Boy I wish more electronics and appliance manufacturers had more flagship relationship stores like this! What they do is amazing you learn so much about the appliances which most people should know and don’t really care they just want to push go but if you knew that you were washing machine or dishwasher had exclusive buttons and controls that could fly you from here to LA in 25 seconds you study at what are you? I’m only kidding it won’t do that but you’d be amazed if somebody walks you through the capabilities of your appliance versus trying to read it all in a manual old school or even online you’d be amazed. I would’ve bought the whole store out if my credit limit was any better :-)And the best part is you don’t by there they’re not waiting to close the sale so there’s no pressure and they’ll give you an honest list of which retailers you should go see had a wonderful wonderful time. Almost like some kind of entertainment adventure
Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff (thank you Anna!) and a complete line of Miele product on display. It was really helpful for us making decisions on our appliances. We were referred here by a salesperson at an appliance retailer to learn more about the specific products we were interested in. Its nice that the Miele staff are really there for educational purposes and not to sell to you.It is worth noting that the entrance is on Division Street, not 8th Street.
We were able to make an appointment on the same day and had a great experience at the Miele Center. Anna made our visit very enjoyable and was very well versed in the different models for our new kitchen construction. The appliances are truly state-of-the art and well designed. The technology is leading and offers professional options for the anyone who loves to cook, the perfect choice for our new kitchen
The Miele dishwasher tube that connects to the water supply has exploded twice within one year.Flooding the kitchen both times. This second time the kitchen floor has been damaged.I have called them and made a complaint and they promised to get back to me within 24-48 hours. They havent. They also told me that they cannot send a technician to fix it for several weeks. In 40+ years I have never seen a similar problem with my Bosch or Maytag products or even a similar $20 hose from the hardware store. The Miele one with valves cost $230 if I remember correctly from the last time. One instance could be luck of the draw but two instances tells me that Mieles quality has really gone downhill and their customer service likewise.
I got a Miele washer and dryer - expecting high quality. The washer mostly works (I wont get into the details). The dryer has stopped working completely. I called their support line - put on hold for a long time, and then the line disconnected. They suggest scheduling a service call online, but that didnt work. So I called the experience center. They assured me theyd have customer service call me, but one week later no one has called. Im appalled
What a Great Resource the Miele Experience Center is!We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen. It started out as a small remodel, and then morped into a looming project and we needed help. The refrigerator was easy. We fell in love with the Miele 30 panel ready immediately. Drop dead gorgeous and functional. Best in the market we thought.Taking the plunge from a gas to an induction stovetop, from our huge gas oven to new electric ovens ( speed and steam) was not so easy and included a total new learning curve. To the rescue came Anna Vutech with enormous patience and knowledge who greeted us each time with a big welcome and repeated and explained the new technology to us and answered all our questions again and again thoughtfully and clearly. I visited three times with my daughter and a friend and we were all so happy with Annas expertise and patience everytime. After each visit, we had to return home to rework the kitchen design to fit in the different Miele appliances that we loved and we would return to the Experience Center with more questions to make sure we were going in the right direction and would have the kitchen we wanted.Anna was very open and made great suggestions when needed and was perfect to work with. Her colleague, Sherri Haslam was also great and helped us one day when we dropped in with a quick question that took at least a half hour as we peppered Sherri with questions about the refrigerator. We were fortunate to discover the Miele Experience Center and very grateful to have worked with Anna and Sherri. Thank you! Youre the best.Denise, Emily and Linda
Superb experience! My wife was set on buying a Dyson cordless vacuum and I wasnt so sure because, in our situation, there is no convenient place for a wall dock. I happened to hear about the Miele Triflex that has a self standing mode but it is so new that our nearest dealer had not received any yet. So we made an appointment at the Miele Experience Center in San Francisco. We here helped by Anna who painstakingly showed us the three models and walked us through their features. Once we had answers to all our questions, we mentioned that the next appliance purchase was likely a washer/dryer pair and she happily walked us through the Miele portfolio including new technologies that we hadnt heard of.All in all, it was a wonderful experience (on a gorgeous day to boot) and we are grateful to Anna and the Experience Center for giving us a respite from the Covid blues!
Great customer service, they really work to answer your questions. Highly recommend.
As a follow up. Miele parts is sending the telescopic wand that came broken, thus saving me the effort of shipping the entire vacuum back. The confusion was that I only wanted to exchange the part and assumed that the Miele center had the parts. The vacuum is great, this being the second one we own, (the first was lost by our movers). You get five starsThis place is NOT a joke. Admittedly we purchesed a $1000 Miele cat and dog c3 vacuum from Amazon. A little plastic part was broken. Its covered by Miele warrantee. But I literally took it out of the box yesterday, never used the vacuum. Rather than shipping the whole thing back through Amazon to whatever dealer they have, I thought Id just come in and swap it out. Every other retailer would let you do this for their product. Not Miele, who told me, Because you bought it from Amazon, you have to deal with them. Great service Miele. If I could give you negative stars, I would.
Bunch of recordings and transfers just to not have a person to actually speak to in the end
BEWARE! Miele has the worst customer service ever.!!! After waiting 3 1/2 weeks to have a technician come out to diagnose our dishwasher, he leaves an $1800 estimate but worse he leaves a water leak under the sink. When I called Miele to have him come back and stop the water flow, they said they would send someone out in a week and a half! This after 44 minutes on hold/talking to 4 different people. They dont care !! Buy Bosch or GE! And I got to pay $155 for the privilege of wasting water and warping my cabinet and still have a broken dishwasher.
Yes - High End Products. I saw their products in One Rincon Hill and St Regis Residences
Miele has absolutely miserable customer service, so if you want an expensive German appliance that stands in your kitchen without working for weeks when purchased new, this is your brand! We have a 3 year old and a newborn - needless to say we have little time to hand wash dishes after spending $1200 on a brand new Miele washer which hasn’t worked a single time since it was brought - and service is 3 WEEKS OUT!
The store/showroom entrance is actually around the corner on Division. Dont try to enter from 8th Street.I love my Miele vacuum- excellent products.
If you are interested in learning about Mieles ovens you must, must, must speak with Rachelle -- shes over the top, crazy about Mieles ovens. She knows the UI of the ovens inside and out. Knows every handle option and the pros and cons of each finish. Shes just got an incredible grasp on the Miele product catalog and can expound on the features from her experience using all of them in the showroom and at clients homes.
Great place to see and try Miele appliances. Some staff sometimes makes you feel a bit rushed, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
Do not buy a Meile product. You have to make sure you have installers to install your ovens to do cut ot for vents. I dont tell you that
Opening hours are not correct; they didnt even bother to list a local phone number in the store.
They got your back
Great experience!
What a bunch of snooty snoots
Great place
Sell kitchen supplies such as refrigerators, stoves, vacuum cleaners, etc.
