You get what you pay for in terms of quality. But kww consistently delivers exactly what you expect at the price point, and they have pretty good customer service. They cant be beat as a value buy.

The service is terrible. Do not expect to be catered to going to this place. Do not even expect that the cabinet dimensions are what the layout says. That said, if you know what you are doing, if you can adjust and fill in as needed, you can not come close to matching the quality of the cabinets for the price. Home depot and Lowes dont come anywhere near the quality at the same price. Ive done 2 kitchens from this place. You have to know what you are doing. Service is bad. There is no particle board on anything you cant slam the drawer or door the hardware slows it down in the last inch and eases it to a close. Love it. But its a hassle dealing with the store. They were super busy 3 years ago today business is down their slab stone repertoire is 10% what it used to be. They will not be in business if they dont change management.

Great service and prices!

I am extremely picky and complained about the most minor imperfections and they were very patient with me and very nice and swapped out doors for me multiple times without ever acting annoyed. These people have great customer service and the cabinets are awesome quality. Can not beat the quality for the price! Very happy.

Great quality at a great value. These are not cheap RTA particle board cabinets. These cabinets have full hardwood doors, plywood boxes, dovetail drawer boxes and soft close hardware. I have quoted identical layouts between Home Depot and KWW, KWW was 1/3 the cost of HD and had soft close hardware that HD wanted extra for.If you go into the store expect to spend at least an hour waiting for service. When you get help they are very knowledgeable and will often help with layout/design. I have used these cabinets for 4 houses including my own and they have held up great. I am now looking at shipping them to NC since I can not get cabinets close to this quality for double the price.

Worst service ever!! I dont know whats the big hype about this place. Waited over an hour to get some answers to some basic questions I had, but they had only one person working the floor and she had no clue about service or priority of helping people in order of their arrival. I asked 4 times will someone help me and she kept on saying hell be right with you. Who was that he, I have no clue...but waisted over an hour of my time in this dump!

Customer service poorly

Great place, very helpful, very good prices and quality.

Horrible experience. They ordered the wrong sizes and were 4 weeks late on delivery. Even then, they hadnt completed construction. Not worth the price. You pay for it in the end.
