I recommend. Ive used a few storage facilities throughout my life and this one was the best. Safe, clean, no mold, no rats, easy access and good rates. I had my belongings here for about 10 months and had no issues. Location was easy to access and in a safe part of town. Charles was so helpful with all my inquires. Thank you for everything.

This place is not a great secure place to store your things. My storage was broken into they acted like it wasn’t their fault, that it was my fault. I had my lock secured on my security door. Very weird how everything went down plus the little man at the front desk, (super creepy by the way) didn’t even acknowledge that was storage had been broken into or cared. Beware be careful not the best business to deal with.

Love the people managing the front desk! This place is super easy to park and unload. Lots of dollies to help you move your stuff in. Ability to prorate the cost between months. Super happy so far :)

In order for me to see the space I was renting, Charles face-timed me and showed me the spot I rented….I loved the fact that he face timed me! What really sets SECURITY PUBLIC STORAGE apart from the rest is Charles. To say that Charles runs a tight ship would be a severe understatement. It is by far the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever seen. The attention to detail is not an afterthought here; even the bathroom [which is available to use during these unprecedented times] is stellar—complete with framed art posters and a potted plant. I never thought I could get this happy or excited about storage, but this place is amazing. Clean, secure, convenient with a loading zone in front for customers to use and plenty of carts to make moving items easy. The manager Charles is fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Perhaps best of all, these people are honest. I tried to rent a bigger unit and they wanted to discuss how much stuff I had and counseled me into a unit half the size, which turned out to be more than adequate. What a pleasant experience!

Security Public Storage is great! This is my first experience with a storage unit place and I was very impressed when I arrived to drop all my stuff off. It was easy to make the arrangement over the phone reserving the unit, even on short notice! I appreciate the level of security offered here, how they make sure to walk you through the process of signing into the gate and how to go about leaving. The premises was clean and organized, if you dont have a lock (which I didnt) they have them at the front desk to buy - very convenient! Units are clean and they provide nice size carts to trek your belongings up and down the elevators. Overall, very pleased :) Thanks for your great service!

Used the storage here for a month, I found it well secured, clean, and all the staff were very nice. Charles, the site manager, particularly was very helpful in making sure I could get all my stuff in and out. No surprises in any of the billing, it was rather convenient!

Awesome experience with SPS. Super secure facility located in a convenient location, with ample parking blocked off any time we needed to drop off or access our unit. We recently closed out our storage unit since we moved to a new space with a garage, and Charles was incredibly helpful - he even helped load up my car and shuffle things to condense what I thought would be three trips into two! One thing to note: Google hours state that its open from 9-6, but those are just office hours! You can actually access your storage unit between 7am-6:45pm.

Great, clean space thats easily accessible to downtown and the Mission. I had a tractor-trailer sized moving truck deliver a cube and we had no issues. Very friendly staff will reserve space on the street for you if youre moving. Its been so great to have this space!

I used SPS this summer when I was moving from SF to San Diego. I stored my things all summer long and then came back to move it all out. The rates were super affordable. All communication with Charles (the manager) was easy and clear, and the process for getting in and out was quick and simple. The facility is secure and clean and I felt completely comfortable storing all of my belongings here for so long. Very impressive business and highly recommended.

LOVE this place - who would think they would write that they love a storage unit? but the people make it so worth it.Charles went above and beyond he physically measured my storage unit and door. SPS is the best storage facility I have used in San Francisco...and I have used a few! I have been a customer for a few years now. Everything from the sign up process and learning about the facility to the ease of access and hours is great! If you want to know your stuff is safe and secure then this place is for you. The team at the facility is awesome. The location rocks and there is always a parking spot or two blocked off for you to use in front. I would not look anywhere else for storage in SF!!

I have had such a positive experience having my storage at this Security Public Storage location. I feel safe in the building, especially knowing how much security features are in the building. Each unit is locked and you can only access your floor, which means extra security once youre inside the building as well! Charles the manager is THE NICEST man, and he has been so helpful with any questions Ive had and requests Ive made. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.

This is a convenient and clean storage location, right off Market Street. The manager, Charles, is kind and present -- as are members of his team. I appreciate that I can swing by off the Muni to quickly drop / pick up. There is parking right in front, too (which is better / worse, depending on the time of day)

This is a good place. I left things here for a long time and it was always clean and dry. Charles is the manager and is a good guy. I would store things here again. Its easy, close to the freeways and they have all the items you might Need for storage, but forget. An all-around positive experience.

Very secure public storage. Staff is nice. Facility is clean. Wish the hours were more accommodating. They open late and close early on weekdays. Basically, if you work a regular day job, youll never be able to access your stuff until the weekend.

This storage facility is managed extremely well. It is well-lit, well-ventilated, and very clean. Charles, the manager, is very professional, goes out of his way to be helpful, and will rent you the best unit for your needs. I stored my European furniture here for 4 years before selling it and downsizing to a much smaller unit recently. The furniture was in excellent condition after this time in storage. Charles helped me donate items, facilitated the move, and the entire process of downsizing. Its a pleasure to work with Charles. I look forward to seeing him here for years to come.

This place has been really great! The staff is always very friendly and helpful and its been super easy to get in and out of my unit for various items. Its very clean and safe, and incredibly convenient to be right in the city, unlike most other storage places. Parking is never an issue since they have spots reserved right in front.
