William helped my wife and I out with excellent customer service. I definitely appreciate how he helped us out changing my wifes name under the system which took quite some time. His recommendations as what we should do with our current predicament helped out tremendously upgrading one of our plans. He also placed the privacy protector screen on my wifes new iPhone 12 pro max with ease, which would take me at least 30 minutes to do to try and perfect it. We got to the store once they opened up at 1000 and didnt leave until 1200. Im just glad only 1 other customer came in, so he didnt have to go back and forth with helping us. He even gave us recommendations on popular eateries that are new in the bay area. I highly recommend William and this Brokaw store for future AT&T related inquiries.

Came in 2 days ago to order and pick up the latest Samsung Fold 3. Shipping was so quick it came within 2 days and Van helped me out with the transfer process.Appreciated the service and got to the store at a not so busy time.Advise to others: When looking to transfer lines or upgrade to a new phone be sure to transfer all your data like photos/videos before making the transfer to save yourself time.

Vanessa, your sales person installed a plastic shield protector, it was installed incorrectly with bubbles and has a fold mark in the middle. Instead of apologizing instead she told me that she warned me beforehand that your product is of low quality. And directly blaming us for buying and letting her install it as she said only acourtesy not her job. What a great customer service.In the first place, i bought that protector coz she may have expertise bettern than myself.so i expect to have a nice one. Looking new. thats the benefit of buying a new one.

The kid that works at this store is absolutely awful. I was trying to figure out the phone deals that they had and he said he had an iPhone and didnt know anything about Samsungs. He also didnt mention the bundle deals they had, or the S20 that they had on sale for 60% off. I found out all this info when I called an AT&T rep on the phone who was a saint and did everything for me since Im switching providers. The phone is shipping to me for free and Im saving money bundling it with the internet I already have. The kid in the store didnt care about anything and was just there to get paid and fill his hours during the week. Extremely unhelpful. Id recommend talking to an AT&T rep on the phone in the comfort of your home instead of wasting your time in a store trying to figure things out with someone who doesnt know what theyre talking about.

Worst customer service. Waited over 20mins. Only 1 store rep and she was assisting a customer. She was trying to figure out why his Apple ID didn’t work and they both didn’t know how to resolve. She didn’t acknowledge me or others waiting and was a great waste of my time. Never again.

Alfredo is a very helpful rep. I had to transfer out of one account and get a new SIM card. Alfredo was able to help me transfer out to my own account. Gave me the best plan for my needs. I did have to pay for the SIM card but it was worth it. I had all my issues resolved and was able to get everything done in a timely manner.

I had an amazing experience at this AT&T location. The staff here is not only super friendly but they actually care about you. I came in to pay my bill normally just like any other day. Then Sam the store associate that was helping me noticed that my bill was rather high, so of course we went over my bill together. He was able to save me $50 a month on my phone service by finding a new plan that still fits my needs. I have been a long time AT&T customer and over the years this by far is my best experience. I will continue to come back to this store for anymore services I need in the future, highly recommend coming to this AT&T!

I went into this location to pay my phone bill and was amazed by the customer service. Right when i walked in i was greeted and asked what i needed help with. Alfredo the manager was able to help me right away and get me on my way in no time.

The Team at Brokaw is knowledgeable and helped me with all of my ATT needs.

There were only two people working on a Sunday afternoon. It took us 30 to get a smaller SIM card for our new phone and they changed us for it (that is the first time Ive experienced this). Better to go to a real AT&T store than this authorized reseller.

My wife and I were there today to get a new phone and we met Alfredo there! He is the manager there and is the nicest of guys! He helped us out with a new phone, got us on a good plan, told us about all the offers and the whole nine yards! There was another employee under training (cant seem to remember his name, it started with the letter E) who was also super nice! 3rd time here, Store locked at normal operation hour, 12:38 am. The front two times just keep repeating call customer service, there is nothing they can do here with an attitude. T-mobile customer service was way better. Already regret switching 3 month ago

Worst experience with AT&T ever. The manager was really rude. Looks like they will only serve you with smiles and courtesy when you are here to spend a lot of money buying new phones. If you are seeking for support, the manager would act so differently. They said things differently from customer reps on the phone and refused to provide service even if the customer rep on the phone said they should. Just because they are “retailing stores”, not a so called cooperate location.

1 star because zero stars are not available. Went into the store and waited for 30 mins. During this entire time no one even bothered to look at me or greet me or even acknowledge presence, especially when it was clear that I was there to do business and not simply loiter. If the manager of the store reads this I can dress him down personally. Being a business owner myself if I ever offered such bad service o would commit suicide and rid the earth of a waste of life.

It was about 3pm on Monday so we expected it to be quiet when we reached the Brokaw AT&T store. We walked in and there was one customer and one agent, ok not bad. When the Agent ended his business with the customer we started. We knew ours was going to take awhile. We went over our house phone plan then internet...upgrading to Fiber-optic! Then the wireless plan, we added 2 new phones for the Out... I mean In-Laws. It must of took a little over an hour and there was a steady flow of customers coming in and out but Omar, Agent Omar did not miss a beat. As we discussed our plan he helped everybody else and once the other Agent returned from lunch he also helped her with her customers. Its a nice AT&T store in a new shopping center. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and no long wait to be helped. I paid my cell bill fast and easily, offered me a new cheaper rate for my home internet and TV bill. Positive experience Ill be back to this store.

These guys have your back. They spent an hour with me figuring out a (truthfully simple) issue. AT&T is frustrating and overwhelming, but they helped me cut through the bureaucratic red tape. No promise about the network quality, but the manager Alfredo and agent Sam were really there to help. And get it done right.

Not being honest with customers

Customer service is exceptional. I recommend this store, because they are helpful and knowledgeable.

They were able to find the right solution, but then something went wrong, and it took a long time to solve the problem. Multiple accounts were created, and we were scared. But eventually only the final account was really active, the older ones were deleted.

Useless, they claim they are only an authorized AT&T retailer, they are not AT&T employees and hence they cannot help me with fraudulent bills that AT&T and DIRECTV keep sending me. I have wasted hours with AT&T on the phone trying to make them understand that I do not have an account or service with them to no avail. And when I walk in store they say they can only accept payment and cannot do anything more. AT&T that used to be a respectable entity has now turned into a total scum.

Worst customer service. We need ownership change for existing plan and wanted to add more lines.Has already taken almost 4 visits to do that. Called beforehand to check what all is required. Was not given all the information. After we reached, he wasted 1 hr explaining about getting offer on new iPhone . We told first thing that lines we are adding are already on att.But after wasting 1 hr he told we are not eligible for it. Next other goof ups regarding what all is required to get it done . There should be some basic qualification required I guess to be employed here.

Beware of the hours. Definitely called to ask what time they closed and was told 8:00 p.m. Got there and the sign definitely says 9:00 p.m.

The clerk started off by asking for my drivers license info without taking a moment to find out what I was looking for. In my opinion customer queries should be addressed before procedural tasks begin. Its presumptuous to assume Im going to buy something before we even discuss what I am looking for.

Worst customer service and made me start looking into Verizon after staying with ATT for 10 plus years. Now I regret that I paid 30K plus to ATT in those 10 years.Went to this store today as my phone was not recognizing the SIM card sent by ATT. This guy Omar looked at it and says the SIM card was not the right one and showed me that it is smaller than the slot and trying it a few times I might have damaged the phone. I told him that the SIM card was sent by att after they took all the phone info. He says I should have used common sense as it is couple of mm smaller than the slot. This guy dared to tell me that I do not have common sense. When I challenged him on the personal attack and worst customer service, he asks me to leave the store. At this point I was upset and challenged him on how it is a common sense thing when I trusted ATT and I am not an expert in these things. He then tells to my face “get out of my store” repeatedly and will call cops on me otherwise. He then goes to the back room and comes back saying that he called the cops and they are on the way. I stayed on so that I can also log this incident. After a few minutes I left the store as my time is more valuable than waiting and not knowing if he really called the cops.

Unfortunately the Mexican guy at the office this morning was rude.I stepped out of the office to make a call to AT&T because they were asking my social security number on the phone. How will I know that it affects your store count? Why will you be so rude for something that I have no idea of instead of telling me first?

Very slow…gave me incomplete instructions to move my account to another plan and wasted hours of me and my plan owner to call AT&T customer service when I was right in the store. We Will quit AT&T soon.

Came in to make a payment and 10min after 9 and they where still closed. nothing but Road workers. Save yourself some time and go to a Corporate At&t store. There not able to Assist you with everything. Since they are just a Authorize retailer.

I stopped by this morning to get help activating my new replacement iPhone that just arrived in the mail from the insurance company. Alfredo showed up 6 minutes late to open the building and looked like he had just crawled out of bed. When I asked if he could help me activate my phone, he said in a confrontational tone, My internet is too slow here, just go home and do it yourself--I cant help you. Shocked by his attitude, I politely reminded him that when I ordered the replacement phone through the Santa Cruz ATT store, I was assured I could bring the new phone back into any ATT location to receive assistance deactivating the broken one and activating the new one. He said to me have a nice day, in a sarcastic tone as I walked toward the door, and I said, you have a nice day, to which he replied what did you just say to me? as though he were provoking a fight. I just kept my eyes on the door and kept walking.I dont know if he was hung over or what was going on with him. Unfortunately, there were no other workers there from whom I could get help or report my concern regarding Alfredos unprofessional, confrontational demeanor, so I had no choice but to leave and am now forced to find another location to activate my phone and report my experience online. I see Alfredo has received positive reviews from other customers, so I am left wondering if this is an unusual circumstance with him. Last night was Saturday, perhaps he was out late last night? Since he was the only one working this morning, perhaps he thought no one would notice him opening the store a little late... who knows? All I know is that we own and operate two large corporations and have been loyal customers of ATT for all our phones for the past 30 years, and this is the first time I have ever been treated so rudely. What a way to start the day.
