Today I attempted to walk in to purchase a box from fed ex and was very rudely stopped by black female advising me that the 24 hour store was closed and that people were not reading the handwritten sign on the door.. okay? Maybe your 24 hour store shouldnt be closed in the first place, but in no way did I deserve to be spoken to so unprofessionally. This lady needs some serious customer service training. Standing outside to kindly tell customers that you are closed is a much better way to run a business, rather than scribbling on some paper and taping it to the door. Completely unacceptable.
There always out of stock on pai medications over the counter. Kept us in hold for 35 minuts and just hang up ALWAyS OUT OF STOCK ON MEDICATIONS THAT ARE needed for me and others that are in need of painkillers for treatment with prescription from my doctor. Its not right how they run out of pills people need.
I am here waiting for my second covid vaccine for about 40 minutes now and leslie the pharmacist clerk is asking too many questions for a FREE COVID vaccine. I swear, there was 6 people that came after me that she sent home because they didn’t have their medical card or their insurance card. The other Walgreens on Sierra did not ask this many questions when I got my 1st vaccine. I didn’t like how she tossed my application I had filled out to the trash. I would have appreciated if she would have shredded the paper work, that had my information.
Everytime i call they pick up and then hang up i have been trying to get ahold of someone their for the past three days this is unacceptable. Why are you going to have a phone if u dont answer it ?
Drive thru is always slow and some of the associates dont know what theyre doing was way better when pharmacist David was here they have the pharmacist doing way too much for one person they should have at least two pharmacist on hand .
Paola is so awesome here! Most stores give me a hard time when I use my coupons but she has always been on top of it! And has such a great attitude about it! Thank you!
Anthony in the pharmacy is amazing. I just went in to pick up a prescription that I dropped off 2 hours prior. The initial woman helping me coldly told me it wasnt processed because my insurance wasnt put it, that is have to come back in another couple hours. Anthony took over, found my insurance, got my prescription ready immediately, and got me on my way. Awesome!

Don’t go if you have a soft heart. I went to get my medicine and the pharmacist clerk just said to me coldly that he wanted me medicated and handed me my medicine. The pharmacist got more medicine for me than prescribed. The pharmacist barely speaks English. She and the clerk are so rude that I went home to cry. Employee Laura went to lunch with the keys for lock up cases making people wait for them to be open. Before I found out, she was super rude when I asked her if restrooms were open. Even while on lunch theres no need to be rude. This is my favorite store but she just ruined it. Thanks to the young tall gentleman working on her shift who apologized to me for her unprofessional behavior.
The drive thru line is supposed to quick and efficient and theres is the complete opposite!! Ive brought my mom to her get safe instead of going inside. Train employees and be efficient!!! It should not take over a half hour when there was 2 cars in front of me. Ive told my mom to take her business elsewhere
I am new to the area and was so happy a Walgreens was right around the corner for my scripts.Pshh, this pharmacy put me on hold, twice in the last month, for over 25 minutes., even though it stated there was one caller ahead me.I am going to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy, this one does not deserve my business.
LATRICE is extremely rude. No customer service skills at this location at all. Will not be coming back to this store just because of her, I will drive a little further to another Walgreens. She definitely needs practice on how to talk to people and handle situations.

Went in there looking for an ATM. They have a HUGE Navy Fed ATM sign in the window. They DONT have an ATM. Apparently they took it out a YEAR AGO. So why do they STILL have a Navy Fed ATM sign up???
Waited in drive through over 40 minutes for my pick up prescription. Called while I was in line to the pharmacist and found out they had a trainee at the drive through. She had no idea what she was doing! She had someone waiting for there refills! Never will I ever go back to that Walgreens! Your better off going a little farther and spending more gas then going through something so ridicules!
Absolute worst Walgreens I’ve ever been in. On top of this place always getting shoplifted from, the staff is absolutely the worst. Definitely bottom of the barrel employees. Sorry, but that’s just the truth. I’ve only had about one good encounter with one single employee at this location. Not sure what could make this specific Walgreens a good “location” at this point. I wish I could say something positive. Well, at least the pharmacy drive through is opened all the time is seems.

Love that this Walgreens location is very close to home, however I was sick with an asthma attack and needed my prescriptions filled with immediate emergency and they close this “24-hr” location for a whole HOUR from 2am-3am. This is such an inconvenience and at least should be posted somewhere on the store or website because this is the only “24 hr” pharmacy that people have access to at this time in case of an emergency but we have to wait because “their system is down”. Guess my asthma attack along w other patients need to wait and we should possibly accommodate our sickness for the employees.
Having to get two important items for the house plus also pick up the medication which is why I am grateful for the local 24hr. Walgreens. All I needed in one place!! 😇
Really need to do something about loiterers and beggars. I have no problem helping people out, but it seems like you cant make it into the store without being asked for something --- and then again on the way out by someone else, or even the same person sometimes.Other then that, staff are always nice and they are open 24 hours. Good cigarette prices if you smoke.

Use to be my go to spot. Thanks to this Friday night I will switch my rx and not shop there again.Hire security guards that can do their job without collecting backpacks from shoppers. Its called innocent until proven guilty and it shouldnt matter what my bag looks like. It holds the money you hope Ill spend in your store. Also as someone whos husband has worked for Walgreens I know how real loss control works there. It WAS my local pharmacy for 13 years.

Uncooperative management in this store, only und cashier at 11pm with a 9 customers, employees very slow on doing the work.. Was 3 Managers seeing the line getting big, and they were not able to get helo to the cashierp. You will see the lock of interesting Walgreens is on the customers.😡😡😡😡

Went to use bathroom and buy something but restrooms are closed certain hours so I was leaving and decided not to do business here because of that then some weird tough guy started following me all the way out the door I found it offensive.
A couple of weeks ago my husband went to drop of our daughters prescription and they said it would be ready in 45 min so he came home and didnt go back until the next day to pick it up when he gets there they tell him that a mistake was made and that we had to call some number or whatever. We go again they said they were having issues with their system. We called last night and they said someone had picked up our daughters medicine. By who? Who knows all they said is that they verified that the address on our file was correct and they let it go just like that. So not only did they give someone else our babys medicine but they also released confidential info to some complete stranger!!! To top it all of we cant get the medicine unless we get another prescription from the doctor when it was their mistake!
I appreciate the buisness hours, customer service lacks tremendously. When there is a sale price it never rings as a sale price . Im not sure if its just this location but its VERY overpriced. Stopped by to get pampers and they were $12.99 wt and every where else they are $8.99 . Drove down to target and they were $8.99 plus $1.50 off coupon on cartwheel . I also bought a medicine here and realized it was $4 cheaper at target . Dont shop here! Unless it your ONLY option .

Second time I come to this pharmacy and its been the worst expirience. The first time my husband had a fever, I came here to fill the prescription. I didnt get them until 2 days after. Second time, just got out of surgery Im in pain. They said they have the prescription. I come by and the pharmacist said they havent gotten the fax from the doctor. I call my doctor and she said every thing had been sent. I call back the pharmacy and they said it will be ready next day. I get here and they havent fill anything. I have to wait another 30 min. Will not be coming back.
I went 2 times to get my prescription, waitied in a long line twice for more than 20 minuets and still nothing showing up in their computers. Called my doctors office to have it re-sent. My doctors office but me on hold while they called the Walgreens pharmacy but they didnt answer so all they could donis re-send it. Finally it went through and had to wait a little over half an hour to get my medicine. The pharmacy staff moves with no urgency, they need to pick up the pace and be friendly. They arent welcoming and Ive been in pain needing my medication.
I saw the recall for Walgreens and Walmart Eye Drops in the news. So I remembered that I had 2 Walgreens Eyedrops unopened in my medicine cabinet.. So i came into this location to exchange them for new ones. they called the manager over she immediatly said that she would not exchange them without a proof of purchase. I said they have the Walgreens name on the packages.. she said she didnt care.. with out a proof of purchase she would do nothing to help me.. I cant believe this location policy.. Hell with this location.. I went to the location on 40th.. the store manager had no problems at all with the exchange.. she said that the walgreens brand is 100% guranteed even without a proof of purchase.. the store manager at the Highland and Del Rosa location needs to be fired... TOTALLY PATHETIC
I was @Walgreens to do a return on some makeup i had purchesd. I had the items Clearly visible in my hands as I walked into the store when directly to the back of the line when the cashier waited 15 minutes and as I was finally getting to start my return I noticed the security guard staring at me and he says I didnt see you walk in the store with anything in your had After another 45 minutes for them to run the tapes back the finally came out and and send OK dated continue processing my return 5 minutes later they asked me for my ID which I didnt have on me but the guy next to me in line offers his and they say they couldnt they couldnt use it had to be mine and they handed myself back and still didnt do my return And I had a receipt for it after an hour I sat there got accused of stealing when I hadnt Not only did they waste an hour of my time & not do my return that I had a receipt for they didnt apologize for how they acted or the actusations and they only picked on me only cause I am white everyone in that store including the security guard is races

My experience with this Walgreens has always been nice. The staff are always friendly and nice. I only used drive thru once, but it wasnt that long of a wait, either. I guess if you dont wanna wait for a long time, avoid the rush hour.
I was so stressed due to car trouble and needed a battery for my key. Two male workers took the time to help me unscrew my key to replace the battery which was stuck and took over 20 minutes. They were so nice about it! I am so grateful and dont know what I wouldve done without the help!

Every single time I go to this pharmacy they take forever to help you and you better be prepare to wait from 20 minutes if they dont have a line or one to an hour and a half waiting in line and is not because they dont have personnel is because they take their time for everything or they are talking to each other and is worse if you are in the drive thru thats a drive and never thru because if you dont turn off your car you will run out of gas because they take 20 minutus waiting for only 2 cars in front of you and if you have 4 or more vehicles ahead of you get ready to spend 1 to 2 hours waiting in the drive thru. Is been a challenge specially if you have to be there dealing with the people who get close to your car asking for money or selling you something and if is after 5 better not be there waiting the neighborhood is really bad as it is during the day and in the evenings and nights is simple dangerous but the pharmacy will take the same amount of time to help you so better be safe than sorry
Irritating these incompetent idiots forget to give me sale price still have to come back and they ask me to bring back all the items I purchased so they can do a complete refund and have to purchase the items again. They couldnt do that with just the receipt?!! Never have I been treated like a liar and criminal when asking for them to correct a mistake they originally made!!! WORST! Pharmacy ever! Always long lines. The say 24 hours Not True! To avoid the always long lines I went at 1:20 in the morning, nobody was there! There was no sign that they were closed. I really needed my prescription so I went back an hour later. The person that was there said I had to go take a lunch yet NO sign posted Be back in 30 min or anything! Person told me They do that to her ALL the time, I should contact management. Then tonight 04/04/2019 I call to make sure they dont put my medication back. I was on hold for 45 minutes and then a employee ADALINE answers and tells me they have not been busy ALL day, yet I was there at 3:30 in the afternoon and there was a line of at least 12 people. I ask her Why if you were not busy ALL day, did I have to be on hold for 45 minutes? Reply I am the only one here while I watch another employee walk out the door!By the way... I would not even give this place 1 STAR it just wont let you post if you dont!

I was absolutely shocked to have one of the employees who has steadfastly remained professional and courteous to customers anytime i seen her working give me such a difficult time. I informed her her card machine had already read approved to me, she said no it didnt...im elated other people besides myself can tell me what i read. So i reinsertsted my card. When i arrived home i checked my banking statement and to my amazement i unfortunately was correct and i did get double charged. I understand sometimes this happens and it should be a small simple situation to resolve. So i decided to call the store and inform the shift manager what had occurred and how they intended to fix the matter in a polite and professional manner of course. After a few minutes waiting on hold the shift manager came on the line with an immediate aggression in her tone and i tried explaining what happened and if i could come in tomorrow to resolve this overcharge. She wouldnt allow me to finish and just interrupting with such attitude informed me to talk to Mr. Montes tomorrow.....So this i will do and come back with an update....PS if u are looking for your friendly pharmacy with employees who are all about customer service and treating customers in an appreciative way, because after all we are spending our moneys, this might not be your first choice...plus side is open all the time....watch out for homeless outside constantly asking for money even though there is hired security...

This Walgreens has horrible customer service. The management is poorly trained in dealing with customers. I have been shopping at Walgreens for years and this is the worst location by far. I bought some Walgreens brand insoles and was told I couldnt return them because I didnt have the packaging. I will never again buy a Walgreens product and from now on I will make the extra 20 minute drive to shop at Walmart instead. Thanks for nothing Walgreens.

I wouldnt have even givin this place 1 star. I was racially profiled and they made it hard for me to get my prescription. I feel and hurt myself when my leg gave out waiting on these people, they are completley inhumane with disregard for human life their licences should all be revoked due. Long lines, extended wait times, staff is not very helpful and trained. This is the only Walgreens in the area that does compounds otherwise I would stick to my regular on Sierra and 40th Ave.
This place is theee best..why?? Because no one else is going to be there to help you when its midnight and your child is sick besides those pharmacist and those technicians..that place is always busy..from dusk tIll dawn..and they always do their best to provide great customer service all the time..I give them all two thumbs up!!!

My wife drove down to the pharmacy while I was on hold and she saw no one in line inside or outside then she went inside to wait in line and it took 20 min for her to locate the pharmacist, all while I was on hold for an hour and a half without answer and I still didnt get helped all that happened was me getting hung up on.
Ive been a customer of walgreens for years. The Pharmacist Randle cannot be trusted.He willfully participated in an elaborate scheme with an office manager whose a hater to keep me from getting my medicine.I took my prescription to be filled. The office manager had called Randle and told him not to fill my script. Randle told me that my script wasntcwritten by an authorized doctor. They made drive back to my doctor in Rancho Cucamonga. When I got there I asked for my doctor and here comes this office manager. She took my script and told me to come back tommorrow. (when my doctor wouldnt be there). The other office workers found it funny.I went back and discovered she had written my prescription herself.Shes not authorized to write prescsriptions.She also informed me she had called the Pharmacist Randle.He accepted that illegal prescription and filled it.Im concerned because this office manager strong armed me. She would not let me have my scripts unless i signed a release of all my records which i already had signed as a new patientvin that office.Im concerned about my oersonal info being used!

I would never go buy pop funkos from that place again the employees are stockpiling for themselves every single time I go there they tell me another day when they get their shipment for example if I go on a Monday and ask when do they get their shipment of Pop funkos in stock the employee would tell me they will get it on Tuesday and if I go the next day on Tuesday they would tell me that get their shipment on Wednesday and so on and so forth I would respect it more if they tell me they just dont want to sell to me and not give me a false company line
