Probably the worse experience with a flooring company. Extremely unproffesional attitude toward scheduling a carpet replacement that was already fully paid. Maybe if i paid half of it they wouldve had the intention of finishing or even starting the work when they call. First schedulling tech claimed i never confirmed, second time it was cancelled the day of the appointment. Probably avoid if you have other responsabilities because they will not show up or lie about not having an appointment

Excellent experience!! Over the last couple of years I had to do several projects at my clients homes and in my own. Jaleh, the Manager, has been amazing at providing excellent customer service, as well as great ideas and products always within my budget. Installation of carpets have been completed on time and great workmanship quality. Thank you!
