Rude customer service!!!The lady is busy talking with her coworker and then Im waiting in line to be checked out and the lady cashier looks around and then looks at me telling me do you want to check out? Like duh, Im in the check out line!!! Then she wants to say to her coworker I wanted to leave early, but I cant anymore. Do your job lady!! This isnt a place to just talk with others.

Staff is friendly and the store was faster tahn ordering at Amazon.....

It was a no frills store, I was looking for an office chair that rises up and down, and they didnt have it.

April 29, 2020.I clicked on the curbside pickup link on my order email to let the pickup counter know I had arrived. I waited about 10 minutes. My curbside pickup wasnt delivered to my vehicle, so I had to walk in to the store to the pickup counter to get my order. I think there was only 2 workers.They were busy with other customers, so this store needs at least two more. They also need designated parking for curbside pickup in the front of the store.I am always looking around for the best prices on Canon Pixma PG245 black & CL246 ink. Its a great alternative to Walmart, Staples, & Best Buy.4 Stars. I hope they dont try to merge again with Staples. Office Max merged and got absorbed into Office Depot. We dont need a monopoly.

Great customer service. Asked what I needed and told me where to find it. When I accidentally bought the wrong Staples, I was able to return the unopened box and exchange it for the correct staples and the rest of the money back.

Office Depot always delivers. They always have what I need. But today I didnt have the model number of my copier so I wasnt able to get the ink I needed.

It seemed understaffed. One cashier, one person in copies, several people walking around but when the line got long, no one was called up to help. The poor guy that was the cashier was trying his best to keep up.

Usually get great service, but the cashier didnt want to hold a conversation with me or her colleague, and there was nobody behind the cash register for a good 5 minutes while the line grew.

Thank you Vincent for getting the Extra school/trade Booklets and Manuals from my phone to his machines and me back rolling down the street on my motorcycle so quick, cops are gonna tryyyy ta catch me !!!! Their coupons dont work. They send me stuff all the time and when I try to cash them its never applied to the order.

Cashier swiped my card twice and I got charged twice! Its been over 45 days and we still have not received our money back! They stole my money and Ive had to jump through hoops to try and get it back. Beware. Bad management allowing such things to happen.

Failed to print my order on time, and it was a portfolio that I needed for a job interview. Called the day before I needed the portfolio portfolio and they confirmed theyll have it done by that night and ready for pick up in the morning. Went there in the morning and the portfolio was halfway done, sprawled out on the counter and none of the workers were doing anything. They said the machine mustve broke and that theyll have to just print it on regular paper in black and white. Terrible service here and this has happened on two occasions.

The woman that greeted me when I walked in was a sweetheart... BUTI go in with my Flashdrive and theres a few people ahead of me for prints.The girls acknowledge me and say theyll be right with me. So I smile and say thanks.Then some other lady comes after me all hesitant and stands RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER. They tell her theyll be right with her too, the girls knew she came after me...While the girl is helping some guy she grabs the ladies picture and makes copies....like, couldnt you have at least ASKED me if I was okay with it? I was there first and just because hers was more convenient you do it first?That really boiled me up..I waited like 20 minutes for THAT and walked out enraged.I wasted my entire break waiting for NOTHING!Never going back there again!!

Extremely happy customer! Went for a poster printout, had worked all night on photoshop doing it. Printed it, went home n hours later noticed an ink spot, called and Assistant Manager Pedro took care of me NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! Returning for sure!

The wait time just to fax was ridiculous, then the customer service person helping us was trying to help so many people that he would come back to us confused and forgetting what we were asking! They were extremely slow and unhelpful, and more expensive than staples!
