What a horrible experience. They purple haired girl that was working was so rude and wanted to charge me 10 dollars to send an email and print a label. What a ripoff.
Elizabeth, the store manager, has terrible customer service. She has poor listening skills and I don’t believe she has the knowledge or wherewithal to comprehend the simple task of management and their role to deliver a great customer experience. She is incredibly unqualified and I’m sure she also lacks basic education.Do not support this store because she is lazy which I’m sure sets the tone for her staff.
I was 5 minutes early for a Notary Signature and the girl there made a big deal about was very rude and loud and directed me to wait by the front door. They used to be nice but customer service is bad now.
Do not take your passport pictures here. While taking my photo the manager Elizabeth was showing one of the workers how to use the camera while I was standing in front of the camera waiting to have my picture taken. They just suddenly took the photo with out even giving me a countdown or letting me know the picture was about to be taken. Of course in my photo I came out looking like I wasn’t even ready because of the sudden flash in my face! I requested to retake my picture and manager refused unless I wanted to pay again. She said this is like the DMV we only take one picture. Yeah but at least the dmv gives you a countdown before taking it. Very rude and unprofessional on their behalf.
Twice I’ve come here for Amazon returns and even though I chose the option for free, drop off, no box needed return (they even have a big sign in the store that says the same thing) both times they tried to charge me to return saying I needed to purchase a box. The first time I didn’t know better and paid. This time I showed the cashier my return code that said no box needed and pointed to the sign in the store that said the same thing, she just stared at me and made a dumb excuse repeating to me that I needed to buy a box. (The item was already in its own box by the way.) They try to scam you for more money even though they advertise free Amazon returns. They completely ignored what was on the return label and tried to make me pay.
This place is the hands down is the RUDEST UNPROFESSIONAL, EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES NEVER OPERATIONAL, THE STAFF NEVER WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT AT TIME OF TRANSACTION, AND THEY TREAT ELDERLY PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE...SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE.....I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE A STAR. I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST THE AREA, ITS THE STAFF........
I have had a PO Box here around 6 months. This is my very first PO Box ever.Every experience I have had here has been pleasant and professional.I am always greeted and always sent off with a have a good day.It is comfortable to visit and I have found ALL of the Representatives always very helpful.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!They charge 3-5 times more than any other UPS, FedEx or post office charges in the area. I went in to print my resume, $6 for 4 pieces of paper. They charge you $2 to open each email and something like .75 per copy. My mom went to send a small box (no more than 5lbs) and they were going to charge her $30!!!! I think it is truly a shame I know there are a lot of low income people who dont have cars and this is their only option. Whoever the owner is should feel good ripping off poor people! If you live in the area and are able too, go to the post office down the street from Walmart or go to UPS in Redlands. They both have very reasonable pricing!!!
The woman who runs this location hates life, her job and people. She needs to look for something else. Maybe she needs a kitten.Ive dropped off many packages in the years I have lived near this location and she is always snotty and rude. I feel sorry for the other customers and employees working with her.
This is the most incompetent UPS store in the area. No matter what I go in for whether it’s shipping or notary services, I always have to go someplace else. The manager and staff have the worst attitudes and demeanor.
I was there yesterday and the young man said computers were down, and it would cost me 3.00 when I came back.I go back today, I need a box, I need a print out, and I ask him if he would help me, and he just stood there like his legs were nailed to the floor and apologized. This is by far the most superb UPS Store Ive visited. The staff is friendly, efficient, and they pay attention to detail when helping put the finishing touches on my shipments. They help tape the boxes as a courtesy, and do so neatly and with a smile. Great UPS Store! 10 STAR REVIEW!
Now as far bad customer service goes these guys are so bad they make customers look good they are easily contenders for the top 5 worst of all time I know being a customer service isnt fun but they made sure to make fun of me, when I accidentally gave them wrong change by accident the nice person starts mentioning that I should get on Google as it will teach me how to count meanwhile the Chinese lady is just laughing bro saying that maybe I should get a gold sticker pretty much calling me special this is only my first time coming here but they had attitude were not helpful and rude! The lady in particular working was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude!
Good location customer service so far good, the only thing I see inconvenient is, This location does not have automatic door to open automatically which is bad when you carrying big heavy packages. It will be nice IF they could update that part I bring packages almost every day and I am sure most people will appreciate it.
Francisco was awesome. Was very helpful and walked me through step by step in using the stores computer. Im not great with computers and a lot of companies rush you in and out of their doors not caring about you. It felt great to see customer service again. Once again. Thang you Francisco for your help.

Matthew and Liz are the best. I had an important piece of WWII history that was oddly shaped and a little heavy. Matthew was my first contact there and he gave me the conference to go ahead and let them pack and ship it. And believe me... I dont trust many people. When I went back a few days later, Liz was there. She took the order and I believe she packed it. My customer received it yesterday and told me that this ups store did an amazing job packing it. I will use them again. Thank you !

Had my bank card delivered here. Tracking says it was delivered but the rude employee says that they rejected it because the package was damaged. They knew I was in desperate need of it. I called ups 800 number and they say it wasnt rejected. It should be at the store. They might have thrown it away for all I know now. Now I see why they have so many horrible reviews.
I have no complaints... they have always been nice to me. The service is as good as it gets anywhere (realistically). They have rush hours like anyone else when you might have to wait a little longer, but its a small store and still I have always been treated courteously.

Was very disappointed with experience was met by a very unfriendly employee Martina. I asked if she could print a prepaid label was met with yes. I was satisfied until she gave me tab. Pretty sure you tell people prior that fee would be applied. And then demeanor changed and very rudely asked if I would like she can just throw the label she made away and I can go home and print.
Needed to ship a Christmas package to Germany, which involved a lot of paperwork and time. The person helping me was very patient and professional! It made my day :)

I am very disappointed, the price to ship sunglasses to Texas from California is $18.00 was shocking to me. Then staff did not had good costumer service he told well how much gas you think is to send it to Texas? 😒Not happy, not coming back.

My landlords attorney used their server service to service some eviction papers to my friend.. Well these people under penalty of perjury stated that theu did serve the court related documents an unknown John Doe in the home between the ages of 45-50.. My friend is a single mom of two with no men whatsoever in the home. Now shes facing an order to vacate a week before Christmas because these people made a quick $75 for their service and failed to abide by the law. Wrongful eviction lawsuit is in process along with other lawsuits for neglecting what the law states. Its sad to see how people with money can buy off other people to help them do horrific things to other people that all they trying to do is live life. The law will prevail!
Attitude and service of personnel seem to have been improved since they moved to this new location beside the Rite Aid on Kendall.

Had a super bad experience in this store. Im making a purchase two of my credit cards got decline knowing theres more then enough funds in both cards, then the sales associate tells me to check my online bank to see if it went through and what do you know it does and when the store manger keeps insisting that it didnt went though i get on the phone with both banks and they let me know that they are not pending they went actually through he refuses to give me my money back. Then the store manager calls me saying that he reported the incident to HQ and they advice him that they are going to decided weather to charge me twice for for a service that wasnt provided . when back the next day and got my Three hundred dollars back. BEWARE !!! I SWEAR YOUR BETTER OFF PAYING CASH !

I was very disappointed with my expirience today.i have been going here for years.there were two associate helping a customer with wrapping up a picture frame I asked one of the girls can I just drop this off she looked at me and said do you want a receipt?t then youll have to wait .with such an attitude no professionalism I didnt understand why they have to both be helping the same customer she could have said I cant use the register if you could just wait for a minute you know just to ease the customer but she just seemed like she didnt even want to be there she looks so unhappy then I proceeded to ask the other girl if she was a manager because the unhappy employee was wearing a different color shirt and she told me she didnt know.how could you work there and not know who your manager is. Associates like these will run your buisness to the ground. She coulnt even give me the owners name,she tought it was rashi. Tought,what a joke.if you ever need someone with expirience let me know i was a store manager for a beauty supply for 15 years before i resigned to stay home with my kids,i will whip them into shape in no time and youll be running a tight ship.a 5 star ship...
Went in to return an item with Amazon...was a problem with one because of it not being from Actual Amazon but the process that went about the explanation of why. Not only did they desk clerk spell ALL the info wrong on our shiping label without verifying it as we went. She got annoyed after she printed it and we told her it was incorrect. Then she still dident fix it and sent it out. All while being very rude. This was after a women cut in front of me in line and i had to speak up since the employees couldent be bothered to keep an eye on the line. Then cussed me out while thr employees again couldent be bothered. Screw this place. Ill go to fed ex even if it is farther away. They have NEVER given me issues.

This notary does not know what she is doing! I came in here for oath of office forms that needed to be notarized and she did not know what to do. When I proceeded to tell her what steps to do in order to notarize the forms, she immediately told me I was wrong. I am also a notary public and how dare she tell me that my recommendation is not the right way to do it. I am never coming back here again!!!
