Took my iPhone 6plus to have the screen replaced. Really good service, priced as I would have expected and fast as well. Said it would be done in 1/2 an hour but I elected to come back some hours later. The owner is cheerful and pleasant. So glad he has his business in my neighborhood.

Great iPhone . Great service and great deals . Can fix your iPhone or simply sell you one . I wanted a iPhone 8 but only had enough for a 7 . They said I could come back in a month and exchange it and just pay the $80 difference . this is a hole in the wall . It’s towards the back and there’s other business right by it . Took me a while to find but the deals were to good to pass it by .

My wifes LG phone fell off the top of my car and I found it. The cell phone looked hopeless. I brought it to Bay area phone doctor and was told it could be fixed. The LG phone is less than a year old so it was worth fixing. The phone looked like new again. The service was excellent.

He’s the best, most knowledgeable and courteous phone repair guy I’ve EVER dealt with. He’s repaired my iPhone 6s glass at least 3 times and the battery once. This is the best place I have ever been to fix a phone. The quality of service and prices are exceptional. I had to replace an LCD display on my iPhone 6 (refurbished from Assurant) and they did it in less than 2 hours, also dropping in a new battery, I had previously bought, for free. They noticed that there were inside screws missing or loose, and they added them free free of charge. Outstanding.

I had sat on my Samsung Galaxy S6 and bent the frame above the SD card. I went to a couple of other places and was told that the frame couldnt be fixed without replacing the screen as well which wouldve been over $120 for the service. I walked into Bay Area Phone Doctor and told Jamie what happened and in a matter of minutes, he was able to fix the issue without replacing the screen or anything else. I was super pleasantly surprised that he was able to do so at a great price and so quickly. Jamie was really friendly and very knowledgeable. I was in and out in about 5min. Jamie at the Phone Doctor is a spitting image of a successful entrepreneur. Small but adequate shop, ample parking in back, no need to fight for street parking. Most will stumble in based on yelp reviews, but we saw a sign in the street and had a need so let them take a look.After repair he lets you test the phone and even fixed something else that had an issue. Fair prices, but more than an ebay DIY. Appears to take around an hour to repair an iPhone 6. Accepts the four major credit cards.Great success story, best of Willow Glen nominee.Last tip, wish I knew, but $5 off for checking in on yelp.

I had my Nexuss battery replaced, and at first I was happy with the work. The next day, I discovered that the NFC radio wasnt working. Luckily, it was something that I could fix myself, but Im taking off one star for this oversight

Had screen replaced Hauwai Honor 8. Replacement took exactly an hour. Be sure to bring something to do or go for a walk while they fix your items. Was hoping for wifi to occupy me on laptop haha. The screens color seems less vibrant than the original but all the functionality seems to be good so far. Will say I was disappointing that Jamie didnt call me when the ordered screen came in (called a few days later and admitted he dragged his feet on calling). I waited 12 days for the arrival. Overall satisfied; wish the color was the same. I did a replacement cause my phone takes great photos but now they seem a little blah color-wise. Reasonable price.

Anytime I brake a phone I come to this place always get my phone back in a few hours max and they come out like new for a cheap price have been here about 6 times now

I dropped my LG Nexus 5 and shattered the screen. Not only did Jaime have the parts to replace the screen, but he also stayed a little later to complete the swap. Great service, really quick turn around time.I would highly recommend this place if you need to repair you shattered screen.

I had a really bad experience. My phone was constantly restarting before the android os would load. I thought it may be hardware related so I took my nexus 5 here for a look. He opened it up and after about 15 minutes, he returned my phone to me and said he didnt know what was wrong. Later that night, I was able to get the phone os to load and was able to perform a factory reset (all while constantly tapping the on/off button). The phone seemed to be working fine.The next day when I left my home, I noticed I was not receiving any mobile network service. I took it back to this place and the guy (who stated he didnt remember me from the night before) said a button to attach the wireless antenna to the board was missing. He took my name and number and said he would contact me when he got a new button from a dead board. He never contacted me.I took my phone to another cell repair shop and was told my board was damaged.Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied by the lack of service at this place and would not recommend it to anyone. If you value your phone take it elsewhere.
