2003 Ford Expedition took it in for an alarm was quoted a price for purchase and install and Two hrs of waiting during this I was told more work to put different switches which ok more money fine another two hrs totally four hrs of wait time that turned into five and a half hrs cuz he didn’t want to be rushed which I never did rush him After completely finishing his install I noticed my lift gate ajar light on went back because he offered warranty on his work my rear window being only electric stopped working he denied this of course and after a different auto electric shop and $500 in the hole from him cutting wires and destroyed my module that controls the locks I wouldn’t go back or recommend them to anyone be aware don’t go to them with new cars they don’t know and will destroy your electrical system
