This is an excellent botanica! Very well stocked with a huge variety of candles and colognes, soaps, and statues! The gentleman who was working today David I believe his name is is very welcoming and knowledgeable!

Even coming from LA, where we have an array of botanicas, this one is very well stocked. They have a ton of stuff : Oils, foreign teas, coconut powder, natural ointments, candles, statues; you name it. Look up when youre in here because even the walls are stocked.But the 5 stars really is for their customer service. The salesmen are very laid back and not pushy at all and when I mentioned I came all the way from LA they gave me discount. I love discounts. Best botanica in California!

I ordered online a Yemaya statue for Valentines day. I actually received it already and I LOVE it. They also sent along some incense as a free gift inside. I will definitely come back. Great experience.

San Jose best candle shop and that says with all the others there are in the city. This one definitely tops it though. It has a huge, huge, huge selection of candles. Great place.

Stopped by Botanica El Trebol about 2 weeks ago to pick up some candles and was hoping to find some plain black colored ones which seem to be very hard to find elsewhere. Not only did they have plain black ones, but plain ones of every major color and tons of other candles for every possible working you are looking to do! The botanica also carried a wide range of anointing oils, incense, perfumes, statues and much, much more. David assisted me in finding specific candles and offered me his opinion when I couldnt decide between two very similar candles. He was very helpful and definitely knowledgable!! Ill absolutely use Botanica El Trebol for my upcoming needs and look forward to going again to see what else they carry!!!

Statues R us should be their name. Ok. kidding aside, they have a huge selection of statues and the staff here is really nice and go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for. I was looking for Santa Muerte statue and this was the only place that had the 5 foot one for sale.

Omg! This is the cutest Culturally religious store I have ever been to.The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient.I also found it to be much cheaper than other botanicas I have been to.The first time I came into the store it was like jumping inside a rainbow.This store is very colorful! Colors everywhere compromised of teas,herbs, hundreds of candles, statues, powders, stones; just a ton of stuff.You need a good 30 minutes to look trough this store if you are curiousbecause this place is packed. I even found a tea herb from Puerto Rico I had not seen anywhere else. Who would think I would have found it in San Jose? Ha! Happy face! :-DI have been going here with my sister and friends for 8 months now ever since I discovered this place. In my opinion is is the It Botanica to go to in all the Bay Area.What I like the most about this store is that the staff will recommend things if I ask for help, but is not pushy at all. I hate when sales people are pushy to sell you things you do not need or the most expensive items for their own profit.That is definitely not the case here, this is one of the main reasons why I really liked the staff in this store. I even got a discount for buying 2 statuesGreat Costumer Service even for my picky personality. :-)

I love botanica el trebol ay several but this store is the best they have everything and at a good price. To all the people who put negative comments that are ashamed if it is true that sometimes they open or close 15 or 20 minutes but it is because they are going to make home deliveries or to the mail ahh they are also going to buy their (lunch food) ... Rude everyone has a right to eat. Be more patient it is a small business and you cannot do everything at once obviously it is not a corporation.In the hospital you wait, in the dmv you wait, in the restaurants you wait, even to pay at costco you wait so they keep their negative comments bad vibes for something is wrong.I love it for years goodservice, prices and friendliness.God bless all the small businesses especially, everyone buys thousands in big companies in the mall etc ... but 1 dollar and 15 minutes cant wait.
