Stop by to pick up a large list if beads for some bracelets i want to make. Lady offered to help. Asked what I wanted and I was told, do not have that that or that. Whats plan B? I said I would take what they did have and continue searching for the rest. She went back to beading and chatting with coworker. Nothing was label and no further help was offered. I left without purchasing anything. Will not return. BAD customer service.
They have a nice collection of all beading-related. My first experience there was very nice; the owner (I assume) was very helpful.
Came and it was closed online said it was open we drive 4 hours to a closed store. In the response back from owner was made to feel it was my fault. That I should have called. They should have put holiday hours. Every where else we went was open guess they dont do the holidays. Make sure you call I guess before going to this store.Went back a second time the next day after calling like responded and guess what it said it was open. When then drive back a second time to give them another chance to it being closed. So dont listen to there answering machine. They do what they want.
I have been buying beads from this place for while and then discoverd fire mountain gems,, on the internet when I get desperate I still come here to see the beads in person but the beads are way cheaper on the internet.
I needed some replacement parts/findings to fix a mountain of broken jewelry, so I headed out to Sew Beadazzled. The store is meticulously organized and well-stocked.The owner helped me find everything I needed, gave me a punch card for future purchase points, and was extremely pleasant and helpful. This is one of the last bead stores in the valley. The hours are a bit unorthodox(opens at 11 on Sundays, and I believe is closed on Monday and Tuesday, so check before you go. And pet the cute little shop dog!
I came in yesterday and bought a few things for a couple of projects, not really knowing what to expect...but I will definitely be coming back again! I may even become a regular customer if my jewelry business takes off.Its a small little hole-in-the-wall kind of place but theres a lot of bits and pieces to find there. Plan to stay longer than you think you should, every inch of the store has something worth checking out. Just when I thought I was done shopping I saw something else I suddenly needed. As a bonus, their dog is adorable.
Love this store! It feels like a home away from home. Phyllis is a master teacher & her classes are wonderful! I highly recommend them to anyone, even if you don’t think you’re creative. 😉
Excellent service. My beads bracelet was fixed on time and reasonable price. Highly recommended.
I LOVED the cheerful greeting by the owners and their dog, Zoe! I LOVED the selection of seed beads that they carry; one of The Best that Ive seen in any bead shop! Their hours are amazing! They stay open later than any bead shop that I know, PLUS, they are open on Sundays as well! Mostly, not only was I very pleased with their bead selection, their wanting to help with my little project went way above & beyond anything that I imagined especially since I really only went in to buy a teenie-tiny bag of O rings! My experience was so wonderful that, even though I live out of town, I will definitely become a regular whenever I do visit the San Jose area!!!THANK YOU SEW BEDAZZLED!!!YOURE WONDERFUL!!!
