They have a good collection, but they are complete jokers! 3 sales personnel allowing only two people in at a time🤦🏽, then all 3 of them hovering over you and rushing you. You are not allowed to lower the mask for a second to try the glasses on, which defeats the purpose of trying them at all, and they even didnt let me go near the exit to be able to lower the mask and show it to my partner🧏‍♀️. So... Whats the point of the shop??? 🤷🏽‍♂️

I love Sunglass hut and their collection but not this location. They only allow 2 people at a time in a store that can safely and distantly accommodate at least 5 people. I felt very rushed and their staff hovered around me the entire time.

Went in to look at the sunglasses and came out with a pair of Sunglass Hut and Sunglass Hut! The guy who helped me (think it was Jessie the South African guy) was honest, approachable, super friendly and made me feel really at ease....I find this kind of thing painful! V happy!

I liked this place. The sales person was really good at pointing out which glasses would fit my needs (about to get lasik and have REALLY high cheek bones). The glasses are expensive here, but the help was worth it.

Horrible place..!! I went in there twice and needed to return my sunglasses but both time I returned empty handed. They make all sort of weird excuses to not take your item back. I have wasted >$600 at this place. The moment you step out of this showroom, their tone of voice changes. I have a video of their excuses as well, which contradicts their policies on website. Dont go there guys.. Save money

I came in to adjust the frame of my sunglasses that I bought at a different location- the girl helping me had no problem catering to that and was very polite.

Yesterday I went there to buy sunglasses. I bought a pair of pol glasses with $35 off. The stuff Alexis did not wear a smile on his face. He might not know how to give the service to the customer. He was just standing. No sevice at all. I had to ask Are you working here. I asked him to find the another color for me. I didnt careful to take out the glasses into the board. Glasses hit with the door during took out from the board. He cleaned glasses a lot of time. Everytime he used a lot of force to clean up. He wiped too much to clean up the glassess. should be clean softly. But he was not. No one customer want to get the scratches lense.
