NGY Stone is amazing. The quality of the cabinet is great for the price... Nearly as good as American made for half the cost... Weve been using these cabinets for about 5 months now and we get nothing but praise for their looks... and I love the way they function.The NGY San Jose team is fantastic. I worked with Michael over the course of a month or so.... this guy is a wizard and provides excellent customer service. He helped me design a super functional and beautiful kitchen - and he was never pushy with trying to upsell on anything, he just informed us of all options and let us pick, while providing great insight.Also, I was really impressed with Michaels speed at which he was able to estimate a quote. I brought in a competitors quote (an online seller who I believed to be the cheapest, yet highest quality) and he had me a quote within 5 minutes of walking in that was about 30% cheaper - wow. He also responded to all email communications within 12 hours and was thorough with his information.The other team members were also a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much NGY team - we love our kitchen! I will never stop sending more business your way when anyone mentions cabinets :)

This is my first view and was motivated by the great customer service from NGY. I really appreciated Pinky taking the time with me yesterday to select the counter-top colors and cabinets, explaining the difference between Quartz vs. Quartzite. We didnt come fully prepared with an accurate measurement. But only with the limit information & pictures, She figured it outright and helped me quickly, efficiently, and got it all correct after we double-check the measurement at the site. Pinky is so knowledgeable and professional.

NGY is one of the best RTA cabinets here in the bay area. As a contractor myself, I love working with them, They have lightning speed of respond to my questions and inquiries through email. One of their sales, Chi Zhou, is amazing. At first glance, I thought this is just a guy fresh graduate from college, but after working and back and forth with my projects, he can precisely persecute every questions about the cabinets. Offering us tons of alternative solutions for our customers, I was extremely impressed!They also have a wonderful team, young and energetic! Pinky is so awesome. She worked with us to design our kitchen, chose the right color to match with floor. She is very pay attention to details, and made it very painless for us being so helpful.Also they have a great selection on stone. Strong recommended!

I just had my new home fully remodeled. I have been to NGY many times to get my new kitchen designed. During my 6+ visits, I was mostly helped by Pinky and sometime by Michael. They are both very professional and easy going. They helped me modified the design until the final version. I really like the final design. All my friends who visited my home are all like it too. The quality of the cabinet are very good too. Besides kitchen cabinets, they also gave me a lot suggestion for bathroom design. There is no reason not giving them a 5-star. Thanks Pinky & Michael!
