It is still very close.The business is family owned and run, and is still making headway even with the rona. Please ice cream treats covered in chocolate are fabulous. Id recommend the choc dipped cheese cake!!Lots of sweets but also a few vintage-style toys.

Went in to get some salt water taffy and was not disappointed. The young lady who assisted me was very helpful. I havent tried anything else but the taffy but, thanks to the attentive service, I will gladly come back and give them a try for any of my sweet tooth needs.

This shop is so adorable! It was cool seeing the candies from my childhood all in one place. The gelato was delicious, and the staff allowed my group of friends and me sample as many flavors as we wanted before we selected the perfect combinations. The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and the treats were delightful!

They used to have vegan chocolates but they do not have them anymore.

Fun place for novelty treats/candy and delicious ice cream! Staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Specialty candy store with treats from around the world. It is worth it to just walk in here and take trip down memory lane or another country. They also have classic games to introduce the younger generations to and ice cream selections for the hot days.

Friendly and fast service!!! There is a large collection of sweets (candies, chocolates and ice cream)!!! I love their gelato!!!

The combination of limited choices of ice cream and a cluttered and confusing floor plan all take away from the fun experience that one might expect when visiting an ice cream shop.

Wide variety of esoteric candies and cute decorations. They have a timeline of the evolution of Candyland (it hasnt changed much in 20 years)

They got all the things I want with one exception in that is good and fruity, but I like good & plentys slightly more and thats more common.

Stumbled upon this place when we walked the strip.Oh my gosh what a gem of a place. So much to see inside, you can spend hours just looking up, down and around!Home made chocolates, hard candies, chewy candies, hard to find chocolate bars, hear a candy there a candy everywhere a candie. (well you get the point) But wait theres more, soda pops galore and about 20 different flavors of gelato ( Italian ice cream)The server was very engaging, offered to separate our chocolates in individual bags with a seal and put them all in a small brown paper with handles, for us.We walked out of there with 5 dark chocolate marzipan, a dark chocolate Rocky Road chocolate, a Zagnut bar and a Tabasco dark chocolate bar.Oh the things I get myself into lol!

Awesome store, very awesome staff. Fun little place to visit for locals or tourists. On the same strip as other nifty little shops. The gelato was the reason for my stop. I was here for work and was missing home (Milwaukee) we have awesome gelato there too. So I stopped in and found lots of cool older candy flavors and neat things to look at. Would definitely recommend and visit again...(I went back 3 more times)

I love this candy shop! Found everything I needed for my baby shower favors here. They also have ice cream, chocolates, truffles, etc. Just an awesome good old fashion candy shop. Forget Sweet Factory and other mall candy shops. Just come here for all your candy needs.

I used to come here frequently when it was Powells. They had a wide variety of candy from normal to novelty. Since it became willow Glen sweet shoppe it seems like the variety has decreased drastically and they were out of a lot of candy. Was a bit disappointed.

This place brought back memories. I really felt like a kid in a Candy store. Love it.. First time too!

The service was good. The gelato was top of the line delicious. The dark chocolate pecan turtles were the best!!! The caramel was soft & buttery & the pecans were roasted. I have only loved turtles from one other shop, so I am very picky! My gelato had to be flavorful, creamy, & not too sweet. This gelato passed the test with flying colors! 💜

I was looking for horehound drops, and they actually had them. They had a good assortment of gelato, even spumoni so I got some of that too. :)

Lots of old school candies and exotic chocolate. Very fun little store to shop for childhoods snacks. Be careful though - we blew 30$ easily without trying.

Scott was very rude employee. Yelling at me from across the lobby. Very confrontational. Other customers viewed the rudeness. And attitude I received. All I was trying to do was get some candy on a Saturday night and then he had the nerve to ask me not to come back because he was being rude and watching me like a hawk in the store. I am a paying customer and dont appreciate being treated like a hoodlum. Actions need to be taking to make sure other customers feel welcomed.. And I will not be going back based on this simple action so cheers to scott u lost your store a customer...

Reminds me of the old times ;). Packed full of delicious candies and even an ice cream bar, Willow Glen Sweet Shoppe is a great place for an afternoon treat or just for your kids.

Tons of candy!! They literally have every type of candy you want there. For birthdays they have a candy scavenger hunt where they give you a paper with the candy on it and you have to go and find all of the candy. In the end you get too keep the candy and have some gelato.
