They were great to work with on our insurance claim for a stolen catalytic converter. I received a text as soon as my case was received. I had multiple coordination with office staff. Both ladies were easy to work with and very accurate and informative. They arranged the tow and prepped all the paperwork. The service team was fantastic too. Work done in half the estimated time and even washed my dirty car that was out sitting due the damage it received. Highly recommend for any service and as well when working with a State Farm claim.

They were extremely polite and helpful from start to finish. They kept in contact with us about where they were at with the project, and had our car done faster than they originally estimated. The car looks fantastic (they blended the paint on the replacement/original parts so it wouldn’t look so noticeably different) and it looks like they washed it as well which is awesome. We originally chose this shop because they were on a Pre-approved list provided by the insurance of the driver who hit my car (We didn’t have to pay anything in this instance, it was billed directly to State Farm), but I would definitely bring my car back on my own terms. Positive experience all around, would definitely recommend.

Roy & Brad were awesome and professional the minute I parked. They assessed the damages to my car (rock hit it on the freeway) and we discussed pros and cons of some other repairs. When I picked it up in the exact amount of time promised, I got in and out quick plus they fixed a small chip in my rear bumper and gave me the remaining paint from the dealer for future minor chips!Great service!! Took my truck in for repairs, received an estimate last Friday and they said they would do their best to obtain replacement parts (since my vehicle had no longer been in production for the last 6+ years). They called back a few days later got me in the following Friday first thing in the morning and by 1:30pm I was driving my truck home. Not only did the repairs look flawless, they washed and cleaned my vehicle inside and out and it looked great! Bradley and the rest of the staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and I received a great overall value. Very pleased and highly recommend!!

This place is shady don’t go here. I returned my rental car there but they never took it back. In fact they put 1500 miles on the car and took it back 4 days later. So o got charged and so did my insurance company for there weekend joy ride!

When we went back, they are not accepting what they have done. They are blaming us and not taking any responsibility of their work. Even we talked to manager(I think his name was Roy) and he was very rude on phone. Will not go again... and do not recommend this place to anybody as they are not profession.

I had to bring my car in for a repair that I’ve ignored for way too long (oops). After dealing with my insurance fix auto came up as the best place for me to bring my car. All the staff was friendly and polite, they walked me through the process and let me know what needed to done. I was given an estimate of 5 days for my car to be in the shop but after two days I received a call that it was really (WOW)! I was surprised at the amazing work and how quickly it was done, I plan to take my car here for any future repairs!

Decided to use this shop since it was on AAA list of recommended shops, it’s a good reviews on Yelp, and it was relatively close to home. Other than being moved out one week due to a flu bug running through the shop, my experience was very good. Said it would take a week and actually the car return back to me after 5 days, and the workmanship was very good - could not tell the car was ever in accident, and they provided me a lifetime guarantee on their work. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
