They act like they dont exist. Say they get back to you in 24-48 hours:dont even a week. I have emailed and left several messages. Do I want this service to sell some potentially expensive items?

Guys beware of eBay dont let them get their claws into you.I recently sold my old MacBook on eBay the guy that bought it lied and said it was broken, returned it and it wasnt broken at all, when I got it back I sold it the same day right here in KC, should have done that first.I tried to get someone to talk over the situation with on eBay and PayPal before I refunded since this guy becaused all the wasted time and money I wanted to see if they could get him to pay for my shipping cost I couldnt talk to anyone they only listened to the buyer ruled in his favor and took money from my account, more than I got for the item, they said it was for fees. All I wanted to do was get someone to explain why the refund was more than the money I initially received, but only after they had taken the money from my account then PayPal dicided to send me a message saying it was for non refundable fees? The worst business experience I ever had in my entire life, its scary when someone can take money out of your account and dont even try to talk to you and clear it up.I GUESS PAYPAL IS THE NEW IRS? NEVERTHELESS THEY CAN HAVE IT IM DONE WITH THE MONEY HUNGRY WEB SITES!!!!Fees for what, I didnt sell anything? PayPal also charged me fees for something I didnt sell this is absolutely insane Its profitable for them when Im losing money???? Just who is this designed to benefit???? the guy lied costed me shipping costs and fees, go figure!. So I just paid Ebay and PayPal fees for What??? I lost money but they made money??? just dont seem right to me so Im done with them.. Nice sizable fees. So Im telling you guys it was so frustrating that Im deleting Ebay and PayPal I will just use my credit card at least I can reach someone if something goes wrong!!!!
