Horrible experience in this store!!!Mega expensive prices and not true communication at all. Check the others souvenirs stores around if you don’t want to get rip off. By the way they DON’T ACCEPT RETURN of anything you bought from them, and of course they don’t let you know that either. Be aware when you make the payment because they ask you for signature on receipt. Cashiers and manager helpless!Horrible experience, I wish I could give negative stars for this store.
Had an awesome time during our last visit! This is a cool souvenir shop with lots of great choices. Loved the vibe for a beautiful, refreshing walk.
Good clothing store to get some SF gears! conveniently located in Pier 39.
Nice gift shop to buy SF merchandise. Parking is across the street but doable.
Good store but its a tourist trap so everything is quite overpriced. All of the clothes are in asian sizes so expect to go up a size or two for anything comfortable.
Great place to go for all your SF souvenires, little pricey but you will definitley find what your looking for.
Tad bit pricy, but staff is SUPER friendly! Prepare to open your wallet, because they have some cool stuff in there!
I love this place! So many wonderful things. Friendly, helpful people.
Cute momentos, great variety for different family and friends.
Best place in S.F to get a little or big souvenir...
Bought so many different souvenirs.
Terrible employee don’t come to the store
Love the place. The streets go up & down it was Great. Its a killer to walk up & down but truly enjoy it. The view of the streets was Awesome! The place is clean. People taking pictures everywhere.
We found some cute souvenirs to take home. Being from the bay area, theres not a lot that we find in the way of keepsakes but we did find a really nice San Francisco magnet and one that was fun. And by fun I mean it moves around a lot!
Great SF based gifts: magnets, tees, sweatshirts and (of course) fleeces. Love the 420 themed products
A great place for tourist
They had a beautiful selection of souvenirs. Great gifts for family and special friends.
Typical gift shop...
HAD a Great time
My favorite souvenir shop
Best shop to stop into. Prices are more decent than most. Gtab some keychains, magnets, etc and enjoy the pier.
Great prices. The staff is very friendly too
A lot of cool SF gifts for all ages
Its a great shop to pick up souvenirs. They house almost all variety of souvenirs that you find in most shops on the Pier. However, most items here are priced slightly higher compared to the other shops
Bought tons of souvenirs that I didnt need, but had fun doing it.
You can fine all the of souvenirs
Unique items for self and others. Best prices in San Francisco for any age.Losing battery on a charger or need a sims card... its chilly downtown looking for a cool cover up or a neat sweatshirt... did you forget to pick up fido gift or are you just on the go need items like personal hygiene the airlines took.Unique one of a kind souvenirs or just because you had to have an Alcatraz item.To get there.. We took the trolly down.. Prime location of course in down town San Francisco tourist district. Plus the area is where to go place for snacks food and beverages I PURCHASED A BAG PACK THAT EVERYONE ASKS WHERE I boughtaaaa
Great gift shop with so many options of souvenirs to choose from! I spent a lot of time here and wanted to get so much! There are some items here that are very well priced and cheap, and things here that I did not find at any of the other gift shops in the area. The staff are apathetic towards their job and do not make a positive interaction.
The shop-stop for souvenirs of San Fran. Its not too expensive and very affordable for the traveler whos on a budget. I come here for the keychains, t-shirts, cups, and even hats. I think I have bought a few fisherman hats here. Great place. Its located in Pier 39 which is next to all the other wonderful shops. During Christmas, the Christmas tree is located nearby. What a great site.
The entire wharf is an experience to have. Food crowd, sites, restaurants, and so much more. San Francisco great place to visit!
Historical city with endless activities to do. This city is filled with anything and everything you could possibly want to do, see, and experience. Go there and you will not be disappointed.
Bought a pullover for 33 Dollar, that shows its extremely poor material quality already after one day of wearing. Disappointed, cause I cant wear it anymore already - feels like a total rip off.
I have lived in the Bay Area most of my life! So I really didnt need any souvenirs however when I got in contact with some long lost family on Facebook they did request souvenirs. It was my pleasure to go over to only in San Francisco where Ive always got great customer service and affordable prices for some fun trinkets
Very amazing gift shop has any thing you can almost think of as a souvenir gift great people friendly and a nice environment I would recommend this to anybody if you go to San Francisco
Lots of fun shopping for souvenirs if your hanging out here for the day and fantastic people watching !
Nice place to visit. Sunday funday is here
I bought some gifts for my family while in town. Stopped here for the convenience of the location. Prices are a bit steep on most things, but it is a tourist area, so I expected it to be more expensive.
Decent place to pickup a shirt, hat, mug, ornament, keychain, or other collectible to remind yourself of your trip to the city or a great gift idea for those you have at home. Can get real crowded and small aisles, so beware if you have a big backpack.
The perfect place to grab a few bits and there was lots to pick from. I only got a couple of post cards but because it is one of the first shops on the pier, it is a very busy and crowded place. The service was good and friendly.
Beware: exchange only, they are not allowing return of an iteam, advice to roam around and buy stuff at the end. Maybe you will find better stuff somewhere else.
Love it there it changes every time I visit there.
Its a nice place to buy some gifts because some of the items are unique.
We got a good stash of San Francisco labeled gear from their promotional and sales racks. Nothing incredible, but definitely filled that need, and the designs were pretty cute.
Giant souvenir store!! They sell practically everything in different shapes and colours. You will definitely find the souvenir you are looking for here.Prices are okay, I have not compared them to other places
Nice weather. Very dirty, there is infact poop in the streets. But nice people and a bunch of cool places.
Still open during COVID. Got beer jars, flasks, socks, etc.
Cool place,nice gifts
Good quality products at an affordable prices. Right place to get a souvenirs
Great place to find anything you need
Bought of soveiners..love for soveiners.
Awesome place so beautiful
Great shop to find all sorts of souvenirs. From my experience, it had the greatest amount of options compared to all the other shops on the pier.Their customer service is also INCREDIBLE! I mailed a bunch of souvenirs to friends (by going to the post office, not through this shop), but one of the mugs broke when shipping. I no longer had the receipt to make a claim, but I called the store to see if they could help me. At first it seemed hopeless, but I knew what day I had made the purchase, and I could remember most of the items I bought. I described a few of the items to the person on the phone, and she found the items in the shop to get the SKU number, and then looked up my receipt based on a few of the items SKU numbers and date! I confirmed with the last 4 digits of my CC number (cant look up by CC only), and then she scanned the receipt and emailed it to me!!! I thought it was a long shot, but within 15min I had the receipt so I could make the claim! Definitely an example of going above and beyond! :)
Its awesome very fun day.
Too many people to truly enjoy the atmosphere
Its a huge souvenir shop and you can really find anything here a-z. Although I would suggest check out the other shops on the pier before making a purchase because you just mi5find something more interesting.
Very friendly and professional staff. There is a wide variety of merchandise at a reasonable price.
Yes we bought are gifts here and enjoyed are time in San Francisco.
So much to do. Friendly and safe!
Awesome stuff.
Friendly staff good prices!
Superb a must place to surely visit.
Good food and great service.
Over priced made in China souvenirs you can buy online, find something unique like a shell off the beach or something.
Its nice but traffic is. Cheeks
Its energetic environment.
Good stock, to suit all budgets.
There are a lot of different souvenirs. Not expensive. Asequible prices.
Great customer service. Great selection and cheap prices!
Good place for souvenir shopping.
Large selection of tourist souvenirs but nothing you actually need. Also massively overpriced, go to Fishermans Wharf and youll get postcards for half the price.
Good selection and prices for gifts
Lts very expensive. Try iloveSF
Fun place to visit on Pier.
Its SF, nothing bad here.
Beautiful but super crowded.
The staff that served me were rude. As a tourist visiting san francisco I would appreciate the staff not talking chinese right in front of me as I checked out commenting on my spending, thinking I didnt hear/wouldnt understand. It set my mood for the rest of the day.
Fantastic view of Golden Gate Bridge
Great items and friendly stuff
Good selection and service, lots of great souvenirs from the city.
It is nice but coold
Very lively lovely place
