I bought my rig setup here, a few bowls, and stop in once in a while to get little things like lighters and whatnot, I’m local. I will never go here again since the clerk would not let me exchange a full can of butane, which I bought there, for the correct one and he was just plain rude about it on top of that. Really ticked me off. What lousy service. Zero stars if I could give them 0.

I would of given 5 stars, but the dude at the counter wasnt that nice and it seemed as if we were bothering him when I purchased 3 different items from him. I liked the shop, it was clean, well organized, and the prices werent to high. Staff needs to smile and make you feel welcome instead of feeling like your invading their privacy.. First impression will result in keeping the customer or pushing them to a different smoke shop with better and friendly customer service.

Rude service. Asked about the price of a specific piece on the phone, but when I arrive the seller said it would cost $5+ dollars more than he said on the phone. Go somewhere else for better prices and better service. There are plenty of other smoke shops in the area

One of the best smoke shop I ever been too and very easy to find on w San Carlos. All the workers were chill and they were cool.My boy JD was nice and very attentive to all my needs. He answered all my questions and he ended giving me a good ass deal on a rig.

I have been to this store on several occasions. If they couldnt help me they found some place that could. They have gone out of their way to help me. Always very respectful and kind. Thank you very much. I will and do recommend this shop to family and friends.

I have never had a bad experiance I am always greeted with a smile. Everyone is helpful and upbeat.They dont rush you and if you have any questions regarding products in store they explain how to use or clean items. I have never left unhappy or felt that I was asking a stupid question. I would tell others about this shop

Good selection but on the pricier side of things. Really expensive and rude service, definitely will not be coming back here any time soon. Go to another smoke shop and you will be glad you did with the better service and money that you saved.

I wanted to give this place a good rating, but the guy on the phone is very rude didnt care about anything. I just needed to get one thing and I only asked if he could stay open for 5 extra minutes which was all I needed so that I could get something to guarantee me beating two cases and also getting me housing so I wouldnt be homeless anymore.the Dude Didnt Give A Fu*#(DGAF) had monotone said if if I get there in the next 3min he could help me and its customers were in the store then he would still be open but there wasnt. Is only five minutes of this time to help someones life really didnt care so why would I give someone like that business. And this review did started with three stars and I changed it to 1 as I reread this.

Place sucks there are homeless hanging around guy outside asked my 10 year grand daughter if she wanted some drugs who offers drugs to a kid reported the problem and also called law enforcement place needs to be shut down something illegal is going on there.
