Great place to get car keys!!!They ordered the key for my 2015 Ford Fiesta, in less than a week Kevin called me to bring my car. In about 20 minutes he cut the key and programmed with my car computer!!! He REALLY KNOWS HIS WORK!! Ford dealer wants $400 for the same key that JTI charged $125.What else can u say!! I had dropped my Macbook Pro, and my whole screen had shattered in discoloration. I called several repair shops near me to get a quote before taking it to Apple. I gave them a call and they quoted me the best price by far, plus only took about 2 days to get my laptop returned to me. Very satisfied with my repair, thank you. Definitely, will return. :)

Good prices, but comparatively not the best quality replacement parts (iPhone LED).Friendly but sometimes inefficient and possibly not the best technical service.Iphone LED screen replacement image/color quality was obviously different than original. The first time I dropped it (with protection, not particularity hard similar to countless drops before) the whole screen shattered and LED stopped working.Retuned to my favorite repair place this time (closer to LJ), and for the same price the LED looks like the original iPhone OLED pic/color quality. Also my favorite repair guy indicated whoever replaced the last one made several mistakes in the installation (didn’t remove some packaging pieces, didn’t secure certain parts properly).Needless to say, do inquire about what replacement parts are being used. If you know/see a better repair place, it might be worth passing this place by.

Came here to get samsung galaxy s8 screen repaired. They repaired the screen, but in the process they broke the camera. However, after talking to Chris, they were willing to fix the camera at no extra cost. Phone now works well and has no other issues.

The owner should be careful who he hires to front the store. The current guy is not suited for this job. He made me come to the store TWICE for nothing and then shines with a I couldnt care less attitude.Heres the details:I come on Thursday and pay 50 dollars upfront for a repair that requires a part to be ordered first. The part will be delivered on Saturday for sure, but the the store guy also wants to know how much I want to pay additional so the part can be delivered sooner (weird...). Anyway, his literal words: I will email you before 6pm today (Thursday) if the part is in or not.I never receive an email.On Friday, I am sending an email to ask for delivery time, but I never get a response.On Saturday, I come in. The moment the guy sees me, recognizes me, and says: part is not in yet, it will come in on Monday. Well, thank you very much. This is where you could have emailed me so I dont come for nothing.On Monday, I call. The dude answers: tomorrow the part comes in. So, I wait TWO days and I come in in Wednesday. Dude sees me, says: your part will come in today late afternoon.When I show my frustration about coming in for nothing the SECOND time, he shrugs: whatever, not my problem.Well dude, it is your problem, because your attitude is ruining your bosses business.Rule one of a well-run business is communication. I do understand that parts sometimes take longer to arrive, and I have no issue with that. The key is not make me go there twice for nothing - because of empty promises and no follow-up. You sit there the full day waiting for customers to come in. I surely think that sending a courtesy email with a delayed delivery time is something that you can manage in your busy day job.It would have resulted in a much more pleasant review, in case you wondered.

I found these guys on Groupon, and decided to give them a call to find out more information. They told me they honor same price in store, which is a plus for me for saving me time creating a groupon acct. I took my iPhone 6 in for a screen repair and they were able to return it to me under 30mins. It was very quick, smooth, and my phone looked good as new. Most definitely will come back for my other devices. Highly recommend them.

This place is seriously the best! I had a really smashed screen on my phone. The guy gave me the best price to fix my iphone6s plus. Way less than all of all the other places. And he fixed in like 15 minutes.For real, every other iPhone fixing shop quoted me $100 or more, JTI did it for way less and did a great job.I’d go here to have any phone fixed for sure

I got my glass repaired on my iPhone 7 for a great price . I even purchased a tempered glass screen protector for only $10! They gave me a $5 discount which was really nice of them.

But I got more than lucky and found JTI wireless, not only did I get her phone repaired, but they also do iPad repairs !!! Best iPhone repair near me! Doing my iPad next now that I know where to go for geat work.

Took my phone in, they looked at it told me a price to fix it, then came back, picked it up, they did not fix it. then refunded the money and left the phone in worse shape than before. rude and incompetent . bad combination. the phone is now falling apart. terrible customer service, and even worse technical work.

Just took in my iphone XR for my back glass to be replaced. It was bit hard finding someone who had the red color in stock but they did. Took about 2 hours, very friendly staff.

I broke my iPhone 8 plus, front and back glass. It was completely torn apart since I work construction. It had fallen off a second story and was completely shattered. I did so research in my area for iPhone Repair and JTI Wireless was the first to pop up. I saw they are the “Best of Groupon” on the groupon website and I decided to give them a call and explained my issue. I spoke with Edgar over the phone and he mentioned to me that they repair back glass all the time and also give a warranty with their services. I decided to take my phone in last weekend and its been working marvelous! I truly can’t thank JTI Wireless for fixing my phone and making it look back to 100% new. They did an amazing job, very friendly and fast! Plus the price was way better than what I had expected. JTI definitely saved my phone and now I brought back my iPads for Repair. I searched iPhone repair Near me and JTI wireless popped up so I took a a look at their reviews and decided to give them a try. Now be mindful I’ve had a bad experience with cell phone repairs in the past so I’m very scepticul about these type of businesses. However, my experience was incredible. They repaired my iPhone in less than 20 minutes and threw in a screen protector! My iPad just happened to break yesterday too so guess who doesn’t have to search iPad repairs near me ????? Cheap screen fixes, but don’t expect it to be done correctly the first time.I came in for a new screen to replace my old cracked one and had to take my phone back 3 times after it was “fixed” because certain parts of the screen would lose their touch sensitivity all together. Each time it would take longer and longer for the “techs” to “fix”- sometimes overnight and I would be phone less for over a day pas when they promised it to be done.Upon picking my phone up the last time, there were also 2 other girls in the shop complaining about the same issues I was having and they were not given a solution.This is not a quality fix. Arguably a scam!!I would steer clear if you don’t enjoy wasting your time 👎🏽
