Every interaction I had with Delta was perfect. I contacted them to repair a 20-year-old dishwasher whose control panel was acting flaky, and I was grateful that during the service call Boris advised me that I could get a brand-new dishwasher for not much more than it would cost to repair the old one with hard-to-find parts (because a less honest person might have done the repair, knowing that a replacement dishwasher sale was likely in his future). I expected it would take weeks or months to get the new dishwasher – but Boris found one in a week. I always plan on tradespeople coming late because they are so busy these days, but Boris and his assistant arrived on schedule and very efficiently did the dishwasher swap while taking numerous steps to prevent scratches on the wood floor in the kitchen. In addition, Boris noticed a small problem with my Subzero refrigerator that he said was likely to become a large problem, so he’ll be coming back to fix that.

Arrived on time and immediatley cued in on the problem. Pleasant and professional Boris gave us some great tips on using and stacking the dishwasher. I will have him on speed dial for other aplliance issues!

This is a great company! Jim arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, repaired what he could, and then returned to complete the project once he had the correct parts. I really recommend them.

Although it took a while to get the parts once they got them they were on time and replaced the seal on my freezer. That solved the problem and the freezer is working fine. I would use Delta appliance repair again.

They could not repair my dishwasher . It needed replacing. And they did so with the highest degree of skill and ethics. Very impressive

I called Boris at 9:00 AM and told him about the problem installation of my dishwasher by first AJ Madison and second by a Task Rabbiter. Water was spewing all over the counter via the air gap topper. Boris was very professional and reassuring, and he offered to send someone out at 2:00. I wasn’t available till 4:00, so that’s when he scheduled me. Nikita called 20 minutes before he arrived, was prompt and courteous, and he quickly diagnosed the problem as not with the air gap topper but with the garbage disposal installation. Finally problem solved.

Boris helped us replace our old dishwasher and we were blown away by his fantastic service. We called him for a consult on Tuesday, he sent a guy over to check it out on Wednesday, and we had a whole new dishwasher installed by Thursday afternoon!Boris is very knowledgable and very professional -- he and his partner wore masks during the entire job and answered all the questions we had. Hes also incredibly friendly and we had a great time chatting with him! We will definitely call him again for any future repairs, highly recommend!

Jim & Boris went above and beyond to find old parts to repair our 20 year old Miele dishwasher door. Unfortunately we needed other parts as well so we purchased a new Miele dishwasher and Boris & Nick installed it with precision and very professionally.We were fortunate that Boris had this popular model in stock & delivered & installed just the week after they tried to repair our old one. Fantastic turn around time.

Hes also timely, courteous, and efficient.He quickly identified and fixed the issue with our BlueStar range, and offered great advice on the type of hood we need.We also ogled pictures of a $100,000 range, just for kicks.

Our refrigerator door broke off its hinge and Boris came by right away when none of the 10+ other companies I called would come fix the problem. Our American Range broiler died and we had an issue with a burner as well. Jim diagnosed the problems (thermostat, igniter), ordered the parts, and came back to make the repairs. Now everything is working smoothly. Highly recommended!

Refrigerator leak was repaired promptly and well by Jim. No leaks, and floor not scratched when moving refrigerator out to do the repair.

Delta High End helped us with a blown drainage pump on our Miele dishwasher. They found that a recent replacement of our garbage disposal was not done correctly, and thus compromised our dishwasher. We ended up needing a replacement. They were able to get us on the schedule to install it within 3 days, and even fixed our garbage disposal so the issue would not repeat itself. Boris and his team are very knowledgeable. We will call them again if we need help on any of our appliances!

I found this company... online. They pop up on top of the list because they pay Google so thats about the only thing they do right. The technician that came to see my Viking stove did not have a grasp of what model it was nor what the problem was. Their quote to repair the problem was over $2600... I then called another place for a second opinion... lets just say their estimate was under $500 and they knew the model very well. Folks, do the research and dont call the people on the list that have AD in front of their names.
