I called and talked to jason to get a quote for glass i needed for my fish tank. He brought to my attention things to take into consideration that I never even thought of. Currently I am thinking about all those things before I place my order. Jason was very helpful and polite. Id promote him to a manager. Its rare to find good customer service anymore.

I moved away from Bulls years ago when it was under an older management team. When faced with a shower door repair that I could not perform I decided to give them a try again. Brandon came out right on time as promised and took care of my shower door issue quickly. His manner was professional and friendly. He completed the repair in no time. This gives me confidence to make Bulls my go to contact once again for any future window, screen or shower door issue. Their shop is a little hard to find on De Anza Blvd but dont let that discourage you.

I definitely recommend them. I had 4 Andersen window screens replaced. They charged $230 and had it done the next morning. The quality was perfect and the frames look perfect. Its about 5-10% more than another place but definitely well worth it. The staff is really knowledgeable too. Im taking my door next to them

I have been getting all my screens repaired at Bulls for the last 10 - 15 years.I bought two glass doors at Bulls (15 years ago) that I used as a room divider. They are still beautiful looking to this day!This past June, a hand crank (which is 40 years old) for a window broke. I brought the old crank in pieces to Bulls. Bulls had the one piece I needed to repair the crank but it wasnt in its original bag so the salesperson gave it to me at no charge! How good is that!

Very professional and responsive store. My patio sliding screen door is worn out. The store manager gave me options to either custom made a new one or just restring it at about 1/3 of cost. I told him one side of frame has curve. He checked it and discussed with his technician whether it can be corrected. Very appreciated about trying hard to provide best service to their customer and save customer pocket.They actually fixed it for free.And to my surprise, under worker shortage, the store restring it within 2 hours instead of the original estimate of two days.Best store experience for a long while.

Best service ever . We are looking for replacing the glass on the entertainment set. The price is reasonable. We made some mistakes on measurements. They replaced the right size without charging any service fee. In addition, The edge of entertainment set wasn’t exactly symmetrical. Jason and Johnny at the store patiently resized 3 times for us with super friendly attitude. Highly recommended !

Used Bulls almost exclusively for all window screen repairs & replacement in the past. Recently, ordered sliding screen doors for french doors. The original technician didnt offer us Japanese screens, instead selling us a lower quality and ill fitting screen door. When the 2nd tecnician arrive ( Brandon) to install the original screens he took the screens back at no cost to us and introduced us to the correct screens for french doors. Jason and Brandon were wonderful to work with in expediting the correct screen doors and we couldnt be happier with the product and service resolving this situation. We will remain loyal Bull customers becasue of these two!

This place is great! Ive been here a few times to find that odd part that no one else seems to have. Today, Nick helped me as the shower door wheels I have are very rare due to having the tapered wheels. He happened to have the 4 I needed and got me on my way!They are also very helpful if you are looking for something a little less rare than I was and they are super friendly and knowledgeable. This should be your first stop as you will likely not need to go anywhere else.

Really surprised by all the excellent reviews. That is how I chose them too. I got Brandon as my tech and Nick as the sales associate. Their prices were 20% more than other quotes but given I really wanted a quality work I did not mind. They have nice vans and logo but that is where it ended for me. Here is the chronology of facts. I had two shower glass custom install in Los Altos, a Neo-Angle shower and a Regular shower.Visit 1 : Brandon does Measurements. He is very happy with quality of shower framing and tile-work and says everything is plumb and within 1/8th tolerance.Visit 2 : Install appointment. Neo-angle shower door ordered 2 inches short! Hardware Finishes ordered wrong. Other shower get installed but they dont have the poly door stops.Visit 3: They bring the correct hardware. Both showers get installed and after hours of messing around with installation Brandon claims everything is in order. However there is a gap between pony wall and shower door that he can not fit any kind of poly stops. If you spray the hand-shower toward that area water will just leak out but since this is a master shower and not gonna be used by kids I move on.I test the showers next day andA) they grossly leak from under the panes and around the bottom hinges. Upon examination he did not silicon around any hinges and the bottom silicon bead is not fully filling the bottom gap between glass pane and the curb.B) the door on the regular shower rubs against the door stop.Visit 4: Brandon refills the silicon and readjust the doorsNext day I test the showers and still one hinge leaking. At this point I give up on these guys and figure out the excellent customer service means we are willing to stop by as many times as you want till you give up ! I take the matter in my own hands and redo the silicon around all hinges and the hinge leak issue is now fixed. Few months into the shower there is still numerous problems:A) I figured one of my glass panes is actually warped !! First time in my life I see warped glass. This makes only the top and bottom corner of the door hit the poly stop and after couple of months the poly stop split in half at the top and bottom due to the warped door hitting the stop at only two strike points, instead of sitting flush against the full length.B) multiple alignment issues. Tolerances not met. Door will run against poly stops as shower gets hot. The panes misalign in all dimensions.I have just lived with the imperfections and did not bother calling these folks again for yet another lame visit. Guess will just burn another 6-7K and have someone competent come redo the whole thing from scratch.If you are looking for a precision job, run away. Or maybe I just got unlucky with my Tech and their others techs are better.

I went to the store yesterday as I needed glass for a small frame. The gentleman at the counter said this was a small order and would not charge for it. But I needed two pieces; he still would not charge. I felt that he should charge whatever small amount it was ($30). But I insisted on paying. Ultimately, he put the money I paid in the tip jar for his employees. That’s how you build customer loyalty!!! Quality, professionalism and a big heart.

This is an excellent place with which to do business. I brought in my 20+ year old bedroom/patio screen door to be measured for a replacement, but the man who helped me said I dont want you to have to buy a new door, we can just replace the screen which was an unexpected and nice offer, but I explained that the screen door wobbled, so I got a new one. I also mentioned that the house was old and the screen door track had shifted a bit and so he made the height 1/4 inch less than the measurement. He told me it would just take an hour(!) and he was a man of his word and very nice to work with, and when I took it home and installed it, it was a perfect fit and looks beautiful!

My son broke our entry mirror so I called Bulls to see if they can replace the mirror.They said they can do it so I drove to the store.Nick opened the door and greeted me.He also provided quote and agreed to work on it right away.My mirror was replaced in less than 30 mins!Thanks to Nick, Brandon (worked on replacing the mirror), and Nancy (front desk receptionist) who were very professional, prompt, and nice.P.S. Phenomenal service by Jesus and Abel. They helped me install multiple custom screens for many sliding doors and windows in my Eichler home. Jesus was spot on with the color recommendations, as the screens look original to the home. He also went out of his way to help me make sure the screens and the doors slid and fit perfectly. Very impressed with his knowledge, service, and helpfulness. Bulls Glass hires good people.

Great experience with the company. Scheduled a day for them to come out and change a cracked glass. I was told Jesus will come out and work on the window. Jesus was on time and he was very efficient, knowledgeable and left the area where he worked super clean. He did a great job on the window pane. I also asked for his advice on another window in the house and he explained what my options were. I will call them again when we repair that window. One star off for the central office not quoting me a price beforehand but pricing was fair.

Great experience! To replace our 30-year screens, we got a few options, from replacing the whole screen to repairing some minor damages. The service personnel in the front desks are really helpful to come up with the best solution for us in terms of quality and cost. Tom, who helped us, is knowledgeable and patient.

Great place, super friendly and helpful. They (Nick) did a free prototype for my recent small job to let me test out the fit, before doing the final piece for an amazing low price. This is for a job where they knew they were making very little money, yet they still gave me a ton of their time, helpfully offering suggestions and different solutions including the free prototype. For big jobs, myself and several neighbors have used them and their service is high quality and reliable. Highly recommended.

Its been 4 days since I requested for the estimate of a shower door. I visited, they told me an approximation and asked me to request the quote via email. After sending out the email, there was no reply. I had to call again. Told me they were too busy to reply. Waited another day, called again: the lady in the phone told me there was no email. Then told me will handle the estimate tomorrow. Had to visit the store again only to be told that the estimate can only made via email. Finally, on the forth day, replied my email with a price thats almost 40% higher than the approximation they gave me on day 1. I am confused and upset by the whole process and the inconsistency.

The manager, Jason, helped me select a painted glass backsplash to go above our kitchen range, and he also explained the best way to attach the glass to the wall. With his instruction on an in-store demo window, I was able to figure out how to replace a broken window sash balance at home. What a great way to get help with something that I couldnt possibly do myself. Greeted with helping hands by Nick and Brandon, my unusual request for a custom-shaped mirror became a fun project for them to take on and expertly finish. The price was quite reasonable as well. I was expecting several days turnaround but they had time to fit it in and to make the time go by their choice of beverages and thier displays of windows, screens and kinds of glass kept me going.

The other day I accidentally burned the trim on my window when my lizards heat lamp got a little too close. It melted the plastic straight through to the glass and it was all black and melty. I had no idea what to do, so some friends referred me to Bulls Glass. I spoke with Jason and he told me to pop the window out of the frame and bring it in to get looked at.I was greeted by a cute little dog named Rubio when I got there. He was very friendly and kept me company while I waited for someone to be available. A lady named Dez was available first. She was very nice and admitted that Jason would be a better person to speak with and he was available shortly thereafter.Jason explained how much it would cost to replace the window (a little more than my pocketbook would allow) and offered another solution to fix the window. My window is now fixed and looking good! Thank you!

With their new shop Bulls is hitting on all cylinders.Ive been going to Bulls for the occasional screen or broken window for the last 25 years. They seemed nice enough but the store was shaby.Their new store is very inviting, from the open desks, nice product displays, and coffee, to Rubio the friendly little dog.What super impressed me was that Jason Bronson leaned over backward to help me, and then didnt charge me any money. Next time I have a glass project, big or small, Ill definitely take it to Bulls. Theyve really upped their game.
