I find this store to be overpriced and full of items I will settle for, rather than ones I really want. The staff at this particular store is usually very difficult to find anywhere but at the registers, except for the girl who manned the customer service desk/checkout, who rang me up, and was especially personable, helpful and warm. Dark hair, glasses, gave me the thumbs up sign more than once during our brief exchange--if u see her, this is the girl to interact with!

Such a amazing place to go for all the things you need for your home..and more!!! All the associates greeted me! They were friendly and eager to help. They have a upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs has health and beauty products and cookware. Upstairs they have Bee and Willow shop, Dinnerware, Home decor, Vacuums, cleaning supplies, Draperies, Bath Dept., Linens and a huge bathroom at the end of linens. There is a smaller bathroom for Men and Women on the 1st floor you need a code to enter. If you need a lawn mower or anything that you think is not in the store..Guess what Theyll order it for you! This location is kinda weird. A lot of their shelves are bare. Some of the employees are nice. I rarely get asked if I need assistance. Ive give there kind of a lot this past week because I moved into a new apartment and wanted to price shop before payday. I got followed around by a couple employees like I was gonna rob the place or something. If they woulda asked I would have explained my situation but they didnt so I went on about my business taking notes and photos. I loved the look on their faces when I came back and spent a few hundred.

I always love bed bath & beyond but today I was with my son and was racially profiled soon as I came into the store the lady at the door called security to follow us around I have never been racially profile before but today was too much my son spent 40 something dollars in US I spent over $100 and when I gave her $200 in cash she marked my money and took it up to the door while I wait for my change to say to the supervisor that my money was not real when it came straight from the bank I will never go to the store again my feelings was very hurt 😥

Over the past several year’s I’ve visited BB&B less and less. I’ve gone in several times and just disappointed on the selection of good’s or should I say the quality. I went in about 5/6 weeks ago to purchase a new ironing board, floor mirror and iron. The ironing board selection only 1 really cheap and not sturdy for as much ironing I do. The floor mirror selection was just as dismal and very limited on selection in stock for iron’s. I ended up just purchasing a Rowenta steam expert @ $100.00 and with coupon it came out to $80+tax. I was replacing the same brand and my old one was about 18 years old. A couple days later I had to use it and when I adjusted the steam to max the lever was jammed when trying to set it to full steam. I gave lever some good pressure and the lever adjusted to full steam. I was leery about it sticking but I adjusted the lever several times and it seemed to be ok. I did my ironing and was happy with my purchase. I do 10,15,20 piece’s when I iron. I hand wash all my polo’s, short and long sleeve shirts hang dry and iron myself. The other day I pulled the iron out because I’m heading out of town and I need to iron for my trip. When I went to adjust the steam the lever was stuck again but this time would not adjust at all. I didn’t want to break it so I turned it off boxed it up and went to return. When I went to customer service the cashier seemed nervous and in a low voice said your return time has expired and we can’t return the iron. I said I’m exchanging because it’s damaged I’m not returning it it’s and exchange. He said I’m so sorry then called over the service manager who was so unpleasant. Basically read a script and said you need to deal with the vendor. The vendor? You deal with the vendor I need an iron and again she rattled off you exceeded the return time and we can’t do anything and all o can do is give you the vendor info. I’m in retail and I’ve never had to deal with such horrible service. This is an iron not a washing machine that a tech need’s to come out. I don’t have time to call the vendor send the iron in and then wait for them to fix it or send a refurbished one because that’s what they are going to do. So, instead of making it a horrible day for everyone and flip out I grabbed the iron an walked out as i was already calling corporate in New Jersey. I lived in New York and I’m in high end retail and know the company well. After being on hold several times and over 30 minute’s the rep apologized and apologized over and over and basically said the same as the store. I need to contact the vendor! After this experience I will never shop at Bed Bath & Beyond again. I went to another retailer and bought a new iron and I still need to deal with this damaged one. I’ll most likely drop it at a store and dispute it. I’m just so disappointed in the service and how they dealt with the situation. Everyone should just start buying everything direct because many of the goods they carry you can or buy it at Macys or Walmart…and usually cheaper! BB&B you have lost a customer for good!!

This store has great products and I think prices are pretty good, but it’s designed for you to spend time here and buy more. Hence, if you are coming to spend time and money it may be great, but if you are looking for specific things and are short on time you will be very frustrated. Cashiers are usually very nice, but it’s the third time in a row that I come here and I can’t find workers around to ask for assistance and there isn’t enough cashiers. Lines held up for too long to a point that I saw almost ten people behind me waiting for 5 minutes or more. I’m not coming back.

Awful management. How is this location always fully staffed, yet never has enough registers open to serve the long line of customers? Ive shopped here a number of times until now because the location is convenient, but its always been a frustrating experience. Needlessly long lines, inventory and pricing/signage in disarray, and a manager who is rude, impatient and openly hostile to customer.

The store is going thru some changes, they removed a wall and now it looks great! Not so many associates but still if you have a cellphone you shouldn’t need anybody. Look up product info, stock availability and price all in the app. Lost of parking in the building. Don’t get in line at the costumers service area, it’s for returns and the line moves slowly. This might be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a retail store. I was searching for a specific Dyson air purifier that was sold out all over the bay area, and they had one. I asked them when I entered the store, and one of the guys took it out of the back stock, and set it aside in customer service so I could browse around. When I went to check-out, it turns out that they had sold it to another customer who ordered it for pickup! This is absolutely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. What’s worse was that this air filter was pretty urgent. They had another one that was a return that was the last one, but that one that I originally got was unopened. The guy who assisted us in the end ordered it from the warehouse with a coupon, which is better than nothing. But a combination of needing it urgently, and having the item taken from us from a lack of communication from the staff, made this shopping experience here a terrible experience. Even the manager didn’t want to deal with the situation, and told the cashier to deal with it herself. Props to the guy who helped try to make it right, but it doesn’t change that this was an unacceptable experience.

In this big two level stores you will find many bathroom and kitchen items to decorate your home. The staff can be very helpful in answering any questions but sometimes they can be hard to find. The prices in general are ok and with coupons and sales be better than Amazon with the advantage of the in store experience and simple exchange policy.

Employees here are consistently friendly and I can always find someone nearby to assist. Parking spots near the door open up fairly quickly so just circle around a few times if necessary. Get the app and scan coupons into your phone so that you dont have to worry about remembering the paper versions. Trader Joes is right there so you can kill two birds with one stone.

The place wasnt very crowded tonight. I like the variety of items they have and I like to use their coupons. I went to check out the Christmas clearance discounts which are currently at 50% off.

Some things are way overpriced but overall I love this store. They have everything you need for your kitchen,bath or bedroom. They also have quiet a few unique items that you can only find in a handful of places.

This location is very stocked. The employees are very knowledgeable and quite kind. I love going to this location because it has parking but its also in the middle of the city making it quite central. Ive returned a item there also finding it to be an effortless endeavour. Theyre great at this bed bath and beyond.

Generally, Ive found what Ive come in looking for. I appreciate the location. The store is a bit tricky to navigate and the staff is generally friendly but not always the easiest to find help. All in all, I stop in when I need something.

Terrible. They only get worse and worse in customer service. This used to be my store to go since I live in the city, but I try to avoid it now. Today had to stop by here to return the item and waited in line 25 mins for 3 people ahead of me in returns line. I dont understand why they have only 1 person working at 6:30om (peak hour)?! Huge line behind me.asked for any other employees to be called and I was answered by the guy (manager?), who was down by the computer that there is no one else. Like not even sorry or anything Iike that. Didnt even help the girl to sort out the line himself.. Great approach BBB, wont be back once Im done with my gift cards, that I used to ask forChristmas gifts.

Love this place. If you wear makeup pick up a box of the Erase Your Face little towels. They come in a 4-pack for $9.99 and theyre definitely one of the best purchased Ive ever made! No soap or cleanser needed. Just wet the towel and wipe your face. BAM! Makeup gone! No soap in your eyes! Complete removal of even stubborn, all day lasting pigments. Incredible! Then just use a drop of soap to wash the little towel out, ring the water out of it and allow to air dry. Youre done. So easy and can be reused over and over and over. Oh, and BTW, youre welcome!

Good place to stop in for some essentials before grabbing your groceries at Trader Joes. They have an especially wide selection of small kitchen appliances, utensils, knives, tools, etc. I suppose this is part of their Beyond section.

Its a great location in San Francisco with lots of parking. The people that work at Bed Bath & Beyond are quite helpful and friendly. They also have all of the sundries that many BB&B dont carry. I dont live in the city but I do like using that store for my shopping needs!

Nice two floor layout. It seemed like there was a lot of options but once you really dive in there seemed to really only be one or two different types of things in each section...and price points differed by a dollar or two at best. Wish there was a wider selection...for example I went in looking for salt and pepper grinders I found three in the 39.99 range but really looked and felt the same...glass or steel in appearance. I was also looking for a scrapper I only found one that in my opinion was kinda junk and after scouring the wall of kitchen gadgets I found a smaller less workable silicone pan scraper that was actually more than the other one...meh...they did however have a fairly large selection of scratch and dent clearance section worth a sifting through...a decent selection of towels...not very much selection of fans or room/air purifiers...some actual bath products were dollars more for the same thing than found at a Daiso...that was kinda shocking...but if you want a great cruising spot (totally got checked out and flirted with) and are in need of some bed bath and beyond stuff this is your place!

Never ever go into any Bed, Bath & Beyond store.Because youll end up leaving with so much stuff you never knew you needed! LOLThis location is conveniently located next to a Trader Joes and Peets and there is always plenty of parking...except for late afternoon Sundays. And you will have to deal with people fighting over parking spots, but the trick is: drive up on the rooftop parking.The store itself is like any other location: there are always lots of helpful employees & the selection of goods in endless. :)

Very accesive price

A couple time per year I find myself in the situation of wanting a home good right away, and decide its worth paying more than I would on Amazon for the convenience of getting it today. And, I tell myself, it cant possibly be as bad as I remember. So I go. And I regret it.The store itself is fine. Clean, good selection. Theres just two main issues you have to be okay with. 1) everything is marked up 20% so coupon clippers can feel like theyre getting a bargain, and 2) Checkout is a freaking nightmare.Im not a coupon clipper, so my expectation is always that I will be able to pay for my two items within five minutes or so, and be on my way. However, the checkout lines are overflowing with greedy-looking men and women with piles of coupons in their hands, feeling like they are really getting a steal. (Just imagine when these people finally hear about Amazon!). These people as a rule take forever to check out. Just today, I spent 30 minutes in line paying way too much for two pillows. Its not okay.Going forward, this is my mantra: if you absolutely need it today, its better to pay the extra six bucks on Amazon.Ive ceded this store to the mindless coupon clippers.

If you cant find it here chances are you cant find it anywhere. The store just goes on and on and on. The team has always been extremely helpful. Im a huge fan of their price match policy but find that I need to utilize it more often than I should need to. I highly recommend always checking the competitors prices because typically bedbathandbeyond prices are higher, sometimes substantially.

Good place to go if you want to be followed around the store by employees who think you might try to pocket something. Personally, not my kind of place and not a fan of the woman who asked if we needed help locating anything when we were obviously already looking at pillows. It is pretty tough to pocket a pillow by the way....not that i tried.

Nice things for your home, it isnt necessarily a complete home improvement resource without an adequate hardware section for hand tools.Otherwise there is a little of everything, and some that is nice to have even though you dont really need it.Depending upon whether you have the space for extra stuff.

I went to BBB with a list on hand expecting to buy some napkins and tablecloths that I saw on the website. Unfortunately I just found one of 6 items I was going to buy.There wasnt a single employer to ask for help in that part of the store, and such section was disorganized in general. I ended up completing my order online and my tablecloths arrived 10 days later. Going to the store was such a waste of time...

Pretty disappointing how they are changing their store. Looking a lot more like a drug store and prices have risen a lot. I understand that they potentially had a lot of their products that were sitting on shelves but that doesnt mean to flip the whole business model.Id recommend Kohls or Macys over Bed Bath and Beyond now.

I really hope someone at corporate sees this review. Its sad, Im all about diversifying my spending to support all businesses. But now Im going to exclusively shop at Amazon. First they are normally 30% cheaper (I use to pay more because I wanted to support someone else). However, my most recent order was the last straw - online I ordered a small cabinet and the expected deliver was 3 - 5 day. I just received an email that it will be 11 days. I have guests and need this before then. I will no longer support businesses that cant live up to promises or those that wont progress their models to be competitive. Amazon will always be my go to

A lot of convenient tools and items for improving your life at reasonable prices. Some items you cant find in other stores other than online. There are more than just bed & bath, of course.

Another giant chain store that makes you feel like a zombie when youre looking for anything. They may well have what you want but it will be at the suggested retail price. Most of the stuff is pretty unremarkable, but theres a wide but not deep selection. Meh.

The inventory is a bit overwhelming when you first walk in, but overall this place is a great resource for someone whos new to the city. I go here regularly for household items. The staff are friendly, although sometimes hard to find. Huge variety of items, although not necessarily a wide selection of anything in particular. Pretty good pricing on pharmacy type items (soap, cold medicine, deodorant, etc.). Best place to go for travel size anything.
