Abraham the store manager is AMAZING at being a true professional! He demonstrates a high level of patience and intelligence as he guides me through all the Dyson details. He helped me purchase a state of the art hair dryer a few months ago, and just now, he has helped me with my air purifier. Abraham truly cares about the people who come into his store. It’s always a delight to go to the dyson store union square and get helped from Abraham! 10 out of 10 recommendation!

Sales person showed us the V15 detect. She said vacuums were 20% off since I was already a Dyson owner. Offered free shipping, free tools and a vacuum/tools stand. She took apart the vacuum and put it on the stand with some attachments. Went back the next day ready to buy and spoke to same person. This time no 20% off V15. She literally laughed at me. Said offer good for older models. No free stand.

Fancy store with all kinds of Dyson products on video and to see in person. They have a limited number of people that they allow in the store at the moment. Also the sales people are very experienced and professional. No pressure which is nice.

I had a great experience with everyone at the store when I bought my new V10 vacuum cleaner-- can I just say woohoo🔥 Ive been wanting one for so long 😁Anyway, Josh H. answered my call and walked me through all the different versions, colors and options. He was incredibly friendly and really understood what I was looking for so we were able to narrow it down rather quickly. The transaction was seamless and I was able to drive by for curbside pickup. The door guard was kind and the gentleman who brought it to the car was sweet and funny.Next on the list is a hairdryer!

Vannessa was extremely professional, quick, and helpful and made sure that all of our wishes were realized and my wife got the exact gift she wanted. I came in for a replacement air filter. It is a very busy store. But, I was greeted promptly and I was helped very quickly. Everyone who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, it is great to see and try all the new Dyson products!

Awesome little demo store. The security guard at the front was super nice and watched our bikes for us while we went in because the pole our front that we locked them to he warned us wouldn’t be the best option. Cool little demos of their technology and you can enter free of charge.

Every time when I visit Dyson Store, David is helpful to answer my questions. This store provides all the most recent samples of Dyson products. Customers including me are always encouraged to use them, and David is patient and informative, and Im very glad to have him to be my Dyson shopping consultant.

I never write reviews but had to after my amazing experience here. TL;DR: Best customer experience in a retail store I’ve ever received and Josh is fantastic :)I was a bit nervous as my experience in these higher end appliance stores previously had been associates pestering you to buy the newest, upgraded model of whatever to get you to shell out more money. I came in here stuck between the TP02 and TP04 models, and Josh was incredibly helpful. He was so friendly and thoroughly answered all my questions without ever once trying to steer me in any direction. Really, if he did steer me in any direction, it was the one that would best satisfy my needs in my space. I could rave about his customer service for DAYS. if you’re interested in any Dyson product, definitely check out the store! They have great COVID protocols and even offer extra PPE if you need it.

Answered all of our questions. Very professional. Also, very clean / Covid19 safe, just as youd expect from a company known for its vacuums. Gloves, masks and hand sanitizer offered at the door, and team cleaned items after customers touched.

It was an AMAZING experience at San Francisco, CA East! I had the pleasure of working with hair stylist, Vienna. Ms. Vienna went above and beyond in working with me. She was intuitive, graceful, and compassionate. She talked me through every step that she was taking and appreciated my novice insight, easing any anxiety I may have had getting my long hair cut and shaping it into a shorter style that suited me perfectly. I cannot recommend Vienna and Dyson Demo Store East enough!

This is pretty cool if you are a Dyson fan. Its mainly a hair dryer and some vacuums though. So if you dont care about it then dont go.

Alicia, our tour guide, demonstrated the Dyson products and answered every question I had with excellent detail. Highly recommend taking a tour before purchasing A Dyson product, as you will most likely learn a few new things.

One working Dyson Airwrap station for a flagship store is crazy! Was told it would be at least an hour for someone to show me- I was the only only person in the store! (Beside my family)If I wanted to see it in the box I would have not gone any further than Best Buy- which by the way was able to tell me more about the product than the staff at Dyson. Dyson staff that day were subpar to say the least. As a client that has purchased several Dyson products I left as an unhappy customer. I LOVE and rave about my Dyson blow dryer. Was hoping to pick up the airwrap on this trip. Guess I was wrong!

I love dyson products but this experience was the worst! Staff unfamiliar with the product, answered zero questions about why product wasn’t working (as I’ve seen/read on website) and worst of all the demo product was filthy. Tip: when you demo a $500 humidifier to an eager buyer/company evangelist, make sure the water and the tank arent dirty! I expected to buy a new dyson but instead left stunned by the poor service, knowledge and effort!

We walked in and had the BEST customer service experience, the people there are amazing and the products are so cool. Sometimes it’s just worth paying a few dollars more for good quality and service.

Came in with my brothers vacuum to try and get it fixed. They ordered a new battery and cable for me no charge on the warranty. Nice customer service and super nice shop.

I was returning the persona who returned my purshase was very professional and nice, but the persona he was standing with when I game in and said I would like to return the face she made was so unprofessional and disrespectful, no wonder the place is empty

I walked in for a repair, and the store manager Amanda went far and beyond to expedite the process of getting a new working product. I will visit the Dyson store for future purchase.

Staff are not as knowledgeable as one might expect at a Dyson store. The stylist to demo the air wrap appears to be on perrinnial break. The team seems a disorganized and there is a lot of waiting around. Additionally information given on the phone when calling ahead may be inconsistent with whomever you speak to in store so be prepared with the call in details.

We picked up an air purifier here. Prices are high, but the designs are really nice.
