Great experience definitely were some great costumes, masks and props. Customer service was great as well only down side was small space and narrow aisles, other than that overall great experience

They had a good selection but when you went in for just one thing and couldnt find it it was very frustrating. A Trunk for an elephant is a must they did not have they only had ears and the tail. no trunk

Based on the time of year I went in, and 3 days before holloween I was surprised to find much at all yet they had quite a few costumes just not a big variety. For example I wanted to be a cat or catwoman yet they only had one cat costume in there and it wasnt cat woman.

Out of my sons size (8-10) in just about every costume. HUGE line but very fast moving

I went with my kids for this Halloween year and I was really happy with the customer service there. Rudy was kind and very helpful to me. He’s a great worker and I recommend this store

The costumes there were EW. Like bottom of the barrel type of feels. Good in an emergency.

The manager was super rude to me when I had dropped my card in the store and had told me it wasn’t in the store and made me wait in a long line just to get in and look for it. I ended up finding it in the store. they have incomplete costumes and the store is very unorganized and messy I was missing half of my costume and all they could offer was 10% off

They have a handful of decorations and a good amount of Halloween costumes but they are a little pricey, nothing different than going to Party City and spending $50 for a not so good quality costume that youll wear one time. They also have extra props you can use but again, cheaply made. The store is clean and we were offered assistance but I will only be back if Im desperate for a last minute costume or need a fake plastic foot.

The store has a wide variety of costumes. Even yard decorations. The staff walking around isnt to helpful or engaging. The cashiers are friendly. I was struggling to reach a costume and a employee just walked by and never offered assistance.

It doesnt have to be Halloween for people to buy costumes. It could be private parties, music festivals, whatever. Thats why Im glad this place is here.

Large and stocked Halloween store with so many costume ideas its amazing. You will definitely find a costume here if youre in need of one. The isles are nice and labeled so you know where everything is at. The staff welcomes you as soon as you walk into the door. I was beimg helped by a gentlemen and i didnt get his name but he was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time at theis store and i would highly recommend it.

I have no idea why this place is open year round. Most of the stock was broken and old. Nothing good at all!

Then Janette started to ring up my order and - not only did she suggest a different makeup product- she actually showed me the difference between the two on her skin! Awesome! They have some very unique animatronics that you cant find at your typical halloween store. Nice selection of costumes too. We got our 4 year old a costume and had a lot of compliments on it.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to inquire about a return and got hung up on 4 times by victor. Then when I finally didn’t get hung up on victor was very unprofessional. Didn’t have the time to answer any of my questions. Once we got passed the fact that there are no exchanges, which is a policy they have, I couldn’t even get answers for the questions I had regarding the correct size of the costume that I needed. All I wanted to know is if they had the right size. I was willing to buy the second costume even though they kept hanging up on me and where unprofessional. When requested to speak to the manager Liz Gonzales, to ask her for help since victor with a v couldn’t, she hung up on me as well. Apparently she is too busy to deal with customers on the phone. Not once did I raise my voice or say anything derogatory to either one of them. Of course the frustration mounted after asking for the name and they refused to give it to me multiple times. This is the first review or complaint I have ever made on an employee at any store. But since they have made it difficult to meet my needs as a CUSTOMER! this will be a way for me to voice my opinion on these two employees unprofessionalism. Hopefully when their corporate office opens tomorrow and I voice my opinion to them about their employees unprofessionalism, I can get a different attitude from them. Liz and victor with a V, you are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE WORLD! If you can’t handle dealing with customers, go find a field where you don’t have to deal with CUSTOMERS! You would think a store that overcharges for their stuff the customer would get a little bit of courtesy from them. I have read other reviews from this store and it appears that the rest of the employees that where commended in previous reviews got better training than the manager Liz and victor with a V. I read a lot of good ones. Good for the other employees in this store that are professional, in comparison to these two. I payed $50 for one of your costumes, the least you can d is be courteous.
