I adore this store and the store owner. She is so helpful and so kind. They have less selection right now, Im assuming because the inside of mall has been closed off for most of the panorama. But she was STILL able to help me pick out lovely products that totally fit my needs! Its also buy one get one half off right now. So go take advantage of the promotion!

Awesome store! The owner helped me find a cushion foundation for my super oily skin & was so sweet! The space was a bit small & crowded so not a lot of other customers were mindful of being distanced, though.

The lady was so sweet. she helped me give me some options and a really good set for my face. i have really bad acne and using this really helped my face by 70% i wish i could go back but im from la so i couldnt. the produces are a bit pricey but its all the worth

The lady working, sadly i didnt catch her name but she was a japanese lady (40s-50s) who was the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST 🥺she even gave me and my friends free things because we followed the 2 person limit rule for social distancing unlike most people. she was super helpful too and assisted us with EVERYTHING. her aura and everything abt her was so fun and happy. she deserves a raise!!! and she also sells her products well and explained everything in depth. definitely going back soon esp to see her 🥺❤️

It’s nice I would like to go again. The store was a little small and needs more variety but it’s cute. I got a face wash that left my face leaving soft and I got the bts lip gloss. Comes with little gifts

Awesome mens products & then $36 of free products since i spent$100! The foaming cleanser & emoilant lotion are amazing. & smell great. I went to The Face Shop in Seoul last month. The SF shop is just as nice. I did much research & am making the switch from Bliss, Clinique, Hermes, & Kiels to K beauty & skin care. Its progressive, natural, & an intelligent decision.

Depends on specific product you buy. concealer great, but color tone was my skin tone only. Snail mosturizer..um..not seeing a major difference for the price. face powder compact nice seperation of pad to cream/powder. nice, sales man/woman wat attending academy act axhool!!😊

A large k-beauty chain, which has a nice selection of beauty products. Like most stores they do encourage you to buy their fabric masks in bulk. Like buy 5 get 5, or buy 10 get 12, which seems a bit ridiculous.

Ive been here a few times already and I dont buy much, but thats not to say that I dont want to XD. Im just trying to be good and finish off the products I have first before getting new ones. As you can imagine, there are a few skincare and Korean skincare stores in Japantown. From what I could tell, this one sells very similar things to the others but for a better price. If (like me) youre confused about what to get since there are so many options, there are always sales associates around to offer advice based on your needs :)

I went today just to look, because i had already been to both of the other makeup shops in the mall, and kristin/kristina(I believe that was her name) was really sweet and helpful! I walked in and she told me they were having a sale, she gave me some really sweet compliments and did her best to describe things to me(YOURE ENGLISH IS GREAT DONT WORRY!❤) I ended up buying 2 things and coming back to that store for another 2 products because she was so sweet the first time!

A lot pricer than to buy from asia, but they constantly have sales! They sell cleansers for as low as $5. When I went all Kakao Talk items were 50% off, clearance area at front, and all cleansers 20% off! Only spent about $9, but the lady also gave a free plastic bag.
