Called and spoke with Natalie. Had guests coming and told her we needed new towels for our newly remodeled guest bathroom on a tight timeline and she was fabulous to work with. She packaged the items I wanted to order and sent them to me in Seattle. Received the towels quickly and they look awesome in our bathroom. Will continued to work with Natalie and place future orders- she was friendly, answered my questions, offered helpful guidance and super easy to work with. Perfect transaction!

When they started, the quality of the material was awesome. I still have some gen1 sheets. Theyre still awesome. However, they switched materials, new material is thinner, flimsier, and less soft. This happened right around the time they sold out of all their inventory at the start of the pandemic, no doubt they found a less expensive supplier, and it shows.

I appreciate this place and the attentive staff. I came in for bath towels that I learned about after staying with a friend in NYC. Had no clue I was living a few blocks from the place! The funny part is the staff person kept asking “what were you sent in for” and “what did they want” me to pick up. A confusing question, because I think she thought a girlfriend sent me in, but nope, just a gay dude with good taste. ;P I’ll be back for more towels and the blankets in my attached photo from my store visit.

Don’t bother shopping here unless you have the patience to find parking and haul your beddings around Hayes valley.Store is unresponsive to phone and staff is dishonest with customers.When calling this store to order for pick up, the line leads to voicemail many times. After leaving a voicemail, no one returned my call.I had to call back again to resolve my issues.During their half yearly sale, i called to place a pick up order and the sales associate was not honest.She stated a different price than the online sales price. She said she was not going to honor the price of the sale unless I had a booking in store to view the products.It was after I mentioned that I have a booking that she applied the discount for my order.I don’t appreciate how this store is so dishonest with its customers.The online shopping with Parachute is so much easier!

Love the staff here! They were very helpful and patient with all my questions. They also allow dogs in the store, so my little guy didnt have to stay outside while it was raining.These guys have the best bed sets youll ever sleep on. Worth every penny. Highly recommend this place for all your home decor needs!

I really did enjoy my parachute bedding for 2 years (queen linen duvet cover and 2 pillowcases). But 1.5 years later, both pillowcases formed multiple massive holes. I sewed them up to my best ability, but ultimately had to throw them out. I am 2 years in now and my duvet forms holes everywhere! I reinforced the seams where the ripping first started, but now holes are showing up randomly elsewhere to the point where it is difficult to keep repairing.For $300, I expected to have this bedding for a long long time. I contacted customer service and was informed that this type of wear is consistent with daily use. Ive had Ikea bedding that lasted longer. Its still a relatively new company, so I wonder if others will see a decline in quality as they hold onto their bedding for longer. When I reached out to customer service, they said that holes after 2 years were part of the beddings normal wear and tear. I ended up buying a set on Amazon that is 10x better and 10x cheaper

Parachute sheets are the sheet! 😎🛏The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had an awesome experience in store and an even better night sleep! Highly recommend.

Love Parachute but the manager on duty had an attitude and I was not into it. Sales gal was lovely.

Poor customer service. When I walked in to pick up my order after having called 3 times and having no one greeting new customers at the door - and no directions outside for pickup orders - the employee had my small bag with the gift in it on the ground in the middle of a walk way... during covid... It was very disappointing, especially when shopping at a store that seems so high end.There were also very large bedding items being unpackaged all over the store making it very difficult to walk through. Not safe.Did not feel valued as a customer.

Please update your store hours on Google. I just walked 1.5 miles to purchase a few items in-store. According to Google you are open until 7pm on Monday but the store was closed when I arrived at 6pm and a printed sign stated that the shop is closed on Mondays. Very frustrating.

Great choice of home cotton & linen goods like bedding, towels, bath robes, etc. Love their quality and design choices. Staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Customer service is non existent. I’ve tried emailing, calling, DM’ing and no reply for weeks and weeks. I spent a ton of money on an order and I have no idea where it is.

They just opened this location so I decided to come in to do an exchange instead of go through the whole mailing back and forth thing online. This store is cute and immaculately clean and the customer service was totally top notch. The woman working there was a sparkling star of joy and very helpful, even when I walked in 10 minutes before closing.Aside from the store, I highly recommend their products as well. Ive had their linen sheets and quilt for a year now and cant dream of going back to anything else. Also recommended to my parents and got a call last weekend from them raving about how much they love their new sheets. If you often get too warm at night, the linen is a lifesaver 💯
