Tried a self car wash here for the first time and the service is HORRIBLE. The young man that was helping me or rather motioning inaudibly at a sign and using fowl curse words and the man in the truck ahead of me completely ignored me when I asked him what hes asking me to do...when I asked of he heard me he said I pointed to the sign. When I brought it to his attention he was being rude he pushed the start button which forced my car through the car wash and to have to roll up my window....no thanks....I have no reason to return and only go to places that treat me with exceptional service...I didnt get his name because of the whole start button being pushed...but sir if you cant treat ppl well there are tons of places that can...word to the wise!!!

Just got my car washed here and is the worst wash I have ever seen in my life. My car has white spots all over the windows and car. Now I have to pay to get it washed again somewhere else. I will never wash any cars here ever again

I go to this 7-11 a few times a week and have never had a problem until last week. I went in to get some gas and for the special they were having on the Corona Seltzers, while in there I was going to use the restroom but before I could ask I over heard one of the male employees telling another male employee that he needed to clean the womans restroom and he flatly refused, I would have gladly used the mens restroom but there were already 2 people waiting in line to use it. The restrooms have always been available and clean so I was a little surprised but even more so by this employees refusal to do his job and now the only one paying for that is me, the lady who needs to use it, this same employee rang up my purchase, he didnt say hello, he didnt say thank you, he had a really bad attitude, his name tag said Mina Ill go to another 7-11 before I come back to this one.

The store is clean, the restrooms are clean, they have quick and super friendly employees, the car wash gets my car clean, vacuums are free to use and the car wash employees are helpful and friendly.

Sign says fresh pizza 24/7 but they will not make it after a certain time. I was there at midnight and was told no.

Cashiers Are RUDE....when you get inside YOU WILL KNOW WHYPrices Are WAY TO HIGH on Some Items....And way Higher because of Location...cheaper at other 7-elevens...And The Car Wash💦 Because Its a Line Up Yr Tires Pull Through Car Wash 💦 IT ALWAYS MESSES UP MY RIMS....NO LONGER USE THAT CAR WASH💦San Dimas and 57 fwy Location
