Only gave 3 stars bcuz the website says they are open but the phone number is not in service and theyve been closed for a month or two. Bummer bcuz Ive always gotten good honest service here and good prices as well.

I was offered a free phone if I switched over to another provider, I dont want to mention any names but it sounds like roost. Anyway I was given the new free phone (That actually cost $75 to activate) and went on my way. After a few days I was beginning to notice that the charger was not charging properly and it was due to a bad connection. After going there for the third time and finally finding him open. He told me something was wrong with the charging port (Really!) and there was nothing he could do. One thing I could do he advised me was to switch back to my original provider and pay another $75. Ive been in OB since 1993 and its the first time that Ive actually felt like Ive been screwed over. Can thank you Uno wireless for being my first...So Uno wireless is correct! To bad the Uno stands for their rating!

The manager was super helpful. I went in to get my screen fixed and they fixed it in under an hour. As I left I noticed there was a glitch with it so I took it back and they were very helpful to fix it and make sure my phone was workin at 100 percent! Would definitely recommend this place! Way cheaper than my Verizon store quote!

Great service. John was a bit slow probably because he was new, but I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him while he set up my new phone. A real comedian that kid

Went in for a case for a new phone and they had nearly 10 cases for me to choose from and at good prices.

The best for anything phone related Scott is amazing...dont waste your time going anywhere else...Uno gets it done quickly and for less amazing deals and service thank you

If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I would!!! This shop is extremely unprofessional and rude. They made a huge mistake and refused to make it right or even admit fault...they took $60 from me for a months worth of service and gave me nothing but horrible customer service and a bad attitude in return! I have no idea how they have such a high rating, because my experience with Uno Wireless was the worst I’ve ever had with any cell phone store in my entire life!!!! These guys are thieves. Don’t let them steal from you too, stay away from this shop!!!
