Well Ive been here before great arcade not a big video arcade but cool nonetheless. Good for a quick good time if any ladies go. I hope you guys keep the arcade open because that would be your money maker right there more than anything trust me I know what Im talking about. Like Stans 2 in Rowland Heights, CA they have there arcade, private booths, and group room open 24/7 thats the way it should be and they have you keep yourself safe by making sure you wear your face covering and keep it clean throughout the entire day. And they make lots of money in those areas throughout the day. So I hope your store is keeping that video arcade open because youll make more profit. I plan to go soon so keep it open please.

Lots of stuff...the lady running it today was really cool...considering what i put on the counter....this is my go to place...i did feel like i coulda got lucky with a chick that walked in ...and a couple of the dudes that were there....

This place is not only cheap but they have good stuff and the worler is really niceJasmine helped w a smile on her face and made it a pleasantful shopping spree. Ohh and they got a good selection of glass bongs and pipes best sex store ive been to yet!!

Baseline books is clean and staff very helpful. its also a nice spot to do whatever it is one might want to do. for myself allI can say is this place lets you do your thing as long as onestays mindful of the rules (as it were). just keep it low key andyou wont have a problem. most of the time there are plentyof good times to be had. stop in and see for yourself !

Love it! This store has an amazing selection of inventory! The young lady who was working answered every question my husband and I asked and she deserves a raise for sure (in our opinion). Great place to check out. Well definitely be going back.

Went to this store a week ago and was amazed at how clean this little hole in the wall was. Lots of stuff to buy and I MEAN LOTS. Very well kept and stocked. I met a worker name Anthony he was very informative and answered all my questions. What a nice interesting shopping experience.

If I could give this place no stars for customer service, I definitely would. I went in looking to buy a few certain items, and there was a young lady behind the counter. I think the people at the counter she was speaking with were calling her Shelly. Either way, I walked in and she said hello. She asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and I told her that I was and that I needed help. She told me she would be with me in a minute, and that minute turned into 15. She was more concerned with the conversation she was having with these people than she was with helping a paying customer. Not only that, but it appeared that another customer whom she knew, was stocking merchandise onto the wall. He was friendly nonetheless, but was not a worker from what I can tell. Either way, I left. And I took the $400 that I was going to spend there to another store on Foothill Boulevard. The store was clean, and well stocked. But the customer service sucked.

Place is awesome is for me anyway

Probably the best adult store in San Bernardino. The employees are always nice and very helpful. The manager was slightly intimidating from first looks but after asking him for help was very friendly and knowledgeable of all his products. If your looking for a clean and friendly environment to shop for your adult needs I would definitely recommend this little shop.

Came in during “shift change”, so I had to wait for the guy behind the counter, David, to finish. Anyway, the manager Big Mike was there and both guys were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Who knew there were so many different lubes? Anyway, thank you guys both for the great customer service!! Now I can give my friend a bachelorette party she will never forget!!

This store was just remodeled and looks great. The big guy at the counter is very nice. I drive 1 hours to get here. The employees are great as well. Everyone should visit.

Are the arcades open?

Best shop in the IE! The selection is expansive and the store is always clean!! All in all, this shop came to me highly recommended, and I’m doing the same 🙌🏽

This is my first time here at baseline books, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to take the time to really help you and make you feel comfortable and welcome with any of your questions and or needs.

NEVER!! Coming back here again!! I came here a couple days ago on Sunday night/Monday morning cuz I heard about the booths and how clean they were. When I get here, I buy two tickets. I go to a booth and Anthony the big black guy who’s working, comes to the back acting like he’s cleaning, and comes to my booth asks me in a low voice if everything good and do I need him to show me how the screens work. I tell him no, and he leaves but come back again and looks in. So I get up because I’m irritated and at this point I’m uncomfortable, because I know what he’s trying to do now, and I’m not with that. I want to leave and I notice this guy locked the door!! From the inside!! I tried to get out but I couldn’t, so I had to wait for him to open it to leave. I been here before on Felisha shift and she is so rude and don’t have no business working in customer service, and decided to give this place a second chance and this what happened the second time around. I hope someone verifies what I’m saying is the truth !!

New ownership, remodeled the inside. It’s a great place . Lots to choose from and employees that are ready to help. Just give it a try let your mind free in there and just be you. No judgments in there . Arcade is clean and movies are always switched out. Welcome

David was sooooo helpful!! I spent more than I expected, but he was a great salesman 🔥🔥 I haven’t been here in a while but it seems to have changed owners, or something because the interior of the store looks completely different and so much cleaner
