After doing an extensive amount of research and collecting different bids, Josh & Carrie really stood above the rest in customer service. They worked with us to accommodate exactly what we were looking for and the end result was fantastic. We had Gordo as our installer and he was quick, clean, and efficient. We just had a fantastic experience buying our beautiful vinyl floor for our Airbnb in the Point Loma Flooring Store! This floor looks and feel just like wood! They have a huge selection. Josh was great helping us, he understood exactly what we needed and gave us a great price por a really high quality product. We are so happy that we got to but locally, we are neighbors and love that this is a woman owned store!

We needed carpet installed quickly and wanted to support a local business in Point Loma. Turns out the Floor Store was the place to go. I called a week out and let them know I would need some carpet pretty quick, they said to come in and we set up a time that worked for us traveling from out of town.When we arrived we were greeted warmly and they let us know they had some extra carpet that they had from a very large job they finished that they set aside for us since we wanted the install quick. We looked at the carpet, got a good price, and hopped over to the condo for a quick measurement. Then the next day they installed it and it looks great.We were very pleased and felt like they run a good business! Would defiantly do business with them again.

Josh and the entire crew at the Floor Store really understand what customer service is all about. We needed to oversee the replacement of a damaged floor in my senior moms condo in a very short window of time. These folks got us what we needed and the installation crew did a wonderful job. Everyone we dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. Such a nice change from the poor service found at big box stores.
