I was in an accident about a month ago and sent my car to Koss for body work. They were responsive throughout the process letting me know what needed to be done and how long it would take. Bob even stayed after closing on a Friday so I could pick up my car. After I got my car back an AC issue arose so Bob provided a rental and fixed the issue free of charge. Im thoroughly satisfied with my experience with Koss Auto.

My insurance has been a nightmare to deal with, but Im thankful for this shop the receptionist is such a nice lady and Bob has been so helpful keeping me informed when my insurance has failed to do so. Also answering all my questions and mainly thankful for looking out for me by ensuring I get the best quality parts on my vehicle. Thank you Bob.

I have used Koss multiple times for body work on my cars and they do a great job every time. Not only do they stand behind their work, they keep their commitments to their customers and deliver on time.

Recently had some minor repairs done here, came back because of a previous experience with Koss. They provide accurate estimates (both time and money), they do great work, but most important to me is that they take a great deal of pride in their work. I find that to be rare, and I really value it.Needless to say, Im as happy with their work this time as I was last time. I highly recommend these folks.

My Honda Fit was hit and had some major damage done to it. I was referred to Koss. Theyre a certified repair Honda center. With that said, the car looks fantastic. Koss Collision, has great customer service and if you ever need your car repaired, you should truly think about taking it Koss. Youll be happy you did. They really care about the customer, and it makes you feel good!

The folks at Koss collision were very helpful. They were able to get the part needed for repair quickly and installed in less than 2 days. Very friendly and good quality work.

I brought my Mini Cooper in to get a bumper, light, and rear lift repaired. They explained everything that they were going to do and how it was going to get done very clearly. I had ordered paint from the car dealership, but it clearly did not match when I used it to cover up the scratch. However, the paint Koss used to fix the scratches matched my car to the tee. They even ordered and installed an extra part for me. Their customer service was impeccable from beginning to end. When I got my car back, it looked brand new! They not only repaired my car, but they cleaned it inside and out as well! It looked beautiful! I hope I wont need any other repairs any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely use Koss Collision Center again.

Koss isnt going to be the cheapest option to fix your car. However, if you care about how your car looks, Koss Collision Center is the place to go. They do great work and wont release your car until the job is done right. I will definitely take all of our cars to Koss.
