekend, and does it with a smile.
The worse HVAC supply house I have ever been to. I ordered a spiral pipe with James over the phone. My mistake is I didn’t ask him for the price on the phone because I thought the pricing is pretty standard in most HVAC supply store. I sent my employee to pick up the pipe and he charged us double the price I paid because we don’t have an account with them. I have a C-20 license and I don’t think it’s justifiable he charges such price. My employee didn’t know the price and he paid for it. I called James to ask if he can adjust the price but he is not willing. We tried to return the pipe and James wants to charge them 25% restocking fees even though the pipe is still in the store.
