The service here seems to have declined over the years. It use to be a small business, then it turned over to Tire Time which had a pretty good manager running it. Now its under new management again and my last visit here I just didnt feel the same good vibe I use to feel. Plus 40 bucks for a tire patch seems excessive....

I called the shop because I was looking for some tires IWatson hall for 15 minutes I didn’t care some guy pick up the phone he was really nice the only thing is That he never called me back I give him my number to call me back give information about the tires and he say I’ll call you back in 10 minutes I never got a callback for me that’s a horrible customer service

Mark manages the shop and our family goes there for tires, and also oil changes, alignment. Very comfortable chairs, and coffee brewed and ready in the mornings. Informative and great to work with. All employees have excellent work ethics

I found this local automotive service gem when I needed a tire replaced. Theyre a full service repair shop with fair prices and great service. I always wait there while getting my car services and have overheard conversations between employees and customers. They give full information to the customers and dont try to oversell services or products.

I needed to get some new tires for my fusion and had no idea where to start. Mark walked me through all of my options and educated me about what to expect from each tire. I walked away knowing that not only did I choose exactly what I needed but the installation was quick and painless. Prices were good and I feel I definitely got a great value. I will definitely use them again for anything I need!

Mark made my experience easy and comfortable! Had to reschedule and almost didnt make the 2nd appointment, I explained what had happened and gave me an open window to come back that same day and get the job done! Very helpful and honest, gave me 3 different tire makes to choose . They didnt try to make me buy most expensive tire like most other shops. They tend to get busy, so Id advise to call ahead .

I have been going here for 20 years. The work is good, the prices are fair, and Pete, the owner, is a good man to do business with. This is a solid business; get new tires, have your brakes replaced, get an alignment, have your entire front end rebuilt, have whatever is needed to be done with regards to the suspension and wheels of your vehicle without worries.

Fixed my punctured tire in 15 minutes. Fix is guaranteed to last beyond life of the tire. Incredibly fast. Superb customer service. East Side!

I understand having to get a job done by a certain time..I work in car industry.... but not being available to Help somebody coming in With a flat tire without an appointment Not Good Businiess… how was I supposed to know I was getting a flat tire today…only shop open at 8am near me...... Pretty much a tire shops business Is to help us get back on the road safely especially if somebody has somewhere to be....(work)....They have a job they needed to get done by 10am and I arrived 815ish.And only 1 tech available...im sure they were able to squeeze 1 flat tire in...Bad vibes so went down the street to Calderons Tires and I actually rather wait for them to open at 9am...I know a lot of people here in the area and if they ever need a shop I know who I wont be referring....

Very friendly good prices but they dont have much stock so they may have to order tires for you. Pep Boys across the street didnt have time for me for an oil change but they did excellent.

I had a screw in my tire, headed towards the closes tire shop around my neighborhood wich is tire time. It was 15 till 6 I asked one of the workers there for help and their answer was its getting close to closing time we sorry we wont be able to assist you. You serious all I wanted was a quick patch not a change of tires rotation and alignment.. was very disappointed at them for not wanting to help my tire was still quickly deflating headed to the next closes tire shop wich was Calderón tires down on story rd they where still open late and with no hurry to punch out. Took them 5 minutes to pull the screw out do the patch check for leaks, and check air pressure. Things like this is what makes people not comeback to places like this you lost my business you guys might be around the corner but I rather go where I know I will get help for sure. Wouldnt want to keep you guys a minute after closing time tahnks a lot tire time...
