This location only offers prepaid plans. This should be more clearly listed.EDIT: They changed their name to incorporate this information within minutes. They were also very nice and helpful in the store.

Crystal is very helpful and always very pleasant to work with. I just refer 2 customers to her and they love her. Not only help them to setup the new phone but also help my friends to download Apps and show them how to use the new phone. We all are very happy for her services!

I switched two lines from AT&T to T-Mobile at this office three months ago. On our first visit, they called AT&T for me to find out exact amount if I terminate an on-going contract with AT&T. They explained all options we had for different service packages available for us. Within 25 minutes, they ported our old AT&T numbers to our unlocked phones, and had everything setup on those two phones. Few weeks back, they helped me unlocked and switched one line to another (AT&T) HTC M8 smart phone. I am very pleased with their services.

The guy in the store doesnt know anything about ongoing offers. All he can say is call customer service. I guess his specialty is help customer open a general phone line account. BTW, my problem got solved by other T-Mobile store. Dont go here if you want to solve a particular problem Or regard deals.

Absolutely despicable! These people are a disgrace to the asian race. We had a rebate for our phone, and they even tried to take it! When we called, they said that it was past the deadline, but they had never called us to tell us that the rebate had arrived. After repeated trips to their front door, we finally were able to wrench some of our money back. Greedy little bloodsuckers >:(

Dont come! Fraudulent Asians. He lied to us to do a simple mobile door number, and we originally wanted T-Mobile This shop is a scam. We were looking to get a t mobile number but he gave us Simple Mobile after we paid.
