I just to shop I lot in this cvs but they have new cashiers the worst cashier they just to have nice cashiers and helpful and they will help you now they don’t even help they are really bad in helping people

What happened to the Polite and nice cashiers we had before? Ms. Maria, Ms. Ana, Ms Kimberly? Is it because the new Manager? The guy that nevers says hi or never welcomes customers? Use to come here and feel the nice vibes, now, only moody workers, from Farmacy to front cashiers. The only nice one is an African American that I havent check her name, but even though it seems hard for her to be walking, she is always with a smile and willing to help. This store is going bad.

Pharmacy associates (customer service) over the phone is super poor. They will put you hold forever and asking same questions over and over again.. OMG. Cant deal with these people, I dont understand who hired these unprofessional people...I wish CVS management see my post.

I like this CVS and that there was Security outside and inside today. They sometimes need more cashiers open.The hours of operation should be verified & updated.

I know i suck for forgeting his name but today (10/2/2020 ) at around 2:30 the gentleman that answer the phone what is very polite & helped me with a smile the minute I walked in. Very good energy and very helpful

Tried to call this pharmacy and was put on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered so I hang up.

I cannot think of one single pleasant experience here.. in the past, Ive had a cashier tell me I couldnt return items from different cvs stores despite having my receipt. And today my father experienced the worst customer service from the pharmacy as he needed to fill a prescription but was instead rejected and mistreated for no reason. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be reaching out to upper management with this.

They are extremely nice and are allways happy to help

CVS brings back childhood memories, and thats the main thing that has me coming back here honestly. This chain of stores doesnt seem to care about quality. One cashier max, line goes super slow, the store looks disheveled, I can keep going on. Please bring back the good old CVS.

Im a regular here only reason I give it a four is because the shelves arent always stocked with items Im looking for other than that a great place to shop and employees are friendly and nice coupon friendly 😁

Were able to help with my return with no hesitation. Had gone to another CVS location and was rejected.Extremely happy😁

This pharmcy is prompt and fast on piont nice staff.I always get my perscriptions filled fast and especially with the app and phone text option. I left walgreens for my perscriptions to get filled here it was the best choice i have made.

I went in here with my girlfriend for a prescription, and the pharmacist was plain rude to the customer in front of us (an older man who barely spoke english but was trying his darnest) and she figured that maybe yelling at him would make him understand better. I understand you may not speak spanish but yelling at a customer is just horrible service. Then our turn came up and we were so appalled at how her attitude didnt change towards us. I hope she can become not just a better worker, but a better person. Definitely NOT going back to the pharmacy.

This pharmacy is often busy,the line to pick or drop off rxs it can be over-Stressful an top of this there is on some staff that makes coustomer not to return or go somewhere else.My self I choose to have just a couple of easy rxs here an my monthly rxs are filed at lomalinda, just to avoid the stress of dealling with this pharmacy.Note .Changed your staff an keep your pharmacy stocked an above all An inservice about coustomer service an emphaty is a must if you want to keep cvs from filling for chapter 11.👀.

I would give this place a 0 star but i put a one to review it. Theres a African American woman and she is rude. She is racist and acts like she owns the store. She is racist to my family and friends.

Bad area

Friendly people nice and organized

Ran in for 5 minutes this morning and my car was broken into. Back window and they stole insurance, registration and money. There is a security guard walking the parking lot but obviously doesnt do any good. Dont go to this area AT ALL.
