I was exceptionally delighted with my experience with Acacia (San Francisco). I had been tracking down certain hand-made mugs by Slow Studio and I learned that Acacia carried them. I ordered a dozen mugs to be shipped across country. They arrived within a few days and were extremely well packed (and the shipping cost was VERY reasonable!). Their customer service via email was terrific -- both before the purchase and after when I had questions about the care of these special mugs. Now I have twelve beautiful hand-made mugs in my cupboard; they each have a special personality and I love them so much. Thank you, Acacia!
Really nice experience shopping here this evening. A kind woman helped me color match a sweet tray set as a gift for some friends. They have beautiful things here ✨
Stellar collection of modern home goods and accessories.
Looks nice from the outside but wouldnt know because they closed early. Went to pick up some heliotrope because I love their products and didnt want to waste money on shipping, instead I wasted money on a cab. I would recommend calling before going there, I know I will next time :(
When I was walking by, their wall clocks caught my eyes, and I decided to take a look inside. There were two ladies working at the store. None of them said hello to me or asked if I have a question. I walked around in the store and saw some more stuff. Total 5 minutes or so. I walked right by the ladies, too. No greetings still. I left and unfollowed them on instagram.
I am obsessed with Heliotrope skincare. Jonathan really puts a lot of time and effort into creating sustainable and high quality body products. I have dry skin, and I use their body and face creams religiously. Lots of other cool home decor items as well.
Customer service is appallingly bad with one of main woman staff who has snobby attitude. There is no warm welcoming in small local shop. When she finished and handed me the bag, there is no thank you or bye whatever.Customer service can be a turn off and reason not to support this local business. Also all Item may be returned for only store credit or exchange.I would shop online elsewhere.
Insanely cool store, spent well over an hour Just browsing because they have such unique products.
Its a very cozy store. you can get special body care goods, named Heliotope, with fragrance you make!It also has a lots of charming ceramics. bowls, plates, kettles etc... they are designed simple.good to use.I also have to tell you about owner! he is calm, gentle and kind. becsuse of him, i can be relaxd in the store.
Super helpful and friendly staff and wonderful collection of aesthetic home goods
Acacia does its part to class up the northern part of the Valencia corridor. The global textiles and home decor items make great gifts, and is there even a childrens section for discerning little ones. Just be forewarned - when gourmet food items go on sale, it usually means they are nearing their expiration date, as was the case of a package of Kikas caramelized graham crackers that I picked up for $7 that were expiring the next day.
Awesome store filled with all the kitchen and home things you could ever dream of!
Ridiculously beautiful ceramics and many other delights
No reason to want to be back. Need to imporve attitude for local customers.
Ok
