Awesome store with fresh products always. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always helpful and friendly. So very conveniently located if you need anything at all. They also have an ATM.

Lived in the complex for about a year now. This place is never open. Idk why they even post times they are open. 90% of the time it’s closed. InsaneResponse to owners reply: Yes that was one time. But there has been a good 5 times I have gone down on a sat/sunday at around 5-7 and you have been closed. Not just talking about a particular week. Maybe employees leaving early?

Family owned and operated. Great service too. I would also say they have a good selection! Best Mini Mart Ive ever lived near. This is your place if you want a snack, bottle of wine or even a cigar. Love it.

Late to open. Adjust your hours M&M if you can’t make it to work on time. If you need to grab a Red Bull or something before work go somewhere else these guys are late to start.

Located at the Rio Vista trolly stop.. its a great place for grab and go snacks, soda, and cigarettes.. They also carry a decent selection of beer and wine. Always nice and polite. Open 10-10

Yes it is overpriced but what do you expect? Its literally downstairs from your apartment, its tucked away in the complex so it does not get customers other than residents whom are too lazy or drunk to go out. It is the go-to beer run mart. Family owned and friendly.

Overpriced and rude customer service. !!! arab owners have major attitude and price accordingly the arab clientele in the area..hopefully the area can grow other vendors to compete with their overpriced last minute product decisions.. or plan ahead and buy at a reasonably priced market

Great & convenient market right next to the trolley stop and next to classic cuts barbershop. Its insode the promenade rio vista apartments across from the ross shopping center on rio drive and qualcomm.They LITERALLY have everything! Booze, snacks, groceries, fruits & vegetables, toilet paper, sandwiches, milk, LITERALLY EVERYTHING! I always go in there to get my cigs, cigars & vapes.Great selection of beer & wine! I always find octoberfest and other flavors that I can never find anywhere else.Really nice owners! Amazing customer service! I asked for a new flavor of kombucha & they had it within a couple days!Absolutely amazing :)

Prices are very reasonable, they have a fine selection of products and the owners are extremely nice, the kindest souls I’ve ever met. Unless you try to steal then I’d be concerned for your safety

Great staff! Always friendly and accommodating! Great for the apartment complex to have a market right downstairs. Beer, wine, tobacco, groceries, and PRODUCE!No need for a car whatsoever. There’s also a trolley next to them. A wine bar and barbershop next to them as well.
