I must say this is my first time going to this location. This is where I got my first vaccine shot. The whole procedure was handled very orderly. The staff at the store was friendly and helpful. I purchased a beverage the nice cold refrigerator in order to celebrate. I would return to this location for my pharmacy needs.
No passport photos available, they dont know how to operate their own equipment.
Never had a problem here. Everyone is very helpful. There always busy but try to help.
The store is small, so chances are they don’t have what you’re looking for. I’ve been twice and this was the case. Also, I saw staff being lazy and rude for completely no reason to customers. It is possible to believe they forgot customer service is in the job description. Save your time, do not shop here.
Don’t waste your time.
Rude and unfriendly person in the check out. But apparently perked up when the next customer of her race came up to pay.....
Wonderful Pharmacy and staff, I had an impromptu asthma attack and forgot my inhaler. Pharmacist called my doctor and had my prescription ready in 25 minutes. Literally a life saver!! So grateful to this CVS.
CVS ALWAYS HAVE MY MEDS ON TIME.. BEEN GOING HERE FOR 13 YEARS.. ALWAYS POLITE.. FRIENDLY.. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE 👪.. I WILL ALWAYS KEEP GOING TILL I TAKE MY LAST BREATH.. THE BEST PHARMACY.. 💯
Today when checking out, one of the Extra Bucks Rewards apparently had expired, mind you I just got it on May 10th and it apparently expired May 13th, though that is difficult to read given the extremely tiny font used for the expiration dates. You would think in a time of COVID-19 restrictions to not going out for daily shopping trips CVS would offer more realistic dates. On top of that, the store associate, Ana, that I dealt with was uncourteous and impolite. She felt it was necessary to point out that is why all the Extra Bucks have different expiration dates. Really? This is an appropriate response to give to a customer that is unhappy. When dealing with customers rudeness should not be tolerated by any of your employees. Whats more, as I was exciting, she felt it was also appropriate to shout out that I should call 1-800-CVS-CARES while ringing up other customers. Perhaps choosing to shop at CVS because it is conveniently nearby is a poor choice. Maybe seeking out Walgreens or Rite Aide would be a much better choice.
It depends on whom you interact with. I used to go here for many years . One day there was this new woman who instead of looking at the prescription she seemed to be more taken by my appearance ( tall, thin, elegantly dressed) and started to act really rude. Indeed, I couldn’t get my asthma prescriptions for days because she kept on calling the wrong doctor and I actually had to tell her to read the prescription from my asthma doctor instead of keep on calling my primary physician! It’s pretty much the same with the other CVS in the area. In La Verne, I gave the clerk a three months supply prescription for my asthma meds and instead she gave me one month trying to make me pay way more since my insurance at the time would cover only for a three month supply. I had to go home, call my insurance company and on a conference call she asked them why the would not give me the medication according to my doctor prescription. They ended up refunding me all the money the owed me. Yesterday finally, I called the Azusa CVS near Citrus Av. and I tried to refill one of my allergy medication, the clerk said that their system was down and she would call me back without never asking for my phone ( did she recognized me from my accent like many I interact with actually do? Maybe she has quite a memory for numbers!) . At 10,00 am I called back and she said “ ok, there is one customer ahead of you” and without saying anything more she just hung up on me!!!!! So, it’s either CVS doesn’t pay and train these people or they are just so ignorant and rough that they really don’t understand what is the appropriate and professional way to interact with customers at all!!! I would say that I also dealt with other clerks that went way and beyond to help;Having asthma, I need to feel safe and most definitely I am going to a privately owned pharmacy to have my prescriptions filled from now and on!!!
Love the people especially Candace there is another pharmacist very very rude. Argues called before closing very rude on the phone. They take along time to to help when you call in. Theladt time 15 min on hold and they keep running out of my medication.
Extremely Rude Supervisor.I went into the store around 7.30 pm. And when I was ready to Check out I was couponing. everything is going through except I was asking him nicely to exchange to use my almost expired one not the one that long way expire but he refuse to used it. he said I cannot exchange and when I said OKAY If I can’t exchange I don’t want these stuffs anymore. After that then he was extremely rude again he threw that stuffs on the floors and wouldn’t taking any off my coupons anymore and then said he was wasting his time on theses problems so much and then he was pointing at the door and asking me to leave and saying about waiting they time.BUT HIS ATTITUDE IS REALLY BADIT’S not GOOODDBAD Experience Ever!
I called and the women that anwsered was impatient and raised her voice at me.
Poorly run tonight, pharmacy tech was left to fend for his self, ignored the customers in the store focused solely on the drive up window twenty minute wait for one customer requested help from the manager, was ignored by her. ugly situation somebody should be held accountable (the manager?) worst experience ever
Im reviewing this based on getting my passport photo taken. The process was easy, straightforward, and the staff was very friendly.
Came in 10 mins before close to store #4790, manager argues it was 5, it was 10. I was turned away even after telling them my wife was in a lot of pain. Being a customer of CVS for many years, 9 years at this location alone, its pretty disappointing to be turned away before closing. What horrible customer service, and coming from a supposed manager to. It doesnt matter if it was 2 mins until close, have a little bit of compassion, youre a pharmacy last I checked. When I called and asked for the store # and managers name, Candice was quick to point out she was the manager, but again, just more poor customer service and excuses as to why they couldnt do thier job and help a customer of many years. Extremely disappointed that this is what customer service at CVS pharmacy in San Dimas has come to.
Seriously hate the pharmacy here... its the only one close by or I would switch. They always take forever than somethings always wrong or they dont have the meds or the didnt have the right info when I dropped it off and waited 12 hours to call me and tell me I had to take it back to the doctors.. I was told it would take 15 mins and Ive been here an hour and a half its like at this point do I keep waiting or go home and come back... so annoying I just want my meds and want to leave. If I didnt need my breathing medication so bad Id probably leave but whatever guess Im stuck waiting just another 5 mins...
Extremely rude manager. Turned his back on me when I speaking. Wouldnt take my coupons. Closed the door in my face. Very very very rude
