Unprofessional! They charged me the alignment fee first when they knew there is some part that needs to be changed. I changed the part and went back with my receipt on the driver seat. He hid the receipt under the seat and wanted to charge me again! When he knew I was about to check the camera inside my vehicle, he said check it under your seat 💺 haha...I found the receipt under my seat but he still wants to charge me half of the fee after I paid a total $20 tip for a $60 service.He said something when I was about to start driving...Dont come again!. And this phrase pushed me into reviewing and writing my comment. And I will say to anyone who is planning to do alignment, Dont go! there. (N.b The young shorter guy who works on tires is a nice and respectful guy!)

There warehouse is very organized with every size and price on every tire. They took us to the back and let us choose our own tires!!! We got 2 used tires that look brand new. $80 out the door! Overall, my experience with this shop was horrible. They were charging over a $100 to remove my tires. I spoke to the manager and he was both rude and unwelcoming. I advise people to search somehwhere else than Bro Tires.

Here I typically find high-end name-brand used tires with 85 to 90% of the wear remaining,, and it typically costs me about $200. It easily saves me several hundred dollars each time.These guys are fast, efficient, and reasonably friendly. I have purchased from them multiple times, and referred several friends.

I had a puncture in one tire and no spare, so I limped my car to Bro Tires. I knew that I needed their service far more than they needed my business, so I was prepared to pay a premium amount.I told the counterman what was going on, he kind of shrugged and quoted a price that was less than a third of what I expected!They had me back on the road in about 10-15 minutes, and Im very pleased.

This is the best place to buy used or new tires. I went to buy a couple of tires for my truck and they have plenty or tires to choose from.I dont think there is a tire shop with so many tires in the whole inland empire. At least 5,000 tires in stock.Prices are cheap compare to any other store.I recommended this place to my family and friends. I definitely will come back to this tire shop.

Great customer service and prices

Do not use this place, they are a chop shop for tires, went in there got 4 tires, they put them on about an hour later and everything was okay, not pleased with their service ( speaking Spanish would be a plus if you go here )So about a week later I start finding the tire weights right by the tire and the cheap residue on my wheel so I know its from them. Its been about 2 weeks now and I have almost a pound of tire weights that should be on my tires. I could tell there was an issue because of the shaking at freeway speeds.Buyer beware!!!!

They were nice and all but, the used tire i bought last night, took me halfway home until it became flat. Unfortunately they were already closed at this point and towed to a shop closer to home. I know you roll the dice when buying a used tire but i maybe went 5 miles before it was flat.

I had been calling around town for a size that no one seemed to have, or I would be told to call back in a couple of days and they would locate it for me (225/75 R15). After almost giving up I was lucky enough to call Bro Tires. Not only was the gentleman that answered the phone extremely polite, HE HAD THE TIRE! He said there was no problem in holding it for me, without the need of my credit card. He texted me their location/address and what the cost included. Not only did they go above and beyond most places, the service was professional and friendly, and i have had no problem with the tire. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again & highly recommend them.

Fathers day 2015. I was coming back from a long weekend in LA and my boyfriend was late to work because we couldnt drive fast with the spare on. I come in on a Sunday maybe 30 min before they were closing. It was fast, friendly service and I couldnt be happier. Wont go anywhere else for tires again. They made a life long customer :D

Dont buy these tires! They r cheaply made and the shop is cheap, doesnt include valve stems with a purchase of all four tires… had my tires a couple months and the valve stems failed and ruined the tire, went back to replace and instead of offering a deal, javier jacks the price up! I will never go back and would advise against this type of shady business.
