Kayla was such a friendly, kind and exceptional worker. She was able to assist me in packaging a new order, filling out the shipping label, and discussing prices for each shipping package. She was so professional and efficient in her job, it was such a quick and easy process because of her!

VERY BAD service Ive been 2 times coming to drop off a package. It is impossible that they do not accept it because it is not the box that they like, and they want to repackage it for me for 25 dollars, I have spent more gasoline in coming to leave it,, 😡😡😡😡
I don’t have anywhere else to put this but- I ordered some fairly expensive car parts rather soon, and decided to order them and received them through fed ex. Anyone want to guess what happened? What my picture shows. In transit/pending. For five days now. It was supposed to be here three days ago. I called fed ex in and they told me essentially they have no idea what happened to my package and will contact me with updates. Nothing yet. Lol.
Dana and Kayla were absolutely awesome they were very patient and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my order. Im so grateful because I was super lost and had no idea what I was doing.
Printing quality images on the copy machine has its technical difficulties when making sure images dont cut off and get emailed correctly, but employee Bernard on April 28th did a great job taking care of the strenuous work for me. Thanks Bernard!

Very strange vibes at this Fed ex office located on the south side of San bernardino, close to the freeway but a couple miles from downtown. Less busy then any other location Ive ever patronized. Theres an older dude who works there who seems super contentious. Bathrooms are clean which is strange for the location.

I been to this place a few(3) times already. I have never been acknowledged and the first time there I had to find someone to ask for service as nobody was available on plain sight. Finally, I had to raise my voice for someone to come to the counter. Someone did answer, but had to wait several minutes until she was done so she can come to the counter to help me. The last two times I been there, I just walk right in and help myself as all I need is available by self-help.... like using a computer, downloading documents, use the printer, make copies and even pay for all services. So I guess this is a great office/business, but the staff is horrible as they never offer assistance or even acknowledge that youre there.
The job of meeting a drivers who delivered the loads is very poorly organized ... We with my co-driver drove straight 1700 miles from Louisiana to California with FedEx load and arrived ahead of schedule, but here on the FedEx San Bernardino Facility we were greeted rudely ... We called and waited then waited and called for more than an hour to get any clearly answer, but didn’t found any qualified specialist to tell us for further instructions ... Complete irresponsibility of local staff with a very low organization of job ...

The Older gentlemen that worked there must’ve been having a bad day because he grumbled when I asked about printing an email. His body language was a bit hostile

Mike is a wonderful asset to Fed Ex. I come in weekly to do faxes and he has helped us a couple times. Today in particular the fax machine was giving me a hard time. Fed Ex should recognize the great employee they have. Keep up the awesome work Mike!

Chiquita was very helpful and was running the store on her own. 2 disgruntle customers were rude to her and she kept her composure and still helped them out. 2 employees were in the back chilling like hello cannot you help your fellow associate. But Chiquita, professional and attentive customer service. Yes I will be back because her actions have a good perception of the store.
They don’t have much staff to take care of customers and also the staff is least bothered to help customers... very disappointedI went to pickup the package and it took 40mints to get the package and their were only two customer ahead of me...
Prices are fair. The eqipment is modern. All the equipment is self serve and payment is made through a refillable card at a cash kiosk. The copiers can print documents from flash drives. The staff is polite and helpful. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and they had scheduled only one employee to work. This worker was frantically trying to help everyone as best as possible, but was obviously overwhelmed. I would be cautious visiting this area after dark. There are plenty of other nice areas nearby they could place the business. Well, maybe they are getting a good deal on the rent?
I walked in a moment after opening which was 7 am. I was greeted by Jenna who was very informational and helped me print a document via email. I will be using this for all my printing, faxing and shipping. Thanks again Jenna!
So today I went in to print a few documents.. the employees on duty were pretty worthless and pretty much refused to help me. I told them both that I was not familiar with the process and they both just directed me to the self service station.. what ever happened to one on one help?

I just want to say that speaking with Lisa was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE! She was very helpful and was very willing to take the time to sit down and help my employee scan and email a document using the self serve station. Employees are really worthless here. I went to make copies and I wanted to print using my own paper, but they guy there couldnt tell help me... I had to learn myself by reprinting until i got it right.... spent $11 in prints..
I wanted to leave a review for Mady on behalf of her shift at the Moreno Valley location. She told me she works at this San B location. She was an absolute trooper! She was slammed with a lot of customers with different needs and she was alone on shift. She handled everyone with proper customer service which can be overwhelming to some employees. I had a ton of packages today to ship out so I wasn’t making it any easier. She did her thing and was able to multi-task and get everything done
This place is full of wonderful and courteous employees. They are polite and are always eager to help. Ive used their workstations, fax, and shipped a number of different items and every employee encounter has been pleasant. Thanks for all the help!
Spent 300 dollars shipping over night just to get robbed. My package arrived retaped with a bottle of anti freeze and bubble wrap in it. Dont ship from here they will rob you

This place is very professional. Jenna was great. She helped me download a doc from my laptop and print it. It was taking forever, but she was patient and stuck with it until it was complete. And the price blew me away. $00.76! Thank you!!

Many services in only one place . Printing, packaging, scan, fax, computer access, packing and printing supplies. Too many to name . Easy access to printers and binding needs . Great customer service . Hours are definitely great, I had went around 8:00 pm and was surprised it was open, they close at 10:00 pm ! I will definitely be going here for all my printing and packaging needs . Highly recommend this place .
This place has been upgraded. Feels greasy and clean. Its never too crowded. Machines work fine. Ive never really had to order anything at the front desk, but when I have, they are fast.
Worst place ever! This is why I use UPS or USPS to ship my things. I spent 5-10 minutes in line and when I finally got the counter, the lady told me I had to email them my QR code for the label.. she then started attending other people after I emailed it in less than a minute. After 20 minutes they couldnt scan my QR code and told me to hold on. Which I waited almost 20 minutes, grabbed my package and left. IF YOU SAVOR YOUR TIME, DO NOT COME TO THIS FEDEX!
Sadly I had to put 1 star to leave a review. They are giving me the run around for a refund on a mistake they made. Ill make sure never to use their services again. Go to ups or USPS dont waste your time and money on them.
Horrible service. Dr Mike needs to be retired, he is really racist and rude. No more sending international packages after 6pm because he doesnt want to do it. Instead of helping you, he tells you to return before 6pm.

So, Ive used this place for copies a few times, well my last visit I put my copy card in the kinkos copy machine it had $9.88 ...made some copies and walked away to pick up a pre order print job accidentally leaving my card in the machine...went back to get it and guess what.. it was gone!!! Well, in my opinion the manager should have checked the cameras for the individual and made sure she wssny allowed back in or charged pressed...I asked the people who were still there making copies one of them a store associate...if they saw who used it last...and wouldnt you know it ...one of the women described the same woman who I saw and made eye contact with...well, she was creeping on me...watching my moves from the time I got out of my car and fallowed me into the store...in retrospective I should have been more careful...but I also believe I fell prey to an opportunistic criminal...she was a large black woman dressed like a man and carried herself like a man ...she drives a copper suv... possibly a ford...watch out for her fellow Google peeps...

I was there today. This ....,..... chick with an attitude, was blocking the door so I could not get in. She told me I could not go into the store while she was talking to a couple on the sidewalk about some print job that I couldnt care less about. When they finally left I asked if there was anyone else inside the store that could help me. She blew me off and went into her tirade about my package, with a prepaid label,had to be put into another package before it could be shipped. The additional package was an additional $5.49. I left. Im sure Im not the only customer that will NOT return!
Ive had 2 experiences with this store and both have been utterly horrid! The first time I went I spent 15 minutes in line waiting to be helped when there were at least 5 other people in the back dawdling around doing nothing other than sitting down and messing around with their smartphones.When I finally got to the counter the woman told me that she couldnt help me because the service I needed was shipping and she didnt do that. Yes I needed shipping and all she had to do was scan the bar code on the prepaid label on the box and hand me my receipt, which is not that time consuming. I know this first hand since every 3 months I ship my rented textbooks back to the companies I rent them from.Today was my second visit, and it was just as bad as my first visit. I had first thought Ok you know maybe the first time I went was one of the stores off days, we all have them, but Good God was I wrong. Again I needed to ship two packages with prepaid labels. The line was much shorter and when I got to the counter I was quickly attended. The lady there tells me that the first package is all in order. But when it came to the second package (a book) she took the box, closed the flaps, and began shaking the box every which was for about a good minute. When she finally set the box back down, she shoved it towards me and told me that she couldnt ship it because the book in the box moved too much. I have to say I stared at her in disbelief for a moment or two.Why? because the book did NOT move as much as she claimed it did. Why? because the box I used for the book was the PERFECT size for the book. Yes the book moved around but only about 1 cm, 1.5 cm to the sides which is just enough room for the recipient to be able to take the book out of the box! She then proceeded to tell me that the box needed filler paper to protect the box so that when they placed a heavy object on top the box wouldnt split open.Why would you even place a heavy object on a small box? Then she began to charge me $3.99 for the filler paper. I mean are you KIDDING me $4 for paper thats going to be thrown away when it gets to its destination? I told her to not bother charging me for the filler paper that I would do it. She seemed quite annoyed that I had said this and began talking to another worker next to her. She finished this conversation with the worker and the workers customer BEFORE giving me my receipt for the first package. The conversation that she was having with the other customer was extremely rude. Im honestly surprised the other women (customer) didnt yell or shout with her.Honestly the only reason I went to this FedEX location was because the next closest one to me is a 45 minute drive from my home. NEVER making that mistake again! WORST customer service, Disgruntled employees taking it out on customers, Rude, Obnoxious, Bad Attitudes,. Next time I think Ill spend the extra gas driving down to the other location rather than deal with these people again.AVOID at all cost unless you like being disrespected.
Stay out of this place, there just looking to hook one with a pre paid card, there not trying to help, every worker look like they hate there jobs there.....
Yolanda is alway attentive and willing to help anyone which is awesome. Unfortunately I cant say the same about the rest of the crew who always looks like they just dont want to be there. As if their job is difficult. Also not many DIY places like this in the area unless you like the wait in line at Staples or OfficeMax which seems to be the only alternative for copies and printing.

Ive been coming to this kinkos for many years and not till tonight it was the worst experience tonight. First i was waiting in line for several minutes till a older gentlemen came to help me and when i asked for their paper book to see the kind of paper i wanted to buy he gave me attitude cuz he had to reach over and get the folder, and then after that was all done i went to print my images on the paper and the printer was way off on the colors i wanted i brought it to the old gentlemens attention and all he couldnt say is that it was my fault and i didnt know what i was doing, im no professional graphic artist but i do know my way around many designing programs, and he was just rude the entire time he didnt offer to help me in any sort if way and said i had been the only one to ever complain about the printer. It was only $20 but it wasnt about the money it was about the horrible customer service the guy gave me. I will now take my business somewhere else.

I recently visited the Fed Ex Kinkos in San Bernardino, ca to drop off an Fedex ground parcel. Since the Rialto Hub closed, I use the Fedex main in Ontario or another kinkos what ever I am close to. I have used the San Bernardino Kinkos 3 times no problems. This time today 12/13 around 3:00, I proceeded to drop off a parcel as normal, it is already label ready for pick up as usual, I left on counter and seen a kinkos FedEx worker approaching from behind I kindly said if it was ok to leave (as usual) on counter, as I normally do, she first said fine, As I was walking away she asked me what was in the parcel, which in the last 10 years of shipping with fedex never have been asked. I answered, and she pressed on top of parcel saying they could not take it,since she could pushed down on top and it went down, It had packing paper to protect item on bottom which were plastic cartridges which would not damage. I shipped these items out every week no problems, she said she would not take it, I did not want to have an argument over this, so I pick up parcel and said I will take to main Ontario Hub for shipping. I dropped off, no problem at all, I asked clerk just to make sure if she saw anything wrong with parcel, she said no!, Either the Blonde at Fed ex needs a crashed course in correctly identifying packages and not judging people because the way they look. I will definitely not using that location at all any longer.

Awful customer service. Ive never been treated so poorly before in my entire life. Owners should really double check what kind of employees work here. As a manager myself from LAX airport, I will never allow this kind of service. Very Disappointed.
