Im new to buying ECCO shoes, but Ive become a quick lover of them. And the customer service was Great!

Wonderful restaurant. The food was excellent! Our server Travis was amazing and one of the best and most professional waiters we have encountered. We will definitely be returning. Wonderful customer service. An absolute must!

Sold me a pair of waterproof boots that were not actually waterproof. The one they sold me was water resistant and the boots are useless to me in the rain. The boots also dont look good enough to wear without a good reason, like keeping your feet dry.

I had been in San Fran on business travel, and desperately needed a comfortable pair of dress shoes. I was able to work with Marvin at the Ecco Store in the Westfield shopping mall to find a comfortable pair of shoes that looked great. Marvin went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I cant say how thankful I am to have him help me out. Great service, great shoes.

Very decent place with not much shoes options. Employees were busy chit-chatting when I entered. Place is very expensive just like anh other place in SF. I entered and then exited in a few minutes as I did not find any eye-catching items. The decor inside is very neat btw and the display is comfortable to look at.

I am just walking out of the store. Kandas and another lady helped me try out at least 5 pairs of shoes. They were very patient and professional kept on moving all shoes around and kept the smile on. I myself was frustrated debating which shoes I should buy.... they were way too much helpThe store is very limited in my opinion when it comes to variety. I guess they just display the classics and some of the new items.It was a fantastic experience
